I went here looking to buy my first car. I called ahead of time to see if Quality Chevrolet had the model I was looking for and Kenny picked up right away and added me to his schedule.30 minutes later, we were greeted happily by Kenny who gave us all kinds of information of the Trax. He was super patient with me as I decided on exactly what I wanted and was super knowledgeable about his Chevys. On top of being not only an honest and personable salesman, Kenny has great character and a contagiously positive attitude.The whole Chevy staff made my first car purchase seamless and stress-free. My review is for Sales Rep., Yadhira. She was 1st of all very patient with me throughout what turned out to be over 6 hours of shopping at the dealership. She showed me all of the vehicles, new and used, within my price range, and had no hesitation in asking if I wanted to test drive or learn more about the vehicles. She did her job very well, from start to finish, and it showed that she has many years of experience there and from previous dealerships. She was funny and charismatic too. Very welcoming making sure I had water or snacks as well. After my experience with her, I went ahead and referred many friends and family to her, and a few have successfully purchased a car there because of her.

I called about an ad I saw on your website. Becky confirmed the stock number of the vehicle I called about and we made an appointment time for a test drive. When I arrived she was in a meeting but Kenny was designated to help me. I really appreciated that no attempt to switch bait me was attempted. Kenny helped me to realize all the great aspects of the vehicle I was interested in, we went for a test drive and when he mentioned the free oil changes for as long as I owned it, I was sold entirely. Your finance manager made the extended warranty affordable and the fact that I could purchase it separately was a great feature for me. My whole experience was the fastest and most pleasant new car buying experience I have had. And I love my new car! Thank you everyone!

I was really appreciative that my car was able stay on the lot and be seen two days earlier than my originally scheduled appointment & the communication with staff was consistent and well. However there were some things when getting my car back that I truly had an issue with. I was given a sedan rental car through Hertz when I typically drive a SUV. This was extremely difficult as my family and I were moving out of our house that weekend and I really needed a bigger vehicle. When my car was finished being serviced I was originally told I could drop off my rental car at the dealership and someone would drive it back to Hertz, however I was told by Chevrolet that me and my toddler would need to drop the rental off at Hertz and a courtesy shuttle would take us back to my vehicle at the dealership. When sitting at Hertz a few minutes with all my belongings including my napping toddler in her car seat, I was told the shuttles were currently unavailable and that a lot guy would be taking my vehicle to pick us up. When he got there I was informed that I would need to take him back to the dealership. So my daughter and I took this stranger back to the dealership. I just feel like that was extremely unprofessional on Chevrolet’s end and this was not putting the customer first whatsoever. It’s really unfortunate I was left with this type of experience and customer service after just recently buying a brand new vehicle that is already have mechanical issues when it shouldn’t be. I would like to let the service manager know that protocols need to be put in place to help the customer and not the other way around. Thank you.

I was on the market for a 2024 Chevy camaro, i noticed this dealership had one on their website & decided to take a trip down to Escondido to check the car out. Christian Ramirez was my advisor & let me tell you he is the best of the best, He was super helpful & patient through out the entire process, he made sure all my questions were answered with reassurance, so i know i was definitely taken care of at this dealership. He spoke with us step by step throughout the approval, & taught us every feature our vehicle had to offer. Even after we purchased the vehicle he got in contact to see how we were liking the vehicle & if we had any other questions or concerns, i truly feel he went above & beyond for us! Most dealers will throw you to the side after you purchase one of there vehicles. But thanks to Christian this was not the case. I Could not be any happier with the service provided. Now I have the 5 stars based off my experience “that day”…..it’s always quite painful getting an appointment for the “free oil change”…..which is not cool at all. It is what it is….always a struggle to even get an appointment in a reasonable time frame due to them being free.THAT SAID….I was taken care of with the quickest oil change to date….about an hour only. I like to think Mr. Juan Gonzales helped me out here. Super good guy and always remembers me. I appreciate that. Was a good experience this past Wednesday. Much appreciated.

