Ron is great. Great customer service.Great communication. We purchased our window treatments back in 2018. Ron was great in coming out, taking precise measurements and getting our blinds ordered. We got them about a month later and were really happy with them. Now we are in 2014 and a couple of the cords on the levalour blinds started sticking when they retracted so we called Ron and we brought them in, sent them off and completely repaired for free. Gotta love that warranty. Upon getting our blinds back, we noticed some damage to the fabric while Ron was putting them back up. Ron contacted Hunter Douglas and they replace the blinds for free. Thats how its supposed to work. Thanks to Ron and I would highly recommend this business. Hundlter Douglas is a little spendy but sometimes, you really do get what you paid for.

Because Hunter Douglas didnt have online videos for older Vertiglides, we took our 20-year old Vertiglides to Quality Window Coverings in hopes they could restring ours. For lack of parts, while they couldnt do our repair, Marina contacted Hunter Douglas, and got videos which she emailed to us that might help us repair them ourselves. For service over and above what we expected, we certainly highly recommend this company for such good service.

Great customer service. It’s next to Sweetpeas Restaurant. They’re closed on Mondays.
