We feel so happy have met Brian Quall when we needed to update our living Trust. We are elderly, but never felt the least bit condescended to. Brian was so kind and clear about the process and answered any and all questions that we had. He informed us of all that was required from us and what his role and responsibilities were. We are very happy with the experience and service that we received from Brian Qualls when he helped us create a trust and other estate documents. The website is excellent and really does a good job explaining how and why you may want to set up a trust, and why you need things such as a healthcare directive, power of attorney, etc. Brian communicates well through his portal/email, and breaks things down into simple understandable steps. When we met Brian in person to sign our documents, he was very organized and detail oriented. He also spent a lot of time with us answering questions and making sure we understood what we were signing. Our documents were quickly filed and sent to us in an organized binder, and are also stored for us in the portal. Brian made us feel confident in the process, and we recommend him!

After putting off doing our trust for so many years, it was time for us to finally get it done. We researched the many lawyers that were available through the legal coverage we have. My wife and I had been thinking bout getting a Living Trust for a while. I am a research person and so I began by doing google search, attorney sites, my corporate recommendations. Although I ran across a lot of good attorney websites, it was Brians that caught my attention because the amount of information and the way the information was presented.The information was laid out in simple terms. We are so glad we found Brian. It was just a simple Goole search, but from the first glance, we felt we found the right person for our needs. At the moment we found him, Brian didnt accept the new clients, but we decided to wait until he will be reopened for boarding new clients. And it was just the right decision. We feel very fortunate to have been directed to Brian by our financial advisor. It had been 20 years since our initial trust and it was overdue for a refresh as things change. The whole process was direct and professional. We felt comfortable throughout Brians process. Brian also informed us about the use of a beneficiary trust account outside the trust which is a more flexible way to deal with beneficiaries that are more likely to change (outside of family, which we have implemented). That alone was worth what we paid to now have an up-to-date trust which by itself is a relief; like many people, we kept putting if off. Brian was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I would explain to him what I had in mind and he knew exactly how to make it happen. My husband and I learned so much from him. We feel very comfortable knowing that our trust was done exactly the way we wanted. We had done a trust many years ago and that lawyer never took the time to explain or really hear what I wanted. He collected a huge sum and that was it. Brian on the other hand will take all the time necessary to hear what his client is saying and what the client wants. Very reasonable rate also. He makes legal jargon digestible, and despite the volume of information he has to share with you, he does not rush through any interactions. That being said, you really don’t need too many interactions with him because his system is EXTREMELY efficient and well-thought out. You can tell he is very detail oriented by the very informative questionnaire he built out himself that helps you get started with your consultation and at your first meeting he comes prepared having reviewed all of your answers.Brian has mastered the virtual consultation model. It feels like he’s being doing this forever since his meetings run very smoothly. He’ll even whiteboard with you virtually to explain complex trust structures. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Brian Qualls Lawfirm. After another laywer tried to tell me that my legal services at work didnt cover the Will & Trust, I asked Brian to verify as well and he came back telling me its all covered except for the transfer of title, which was only about a couple hundred. I just saved approximately $2500 plus working with Brian. He does exceptional work and is a honorable lawyer. I know it seems often those words dont go hand in hand but I could tell when I first spoke with Brian that he was a man with good intention, morals and honest.His work ethics was exceptional. He called when he said he would, he emailed back in a timely manner as well. Brian also explained everything with the Will & Trust in an uncomplicated way. We worked with Brian/Qualls Law Firm to develop a full estate plan; living trust, will, power of attorney, advanced health directive. Brian has really optimized and simplified the whole process. Starting with an online questionnaire, particularly valuable during the COVID19 pandemic, we were able to easily provide Brian the critical information needed to develop the best estate plan for us. The online questionnaire was followed by an online meeting with Brian to clear up any questions we had for him and he for us. We never felt rushed and Brian was able to answer our questions in very easily understandable concepts. From those two steps Brian was able to draft a full estate plan for us to review and then finalize. A short meeting to obtain signatures and we had our full estate plan. We had delayed putting an estate plan in place for years thinking it too complicated and difficult. He was able to set up a zoom meeting between him, my husband, and I since we had difficulty setting up a meeting at his office. He also has great availability and was able to reschedule us a couple of times. It was nice to have time to see what information/decision was needed for our will and trust. Throughout the process Brian would frequently check in with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. Feeling overwhelmed, we dropped the whole thing. A couple years later, with our 2nd child on the way, and knowing the importance, we picked things up again. We contacted Brian to help us understand how estate planning could help us as we had just had our first son and wanted to make sure he was protected should anything happen to us. To make it easier for us, Brian came to our home to go over everything, answer the great number of questions we had and propose a game plan to not only protect our son but any children in the future. I had such a great experience with Brian! Before I came to Brian, I thought about estate planning for a year prior to meeting him but never acted on it. Having a living trust was just a lingering thought. Whenever I got on a plane or did something adventurous the thought of unplanned mishaps bothered more often then I imagined. Even worst I had no estate plans. I finally went online and searched for a nearby attorney so I google Trust Fund Attorney. This brought me to a few lawyers and I browsed their websites. I requested a few appointments online and Brian emailed not long after to set up a consultation meeting two days later. I met with Brian and he was very professional. The first question he ask me, besides how I was doing, was my reason for starting a living trust and what I was looking to accomplish. I told him everything I had in mind, he wrote down every detail and was EXTREMELY engaged. I knew I wasnt paying him for his time but he didnt mind answering all my questions, he even took the time to explain them thoroughly and gave me great suggestions. After answering all the 100+ questions I had, he then told me the cost and did not request a retaining fee. I was shocked that he did not want a retaining fee (like most lawyers Ive dealt with) but was most concerned about whether this was the typed of service I was expecting and was looking for. I knew that I was going to hire Brian to execute my documents because how professional, HONEST, sincere, helpful, and patient of a character he showed during our meeting. After meeting Brian I didnt look into any other lawyers.
