One of the greatest experience i have had dealing with quantum. Bernie Travis was by far one of the most insightful and patient guy I have ever spoken to. He helped me out immensely with all my questions and concerns, at any time of the day. Highly recommend using quantum as your credit card merchant!

My compliance status was incomplete so I needed to log in and update. I was having trouble logging in so I called Quantum. Ricky Lara pulled up my information and said okay I see you have a chip credit card processor Ill get your compliance updated for you. I said what? I dont have to do anything? He said no dont worry about it, I can get it done in under 10 minutes and Ill send you a conformation, this way you can get on with the rest of your day. This task was my responsibility and Ricky did not have to complete my compliance for me. I have been in business for almost 26 years and have not had this quality of customer service from a credit card processing company or any company for that matter. Every interaction with Quantum has gone beyond my expectations. I cant recommend them enough.

“we are a 3rd party vendor for the company” that I didn’t sign up for that began changing multiple charges on my Mastercard. Initially they offered to cancel my “subscription”, then offered a 60% refund, then after I threatened to report them to the better business bureau, agent spoke to supervisor and offered a full refund. Maybe they aren’t part of it but clearly they do finances for shady businesses.

This company is a SCAM! If you have a business with an EIN # they dont look at business credit they look at your personal credit. I have great business credit but it doesnt matter to them. Oh well you lost a great potential customer. Co sign this!!!!!

Great credit card processing company. I was paying too much at my current provider, and I was shopping around, and was able to send them a few months statements from my current provider and they were able to get me a better rate. Their billing is much easier to understand, and you dont have to figure out all the little charges and fees the other provider was getting me for. Rommel was helpful in tech support, and was able to get my new terminal up and running quickly and efficiently. Have been using the service for almost a month now, and there have been no issues.

Do away with my no contract no cancellation fee agreement with them and I’m now seeing even more debits from my account from them. Initially seemed great to switch but definitely wasn’t worth it.

They make you feel important and this is a big factor for me when choosing a company to go through. I am so happy with Quantum Epay. I have used other credit card processing companies and they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their fees are typically too high BUT without fail, their teams do an awful job at communicating with each other and every time I had to reach out to them Id have to explain my issue ALL over again, when they couldnt resolve it, on to the next employee who also couldnt resolve it and had no clue what I was talking about.With Quantum ePay, its a completely different story. From day 1, theyve been great. First, they hand-delivered the hardware to my door (since I live near their office). When I was having confusion with my hardware they talked me through it and resolved my issue. Then, when I had issues with my bank rejecting my first deposit (bank issue not quantum issue) they helped me set up deposits with my new bank. Steve A. went above and beyond with helping me. He answered my questions instantly, very responsive, he was professional, he knew what he was doing and he kept me updated along the entire process. Huge shoutout to him. Employees like him and companies like this are why people become lifelong customers. I appreciate the way this company does business and hope they are around for a long, long time. My family business has been accepting credit cards since the late 70s with other credit card service companies. We quit accepting credit cards in 2020 because of over priced credit card processing services. Somehow someone from Quantum contacted me and I reluctantly agreed to start accepting credit cards again and use Quantum as a processing company... reluctantly because of issues with other companies. So far this has been one of my best business desicions. Very easy to use card reader. Money in my account usually the next business day. They take their fees per transaction and I like that idea instead of withdrawing a grand or more 1 time a month like other places have done before. Excellent customer service. They also referred me to a company to build a website for my business. Soon Ill beable to sell my product online and accept payment during online checkout all thanks to Quantum. We recently signed up with Quantum/PayTrace for credit card processing services. Kimberly Marquez is a rock star! We posed quite the challenge bringing over 2 separate corporate-owned companies. The process took several months, mostly due to corporate red tape on our side. She worked tirelessly to get us the rates we wanted, liaison between underwriting and myself and keep our agreements active during the process. Her communication was impeccable, even contacting me at home to keep me updated while we were out of the office due to Hurricane Ian. Without Kimberly’s support, this process would have taken much longer and may not have happened at all. I am so grateful to have been fortunate enough to work with her through this process. Quantum Pay is great for a new small business just getting started. We had Vital POS through Truist and it was awful. The fees were not deducted from the deposit, service fee was never on the same day so it made it hard to keep our account in balance. It also took 2 business days to receive our deposit. Owning a food truck waiting those two days really interfered with scheduling. We saw the Quantum Pay ad on Facebook and did some research. We gave them a call and had their POS device on the way. Set up is easy and they answered any questions we had quickly. We pay a small set flat fee once a month, customers fees are pulled out prior to deposit and we get next day deposit. We also have our own POS system that prints out receipts, no more handing our phone to customers. Our first day out was smooth till a customer dropped our POS system. We lost a piece to the receipt printer. We called customer service Rommel Flores was very helpful and we had our missing part on the way. I think Save Money and Live Better should be a slogan for quantum merchant service . Im not exaggerating, i have been in a retail business since May 1s, 2004. Since then i went through a few merchant processing cos, just to mention a couple big one, not big in service and or saving you money those big one taking your sweet, like Norther American Bank and First Data. When i heard about quantum thru one of my customer who has to be working for quantum, at the moment I said let me think about it . But since my customer she gave my name and phn no to the quantum sales person and You know when those sales persons once they have your phone number you can even have time to jump on the shower. Finally made appt to meet the agent at my shop. Yes i mate Bernie ( by the way any one reads this and looking for the merchant service call Bernie) .This guy is very professional and he couldn’t fall my requirement or my crisscross question. Fortunately I have graduated in Baking and Finance and b4 the retail business I worked in the banking industry for 13 years and so at least Im well familiar with the terminology and or clearly understand what he is talking . But I never mentioned my background until the day I signed the short term contracts. Long story short, My merchant processing fee drops by 40% while my gross sales almost 2.5 times growing the last two years. So you guys figured out. Its double triple saving . Let me say some about there help center, how fast they pick up and taking care of the issue. I didn’t have that much issue with the processing but through this 2 years I made a few calls i think one was one of my keypad is stuck, bcs like i said my charge card growing fast bcs of this pandemics, i made a call in the morning and guess what one of such a polite guy showed up with a new processing machine b4 4:00 pm on the same day . Hard to believe right .Today i had a charge back to customer debit charge issue and i made a call, probably two rings when transferred to the tech department and solve my issue n a few minutes. That is why IM taking my time at least to say something about this co. Finally, Hey, Quantum keep it up the great service and keep it down the fees can be another slogan that I recommend.Much appreciated!Teddy G.

Quantum Electronic Payments are the best in the business of Merchant Service. My point of contact is Alyssa Marincovich and she helped me setup my merchant account. They offered me free Terminal to use Tejawu with pin pad for debit transaction free of cost to use it, where as other big merchant services makes you sign a three year contract and charge $99.95 one time fee plus shipping fees. Alyssa gave me a free terminal with a over night shipping all free of cost. I cant be more than happy with them. The monthly fees is very minimal which I havent see in my 15+ years of working with all payment processing companies. I plan to stay with Quantum Electronic Payments with years to come. Trust me they are best in the business and honest in their approach.

Quantum electronic payments did a terrific job at setting our account up, ryan cho goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken care of and alan does awesome at website integration. if you are wondering if its worth it to switch from a competitor just know that the pricing structure is much better than the competitor, there is no holds on funds received, they have options for taking security deposits and the rates and transaction fees are a big selling point. hear them out and get the full product description, do a mock up with the competitor and see the reasons why you should switch today!

I am using Quantum for my credit card clearing and they are saving me a bunch over Square which I used to use. I have been impressed with their after onboarding support and willingness to help.
