Took my car last year to get it fully wrapped. They gave me a discount since I brought my own materials which was nice, and the ceramic coating has been nice to keep it clean as well.I was originally quoted $1800, but when I picked up the car I had another invoice for $2700. I asked for a copy of the invoice and never received one. The battery was dead when I picked it up, and there was a cut on the front bumper from when they did the hood and they said I would be able to bring it back to get the front bumper redone, but I never heard anything. I brought the car back about a month later and showed them a few spots where the wrap was splitting or pulling back, like on the antenna or rear bumper in the photos. They said theyd call me to set something up and again I never had a call or a email from them.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. Every step of the way was super unprofessional. I went into quality to Chrome to delete my Escalade. The worst part was the actual Chrome delete. My car still had chrome peaking out and they cut my rubber window trim up with their tools. The owner was extremely rude. They gave my car back to me with a big ball of vinyl jammed into the trunk gap on the top of my car. They also left a 2ft + piece of vinyl stuck to my middle-row captain chair seat. My 80,000$ car was returned with damage and chrome peaking out from behind a bad chrome delete. My time was wasted. If you have an expensive car I would go somewhere else.

Quality Tinting and Signs are great!They have done full tint on 2 of my company vehicles - both on the large side. Most recently they added custom signage on my van windows.Going to add signage on our other company vehicles soon. Clean work and great customer service. On one occasion they helped me out when I showed up late and executed the job after hours!Honestly I love to recommend people to them because their work is so clean and they do a good job and I really love how my cars look afterwards.

Quality has been a great partner in the rebranding and way finding signage on our campus! They created an entry design for our preschool that was fun for our kids, communicated professionalism to our parents, and gave more privacy to our staff. Like their name says, they also did a QUALITY JOB tinting my truck as well! Without hesitation, I highly recommend Quality for your tinting, wrapping, vinyl signage, and window design needs.

Im a local guy interested in supporting a local mom and pops business. I have used their service before with better results. My extended family has also used their services with better results. However, this time around for me was downright bad service.Work they were hired to do:- Tint the windshield- front driver & Passenger side windows.- rear passenger windows- rear door windowIll start with the good:-It was easy to schedule.- Jimmi Robinett met me at the door with popcorn and was easy to talk to.- Getting an estimate was easy and they didnt change the price on me.- The car was tinted at the day and time scheduled. May 23rd 2024 @8:30am- The windshield was tinted to my satisfaction.The bad:- They cut the drivers side window differently than the other passenger windows. This left a large gap at the top of the window. The passenger windows are not gapped at all as you can see in the photos. So I have 3 passenger windows one way and the driver side window cut another way. Lack of consistency is the problem. They should have made the other windows look like the driver side window or visa versa.- The rear window has a ring of bubbles all the way around it. Looks like they forgot to squeegee it or something. It really stands out and Im not happy with it.

I was impressed by the extraordinary level of customer service delivered by the staff at Quality Tinting & Sign. So, on top of being one of the best tinting shops in town, they also have the friendliest team helping you through the process. 5 stars well deserved...this was my second vehicle Ive had tinted there and I will continue to refer friends, family, and anyone who will listen.