Stopped in last week with my girlfriend to look at a Bolt, Yadhira helped us with a test drive. No high pressure sales tactics here, which was greatly appreciated. After trying to make a deal at a used car lot in Fontana that went totally sideways, I found this dealership to be much easier to deal with.On our second visit today, we were considering a less expensive Bolt and Miguel met us out on the lot. He was knowledgeable on the product, easy going and willing to find a middle ground on the numbers that left both sides happy. We probably couldve spent more time trying to get a more aggressive price, but the upfront willingness to negotiate the right points made it feel like a much smoother transaction. The car, while a couple model years older and more miles than other options we considered, seemed to be in great condition.Miguel did a good job making the deal happen and made negotiation relatively painless.

Recently I was looking for a new Chevy for my wife. I went to the Dealership on a whim just to have her look at some different vehicles she may be interested in. Zach Arlington was the sales representative whom helped us. He allowed my wife and I to look at multiple vehicles, and even allowed her to test drive about 3. He never pressured us, never rushed us or made us feel as though he’d prefer we made a decision sooner. In the office, him and the sales manager Junior ran numbers for us multiple times, allowed us time alone to discuss our finances and if the decision was right. Zach even let me know of a Veteran discount that was available. We needed up purchasing a 2024 high country traverse for my wife. I will be purchasing all my future vehicles from this dealership with Zach.

Purchased a new vehicle almost a month ago. Paid in full on the contract in cash. Almost a month later the financial department called and said there was a mistake made by them on the contract and I owed more money. The worst part of this phone call was how extremely rude the financial person calling me was. They kept trying to blame me for their mistake. Very disappointed with this experience.You really should take a look at who is dealing with the customers.

I wish dealer add-ons were optional, so I can pick and choose which ones I need. I also asked to have a bed liner, door keypad, and bed power outlet installed. You were able to help with the bed liner, but basically ignored my other requests. It feels like you’re just pushing a sale and not really listening to my needs.

Office is always great but they did something funky with my truck. I only came in for an oil change but they messed with my transmission. I had no transmission issues dropping my truck off. I just passed the warranty for my transmission so to me it smells fishy. The lube techs also stole items from my change cup. Up untill this service Quality Chevy has been great to me but now they need to fix the issue they created or Im not returning for any future service

Was going to buy a Malibu in 2019. The “Mandatory Dealer Add-ons” broke the deal. Note that many dealers do this, and are not required to include it in the advertised price (it just shows up in the small disclaimer print at the bottom of the page). Smart dealers offer this in the finance department for these costly add-ons, less then reputable dealers (like Quality Chevrolet) make it mandatory and then hide it in the fine print.One may wonder how such a scam is still legal and continues to be perpetuated. Like mentioned, it’s in the fine print! Here’s Quality Chevrolets fine print statement that allows them to add any additional amount they want to an advertised price: “Note: Vehicle up-fits and modifications beyond manufacturer specs will have additional charges.”

When I took my Chevy Bolt in for the repair I asked if it was possibly under warranty for the issue. Service told me no. I called Chevy Customer Assistance and they did find out the repair should have been covered on warranty. This was after I had the work done and paid $3300. It took almost 6 weeks to get my money back and I had to take my car back to service and wait a couple hours for them to “check my car in” in order to process the refund.They should have checked on the warranty coverage, especially because I asked about it.

