Peter and the rest of the team at Quality Computer Plus are truly the best. I brought in my MacBook Pro for a water spill and they worked tirelessly and were able to repair it to 99% working condition even though it was very damaged.I decided I wanted a 100% working laptop so they worked with me going through all of their refurbished MacBook Pros to ensure I found the perfect one for me - and they ended up upgrading me with a major discount.Im so impressed by their dedication to their customers and will only be trusting them in the future for all my computer needs.

I brought in my daughter’s 2 years old Lenovo laptop to Quality Plus Computer, due to recent charging problems. Earlier this week, my daughter took her laptop to a computer repair business in LA. She was charged $35 for a diagnosis fee and was told it would cost additional $299 to repair a logic board, and was not a charger issue. She declined the repair after consulting with me.So, I decided to bring the laptop to Quality Plus Computer. I met Mike, the owner, and his staff checked the problem for free, and told us the problem was related to the frail charger cord, and had it replaced for a minimal cost with a one year warranty. The laptop is now charging properly and in good operating condition. My daughter is grateful she didn’t have to spend additional money for the repair.We are glad to have your business on our community.Thank you Mike and staff!

I am glad that we have found this place on Yelp. Not only it has a reasonable price, the technician, Justin, is very professional, honest, and friendly. The person who answered the phone, uncle Peter, was also nice and helpful, giving me a quote instantly, and we dont have to wait long for order parts. All was just 2 hours waiting. Please visit here if you have a computer problem. They are the kindest and most honest. I my MacBook needed a screen replacement and they did it in less than 2 hours. They also said they wouldn’t charge me if they were not able to fix it. I will most likely come back to get my battery replaced!

Peter (the owner of the store) allowed me to put a deposit down since i didn’t have enough money at the time && also lowered the price 50$ when i said i couldn’t get the asking price. That people is how you make business happen. I feel so encouraged for school now since that’s the reason i needed a laptop i couldn’t thank the staff at quality plus any more tbh they really are decent people. Mind you the laptop i was trying to buy would’ve been 2,500$ at a retail price so he really did a kind, notable action. If any of you have doubts go check them out i’m 100% sure they will make you proud because not only did I buy this laptop but i’ve done previous business with them for years and always the best outcome thank you quality plus!! & thank you Peter!!!

I had some issues with my old IMac. Peter and his team were able to quickly figure out the exact problem. Peter is very smart with amazing technical knowhow. His team did a wonderful job. I have been coming to Quality Plus Computer Services Inc for many years. They are always honest, quick, understanding of what you need or are asking for and generous on pricing. I have had laptops black out on me and they get my laptop up and running fast and better. I have also been able to purchase products from them needed that I could not find anywhere else or that other shops do not know about here. Recently an employer got full access to my laptop even after employment they were on my laptop and this shop did everything to block them. Now I feel safe. Thank you quality plus computer services. Hands down best experience!! In the middle of writing a research paper my computer crashed. Not only did they save my file but they exchanged my laptop for a nicer, more efficient, and better quality laptop for a great price. This place is the best!! I had to get a software update on my motherboard, I called one hour before closing and peter squeezed me in just in time, incredibly fast and efficient, and very fairly priced. Wow, these guys blew me off away. They took care of my computer. They made everything very safe for me. I was wearing a boot on 1 foot and they came out to help me go up to the curb. The experience I had here does not match the reviews. Quality Plus had told us that they would take a certain amount of time to finish - 2 hours. After 2 hours, wait, they told us that theyd take another hour. After wed driven 20 miles (20 minutes), they called us and told us that they were finished. We had to drive all the way back, and an additional 20 miles to get to our destination. This was extremely inconvenient and irritating.Also note that the road up to Quality Plus from the south is very hilly and can be uncomfortable.Although we had a negative experience, their work on my computer was of a good quality and cleanly done.

I have an old 2012 MacBook Pro that I use when I (rarely) travel. Around this time last year, I was surprised to discover it had developed a swollen battery during the trip - with only three days before my flight home. At minimum, the battery needed to be disposed before it ruptured, but the Apple Store and all other licensed repair businesses in the area either refused to touch it or wouldnt be able to do anything for weeks.Quality Plus Computers saved the day one day before the flight, as they not only offered service to remove and dispose of the battery, but also offered to install a new battery at a pretty awesome price - and on the same day.Quality Plus Computers has also helped me in the past when Ive come in with questions or wanted to buy something small like a single ribbon cable. I was glad they were the shop I could turn to for this major problem, and I was very happy with the service.This review comes a bit on the late side thanks to my awful memory. Even though I dont live in the area anymore, whenever Ive come back to visit Ive always been glad to see this shop still standing in this community. If I ever have hardware problems in future visits, Im absolutely calling them before anyone else.

