Happy to not go back to this location. The initial person was not helpful and was rude. Quest had my last name misspelled in their check-in software. When my appointment came up (30 mins after) I explained the misspelling to the tech she had no intention of assisting me and went to the next person. When the 2nd tech came to get me, it felt very uncomfortable, but at least she looked me up via my i.d. Not a friendly place at all...

This place and all its staff are always professional, very helpful, and extremely caring. This is where I always come to get lab drawn and refer family and friends to it. I usually make an appointment way in advance, but this time, I had to do a walk-in at about 11 AM, and was done by 11:06. Quest Diagnostics is always super clean and organized. I checked in and this time, was called back by Lab Tech Noemi, who was so amazing and gentle with the needle, that I did not feel it at all. Thank you for always being great! Original review edited. I used to come here for lab orders made by my IVF Dr that my medical provider never approves of so I cant get it done at my regular clinic. IVF treatment is incredibly hard to go through for so many reasons. And insurance doesnt cover this treatment even a penny. Well, one day after our FET, my husband and I decided to come here instead of driving 2 hours to the IVF clinic in LA. all I needed was an HCG pregnancy test. I wasnt feeling well, hadnt had a good sleep, didnt want to rush a two hour drive, so we went here instead. I ordered the lab online bc the website clearly said that you cant pay for the order at the testing site. I booked an appointment. Gave the lady taking my blood the Dr order. She said, thats going to be $234.43. I said, what? But I paid for this online! ($45). She said that order takes 2 business days. This order is a STAT. Same day results. So Im distressed and complain that this wasnt on the website. I also said I thought you couldnt pay for the order here. She says you can, for stat orders. She was terribly rude and kept telling me to call the number on the website for my refund. My husband called when I got home as I have no patience for waiting on the phone to get refunds. He was on the phone for over 2 hours, transfered to 3-4 different departments and managers and supervisors. Apparently the billing department online is not connected at all to the company and physical locations have a separate customer service and department altogether. After all was said and done, the last lady my husband spoke to said the bill would be cancelled if unused and Id get my money back automatically. I went online to check myself bc I didnt believe it. And sure enough, I had a button online to cancel the fee and order. The fine print that wasnt mentioned was I only got $20 or $25 back bc of some fee that was not reimbursable. So the phone call was a complete waste of time. Next, this rude lady flustered quite a bit. I took my blood test around 10am. She says it should be ready within 3 hours. My clinic says to have results in by 3pm latest. I call at 3pm and they say no results yet. And that quest is notorious for giving the results late. Sometimes they dont get it until the next day. They said thats why I have to test before 8am to get it in on time. Ok, so I learned. I wait. My results come in at 4pm. The test shows that I may not be pregnant anymore. Its a blow to my spirit and my heart. The test at the clinic just two days before was a positive pregnancy. The clinic tells me to test again in two days. I decide to go to clinic again. Drive the 2 hours bc I wont test at quest again with that experience I had. I find out, Im not pregnant anymore. Call it a coincidence or whatever, but now quest will forever be the clinic that I regret going to when I needed a good testing experience. I dont think Ill ever come here again. Was it quests fault what happened? No, I wont say that it is. But could they have provided better service considering what I paid for the service? Both literally in cash and the sacrifice of a lost pregnancy.... A thousand and million times yes.

Don’t go to this location. gone to many quests and this is the only one where the employees do not know how to look up lab requests when they are sent electronically. all other quests are able to do so easily. also consistently close 10 minutes before their scheduled closing time for no reason, which is annoying because some of us have to work and can only make it at certain times. should have never tried this location.

I had my blood drawn here. The phlebotomist (Noemi) was super fast and it hurt very little (Im scared of needles) even though I had to fill 5 vials. The surrounding area looks kinda scary, but I completely recommend this location!

I travel clear across town to get my labs done here. These girls are fast and almost no pain. Naomi is the absolutely the best.

The lab was fine, but it’s in an area that has been completely taken over by homeless people. There is garbage and filth all around the office right up to their front door. Be very aware of your surroundings if you decide to go there. Lock your cars and leave nothing of value visible inside them. The office next door was recently broken into.

The only reason I gave this a 3 is because the building at this location is disgusting. Shame on Quest for putting a lab in this run down building. Your employees deserve a better location and so do your customers.

Poor signs to let you know where to go. Looks like a prison yard. They did not have my appointment or a way to see why. Would never go back yo this location.

Quick and easy. Always a pleasant experience when getting labs done to check up on my health.