Scheduled service for 2017 Silverado 1500 check engine light using online scheduling service.When I first arrived, Rogelio told me they usually don’t do check engine lights at 3pm, but it let me because I scheduled online, and that I should call in the future. Then Rogelio took a personal call in the middle of our conversation. Told that they would run a diagnostic, I would get a call and should be able to pick up the vehicle in a few days.Didn’t receive a call at all the next day. Had to call them and was told the diagnostic returned a misfire code.Friday received a call from Bill, filling in for Rogelio, and was told that the check engine light had gone off, yet recommended Engine and Trans mount replacement (for a cylinder misfire?) as well as a bunch of other services totaling to about $5600. This seemed a bit bizarre so I reached out to a mechanic I know and they said this was unreasonable and didn’t really make sense, which confirmed my suspicion.I called back to tell them I wanted to pick up my vehicle but was left on hold for 15 mins and lost service on the 45 min backroad drive to the service center from my home. I figured no big deal, I’ll just let them know once I’m there, but when I arrived Bill seemed surprised and annoyed.He told me that I couldn’t pick up the car until the next day. I was confused, and asked him if there was any way I could could pick it up today, and he got flustered and was kind of rude. I pressed a bit more, he made a call, and said it would be ready in an hour. Why not just do that in the first place? His behavior was bizarre.When I came back, Bill was still coming off very rude and wouldn’t make eye contact at all. Said “go to the back, pay the cashier, and I’ll give you the keys”. So I did, paid $215 for the diagnostic, which is a lot but totally what I agreed to so no big deal. Came back to the desk, Bill gives me the keys, and I say “thanks so much for your help”. His response is “yep” still no eye contact.The combination of the high cost of the recommended service, for a truck that really has no noticeable or pressing issues other than a check engine light that turns off on its own, along with poor communication, nervous and odd behavior, and bad customer service made this experience feel kind of scammy and not pleasant at all. Will not be returning.

This place is a solid three stars. They do some things right and some things wrong. Difficult to get service appointments and no loaner cars is the latest Im dealing with there. But ultimately I guess theyre not selling luxury cars so I shouldnt expect luxury service. The average-ness is palpable.

Just left the dealership and got my first oil change there. Customer Service has defiantly gone down since a couple years ago :( spent an entire hour and a half there, nobody spoke to me about my car, if they found anything out of the ordinary, nothing.....just said the car would be taken back, spent from 2:30-4:15pm waiting in the lobby, name called to get my keys and sent out the door...I do not know what i was expecting but for buying a new car there was hoping for a little more customer appreciation i guess

Started my purchase experience online. Prices quoted on website were accurate minus the dealer package add ons. The final price I paid for the truck was what I expected. Salesman (Brock) was honest and helpful. He was waiting for me at the agreed upon time and had me out of there in about 90 minutes. I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment. I have an interlock device on my vehicle. I specifically told them I need to be with the vehicle if the vehicle is “ON” or if vehicle is running. Long story short they tripped a violation on my device which would lock me out from starting the vehicle. Now I have a Violation on my record because they didn’t understand. I am in process of disputing the violation. Plus I had to pay to get device recalibrated, drive 40min to the shop. It’s possible the violation won’t get removed and there’s a 3 strike limit. So yes I am very upset

I brought my vehicle in to get a diagnostic test because the check engine light was on and when I returned to the shop to pick up my vehicle, it wouldn’t run. My vehicle is no longer usable. Let me validate saying, I am an experienced car mechanic. I have need wrenching on cars, trucks, motorcycles for 20 plus years.I service my Tahoe here multiple times a year, oil changes, inspections, and other services. In this last visit I was made aware that my Truck needed $6,000 plus of fixes. Things that should be managed throughout time and previous visits. That tells me that some of their techs are not fully doing their jobs or theyre falsifying needed service to the customers. I havent determined the latter but am in the process of getting a second opinion.Secondly,I have had this issue with the trailer brake system at the beginning of the year, the tech claimed they found the problem. I paid for the fix and a few months later the issue came back. I asked in my last visit to have a tech look into it. This time the tech claimed to find the issue which was something that should have been spotted the first time. Now I have to pay to fix the same issue I already paid to have fixed? Thats outlandish to me.