The best computer shop I have been to. The day the shop received the part I needed for my laptop, they finished the repair and called me. The repair was perfect, swift, and the service was fantastic. I only interacted with Peter, and he was incredible. He was very thorough, honest, and wonderful at his job. When I had my keyboard replaced, he took the time to transfer my stickers from the old board to the new board the same day he got the part. The price was realistic and way lower than any other shop I have been to, with 2x as good service and response times. Would highly recommend.

I was in a bind with my laptop. It had been giving me troubles for weeks and when it began to freeze in my Zoom meetings, I knew I had to take care of the issue. Well the guys at Quality Plus helped out and quickly too! They were able to transfer all my files (Im a lecturer so this is a lot) to a far better laptop for a great price. I had a spectacular experience with Quality Plus Computer. My Razer Blade Laptop had a severe problem where it wouldnt boot up. I brought it in and the employees there were generous enough to provide me with a great deal where if they couldnt physically fix the problem they wouldnt even charge me for the diagnostic examination or any attempts done to repair my laptop. They were also very nice, and attempted to fix the problem THAT EXACT DAY in the span of a few hours! Definitely recommend!

This is, by far, the best computer store you can visit. Peter and his team are not only professional, but they will not rest until the job is well done and you are happy. I have been dealing with the owner, Peter Dong for many years, and the one thing that stands out about this store and the owner is this: integrity. The key word here is honesty. Where do find such qualities in any business now days? I have never been over-charged. I have never been cheated. The prices are fantastic and the service is first-rate. They even do house-calls! Peter or Frank will actually come to your house or business to save you from computer death.If Peter says that your computer or laptop will be done the next day....it is. When he orders you a part, it sometimes arrives the same day. Peter and the staff at Quality Plus Computers are extremely knowledgeable, and they are not condescending. Excellent service! I have used them for over 10 years. They have fixed 2 of our desktops and 3 laptops both PC and Apple! When I was in a pinch, they were able to give me a reconditioned laptop for $150! I still have it after 4 years.They are honest and for a small company, they get the work done quickly and efficiently. Twice they saved me from missing an important term paper. They always under promise but over deliver. Yesterday, my Apple got spilled with water. They told me that they can recover my data within 3 hours. The people here are super helpful. I accidentally dropped my Dell PC and it stopped working during midterms. I was super desperate and needed a working computer to get through my last 2 midterms. In a span of like 2 days they were able to recover all my data files from the damaged harddrive, transfer them to an SSD, and upload them to my new computer. They also lent me a PC to use during the time they were working to recover the data files and while I was waiting for the new replacement to arrive (thank God for insurance).Thank you to the team of guys that work here and a big thank you to the owner Peter. Life savers!!! Honest and awesome! I am currently an online student. I forgot the power cord at my friends house (2 hours away) to this Lenovo laptop I have been using. Therefore, I had to use the HP laptop, which I bought for school, but it had became very slow and the audio stopped working so I stopped using it. I had 12 hours to write a paper and I was in a bind! I brought the HP into them to see it they could quickly fix it so I could write my paper. After explaining the situation, the owner explained to me all the options. He suggested taking the HP back to were I purchased it because they had to fix it under warranty and to not waste my money paying for a repair that should be covered. He lent me a power cord for the Lenovo if I promised to bring it back. I was shocked and so grateful he offered to help me in this way! They are awesome!!

The screen display on my HP Pavilion dv4-2160us laptop went out of service. They had it replaced within less than an hour after I brought it in at 4:45pm on the same day. The Management and Technicians of Quality Plus are always responsive to my needs. I have been a customer for three service incident, and plan to use them in the future. Best Buys Geek Squad charges way too much. I recommend that you try them for your next service needs. I needed four small screws to install an SSD in a laptop hard drive caddy. After wasting time looking at Wal-Mart and Home Depot, I found this shop online and gave them a call. Over the phone I was told they could give me free screws, part of their service to society. I was surprised and a little incredulous but I decided to drive over. I have been taking my computer(s) to them for many years and they have been very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes, I think, fixing these things is a bit of a guessing game, because many things may cause the same problem. If they cant fix it they dont charge except for their time and many times not even for that. They know their computers and they do great work.

I had a great experience. Same day service and when the replacement parts changed from the estimate, they did NOT increase the price. They even cleaned my laptop for me.I’m so happy to have a reliable laptop repair shop locally.
