2023-03-10 20:47:22The accounts payables person requires proof of licence payment in spite of the fact it was paid in February. I sent her confirmation of renewal and payment but she needed also an actual receipt. Why dont you have a system which updates accounts receivables once the client pays instead of pestering the clients?