Im extremely disappointed in the level of service I received at Quality Chevrolet. We happily own a 2017 Tahoe LT, which we use for family road trips. Its a very comfortable SUV equipped with several safety features. One in particular is a feature that alerts the driver when traffic in front starts to brake or if you drift out of your lane. In May, we drove to 3 National Parks in Utah, and everything was working great. While driving back home, I noticed the lane keep assist safety feature had stopped working. The front parking sensors were also malfunctioning. As soon as we returned home, I made an appointment to bring the Tahoe in for repairs. They scheduled the appointment a month out. I ended up having to cancel the appointment due to my wife needing surgery. I took the Tahoe in on July 28th and met with the service advisor Nick. After not hearing from Nick for several days, I called him and left messages. After the 5th day, I called and told the receptionist I had left messages for Nick and hadnt heard from him. A short time later, I received a call from a service representative who informed me Nick was no longer working there and asked why myvTahoe was there. I explained to him what the issues were, and he told me they would be diagnosing the issues. The following day, I received a call. The service advisor told me the lane keep assist camera wasnt working and needed to be replaced. Two weeks later, my tahoe was supposedly ready. When I picked up the car, it was dirty with dirt from sitting on their lot. I paid for the repairs and drove to the carwash. I then took it for a test drive and noticed the issue was not corrected. The lane departure assist was not alerting me when the car drifted out of the lane. I immediately called the service representative, and he asked me to return it the next day. When I took it back, the technician went on a test drive with me and agreed the issue was still present. He also noticed the front parking sensors werent sensing objects. I left the tahoe for another week. I was called and told the camera needed calibration. A couple of days later, I was called and advised my car was ready. When I arrived, I was told it had been repaired, and the shop foreman had test driven it. I left the dealership and test drove it to find the symptom was worse. I called the service representative to inform him the problem still existed and was worse. He said the service manager would go on a test drive the following day. The following day, the service manager went on a test drive with me and confirmed there was an issue. He told me to take the car home and said he would be contacting a Chevrolet engineer. Several days later, I was called by the service representative, who told me the engineer said there was a software update that caused the issue and couldnt be corrected. He also told me I could take it to another dealership. A new camera that I paid for was installed to correct the issue, and now Im essentially being told that the safety feature was eliminated by a software update?? The only option I was given was to take it to a different dealership. In other words, we diagnosed the problem, charged me for the repair and returned my car to me unrepaired. Im very disappointed!!

The entire experience was terrible. From setting up an appointment at 10am. Having no vehicle to rent until the diagnostic was done. And the vehicle sat for an entire day before a false diagnosis was written up for over $4,000 that the insurance denied to do the way Roger the service manager wrote it up. The insurance adjuster informed me that it was not a legitimate claim and was poorly worded in a false stretch, resulting in a denial. (Had written it up correctly it would have been approved for work)And to top it off. The warranty company never received a work order for one of the two major issues I brought it to the chevy dealership.And for future reference. Dont claim you inspected the tires and give me the vehicle back with all 4 tires over 10psi apart. If youre going to try and charge me $400 for diagnostic fees. Do your job.A trashy experience with dishonest people. I brought the vehicle to chevy because I thought it was the highest level of quality and employees. This was quite the opposite.

