I had my blood drawn here today and it was painless! Ive had bad experiences at other places getting stuck multiple times and developing ugly bruising. This is the 2nd time Ive gone here and its been pleasant both times (she got the right spot in one try; quick and painless; Im so thankful). Ill be back for future blood tests.

I made a trip there yesterday to quest to have a kit done. The nurse told me i need to come before 12. She checked my kit but didnt tell me i need a label and just said she will ship it. Today i went there again at 11 the same nurse said i needed a label. Why dont you say it yesterday? I am just wasting my time and passed my deadline for my blood test helplessly.

They ran out of tubes for MSAFP test and I had to go home without anything being done :( Its been a month already that you dont have these tubes! Girl working there says other locations dont have these as well. The worst part is that you could notify patients about this issue, so I dont have to go here several times just to be sent home. Really disappointed, next time Im going to use a different company.

I had an appointment at 930AM and waited for over 40 minutes just to turn in my paperwork. Then the required time to do the blood draw. The nurse was not able to receive orders and take care of the patient. The medical system needs help and so does Quest. Short answer....it is an HOUR of your time. Is it worth wating your time to go to Quest?

I was worried after bad reviews of quest in general, but my appointment was great. I arrived eight minutes early, they called me in at exactly my appointment time, and my blood draw took only three minutes total.

Inexperienced nurse at the center. First of all, very limited parking in the complex. Had to rush and run for my appointment after spending 15 mins finding a parking spot. This resulted in slightly higher high blood pressure reading and was not given anytime to relax even after mentioning the rush I had to face due to the parking situation. Would not recommend this location, unless you want to arrive 30 - 45 minutes before your appointment and face an inexperienced nurse.

I had some labs done in 2022 and they were sent to Quest Diagnostics where I live. They billed the claim incorrectly through my Medicare Advantage plan, by bundling codes instead of submitting them separately. Medicare wont pay the bundled codes submitted, but will pay when they are submitted separately (~$150).Quest refuses to make the change and resubmit, so it hasnt been paid, even though I have contacted my Medicare plan and Quest numerous times. Since it still isnt paid, Quest sent my account to a collection agency. By doing this, it has completely ruined my perfect credit rating.Quest still wont change the way they bill even though my plan has been in contact with them for several months, and I am stuck in between. Note that the same tests were run through my doctors office and were paid by the plan.BOTTOM LINE -- DO NOT USE QUEST UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO.

Had been to this place today for getting some blood tests done for my 11 year old. My kid is very scared of blood tests and had been having issues to sit through without crying until now. Onica (who helped with consolidating the blood tests from 2 doctors and was very patient) and Noina who drew the blood ( my kid was very happy as Noina was very gentle and made sure to go slow and as per my kid’s willingness when drawing the blood). Overall a very good experience unlike the way mentioned in reviews here.😊

I had a good experience with the blood test at this location. The check-in was electronic and convenient and there was no wait line. The nurse was cheerful and the procedure - painless. The office and the bathroom were clean. It took me about 10 min overall.

The lab technician was very through. I have an unusual illness, and she checked and rechecked all of my lab orders to make sure they were correct. She took the time to look up the code for an order that was more rare, so that it would be correct in the system. All the labs were labeled with care and caution. In order to conduct all these necessary checks and prevent error, she requires more time for each appointment. Having to manage by herself is inefficient-she can quickly back up for lack of a second person to assist when additional patients show up. The company needs to take this into account, and provide a resource for when the lab is backed up or allot more time per patient. If she is frequently late, AND she operates with a high degree of care, this is the fault of Quest, for not allocating enough time for each appointment. Do you want quality or not? If the actual time for an appointment is 20 minutes, it is highly ineffective and error prone to allocate 15 minutes. Please change this practice.

Registered online, checked in on time and the blood draw was good!Was running 15 min late by 8.30 already, but given that one person has to do everything from paperwork to blood draw I am not surprised especially since they also do walk-ins.Whoever designed the location did not think though, e.g. the chair is setup to take blood from your right arm, so left arm requires a simple half rotate...no big deal for me...Location is at the back of Safeway with big signs, door is left of pharmacy.

The place is set up for 10 minute appointments with only one person working. This is not enough time abd could even be dangerous! As soon as someone comes in with any kind of complicated order or insurance issue, the entire schedule gets off. The poor technician has to work very fast and deal with frustrated clients. More time or more personnel needed!

Understaffed therefore everyone is frustrated and we get bad/rude care. I left before my appointment because I really don’t want a stressed person poking me with needles, specially when I know that my veins like to play hide and seek.

The 1-star reviews made me have low expectations, but I had a fine experience here. I had a 9am appointment today, was seen at 9:05am, and was out by 9:20am. The tech was efficient and thorough with verifying my information and drawing blood (only needed one poke!).

Phoung is the best phlebotomist I have ever used. She squeezed me in despite being so busy! Was very kind, professional and I am a difficult draw.Quest however I think needs to hire more people. The waits are crazy no matter which I go to. Excellent service from Phoung! Thank you!

I get my Thyroid blood work done here every 6 weeks. I am easily able to make an online appointment and find the staff to be professional and kind. I have been very happy with this Quest Location.

I went here for my blood test last week and service here was really awesome, I’m kinda surprised with some of the reviews here, I got called in on time and( phuong ) who was my phlebotomist did amazing job, drawing my blood . Phuong was professional and extremely friendly . I recommend this location and her friendly service to everyone who need to visit this office .

Worst test place ever, waited 50mins to learn that they cannot scan my e-order. There was a comment a year ago saying they cannot take PDF of orders with bar-code, and the mangers commented that they will address that. As of now, still cannot..

They refused to do regular blood test for me because I visited China one and half months ago. The lady told me I have to wait one or two months before taking any blood test while there is no clear period or policy to refer to. The notice on the entrance only reminds of possible symptoms within *14 days*. This is purely a discrimination based on color and travel history.

Incompetent. Refused to do the lab work because she couldnt pull the order off of my phone. It had to be on a piece of paper! I had the order number on the pdf on my phone and she refused to even look up the order number in her system.

Kathleen was calm and friendly, so the children felt safe during the test. It was a blood test and I was able to complete it in one go.We made an appointment on the website and were able to get tested without waiting.It appears that medical appointments can be made directly in various languages at unmanned kiosks within the testing center.