I will start out by saying, Bill in The service department handled the situation like a professional. I purchased a front and rear camera from GM to be installed in my Silverado 1500 RST. Bill called and asked to keep my truck till the next day due to extra wiring that needed to be done. I picked my truck up the next day, and Bill was at lunch when I did. When I got home, I was looking at the installation, and I couldnt see when the rear camera was installed. I called Bill the next morning to ask where the technician installed the camera, and the answer I received back was, (can you come back in?) The technician didnt see the second camera. I had been looking for a specific Traverse and was not having any luck with finding the right one, available. With limited options near me in the Palm Springs area, I spent a lot of time searching online out of the area. After Bob Stall said it would take 3-4 days to address my Chevy Volt issues I booked service with Quality, even being an hour away from my home in Santee, passing 2 other dealers on my way.I was a little nervous walking in to service for the first time and it stank like BO. The line of cars was backed up to the street and the 3 service guys seemed overwhelmed. I watched as they took charge, got cars moved in and helped me with my check in. My vehicle is still under a year old. My issue was resolved however I would have gave a higher score if I did not have to beg for a loaner vehicle. When a consumer purchases a brand new vehicle and it is still under manufactured warranty the consumer is relying on proper transportation. therefore if some fails on the vehicle during the warranty period a consumer should be provided a loaner vehicle without having to beg for one. Just cause their arent any mark ups doesnt mean I need to pay this add on that I didnt expressly agree to. The also did the old bait and switch, told me they would give me a discount and never gave any stipulations on it. We had a horrible experience with the manager Richard. Extremely unprofessional we had gone back to purchase a truck we had seen and discussed. Richard back tracked and told us he never appraised our vehicle despite giving us a number on what our trade in would be after waiting for them to inspect our truck. We even went to Carmax as recommended to get appraisal in effort to save quality Chevrolet from having to take trade in. Richard said they never really appraised it and the amount he gave us was no where near where they would be at today. Mind you we came back less than a week later and ready to purchase. We have 2 boys under 2 and do not appreciate our time being wasted especially when we we’re ready to purchase and even willing to proceed with carmax trade in to alleviate the process for the dealership. All Richard stated was he did not recall and that we were just throwing numbers at him. I’m a manager for a major bank and would never communicate in that manner with a customer. We’re not in the business of lying to get a deal we went back to complete a deal that was agreed and discussed. It is apparent Richard does not have a commitment to provide a good experience to customers and honor what was previously discussed.

I called in Quality Chevrolet to ask about possible deals on an electric vehicle. While I understand and respect their decision to not meet my expectations on pricing, the sales manager that I spoke with, spoke poorly while trying to maintain a professional tone. I was specific that I don’t wish to visit in person unless there is a reasonable pricing drop to meet the expectations, the sales manager was insistent that I’m one among many thousands of callers and not “unique” and must be present in person to be considered. Additionally, at one point he stated that I need to “sweet talk him about the deal and liking the vehicle etc.” to be in better books to receive their deals. This is a potential business transaction and the choice of words and pushiness is simply uncalled for and rude. Not so much of quality behavior to meet the name.I’m not posting the details of the person on public review for obvious reasons, but if anyone from the dealership or Chevrolet wants additional details, I’m happy to provide them. Needless to say this is off-putting for any thoughts of considering Quality Chevrolet for car purchase ever.

Unfortunately, I purchased my Bolt through Bob Stall. The sale was ok, but the service was horrible. The trunk wouldn’t latch and I spoke to the salesman who had me bring the car down, thinking I don’t know how to close a hatch. Well after eating my time doing that they scheduled an appointment for 8:00a on Monday. I got there about 7:50a signed in Anna went to the waiting room. It was unseasonably cold and they left the double doors open. I was dressed like I live in Santa Diego. After waiting 3 hours I inquired about my car. They didn’t even know I was there. I rented a loaner car from them. They paid for the car I had to pay for the gas. I went home sick from waiting in their cold waiting area.On the other hand you took y car on time and gave me a ride home and back. The driver was very pleasant. It was a good experience

I just purchased a new Bolt EUV. Danny communicated on and off for a few weeks until one that matched my needs came in. He quickly notified me about it and after I arrived I was out the door with the keys in 2 hours flat! Thats with a trip to the bank. From the start, Jacob Trippey was beyond helpful to my wife and I. Weve been in the market for an electric or hybrid vehicle. Dealership after dealership, we were having difficulty finding anything in inventory. Jacob listened to us. Hours after our initial conservation, we found ourselves 35 miles away at the dealership to see a Chevy Bolt EV.Jacob was very friendly and informative. He was kind to us and answered all of our questions. We took the car out for a test drive and absolutely LOVED the car. He informed us of GM rebates as well as veterans discount. He wasnt pushy or didnt seemed eager to just make a sale. In our case, he listened to our needs and gave us information to make educated decisions.As we got the paperwork written up, Jacob chatted with us, as if we were all old friends. It was a really nice experience in what has usually been a stressful and frightening time for me. My wife and I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness.Update: stopped by to have them install/Mount my license plate bracket on the front. This was a free service they offered to me at the time of purchase and delivery. No appointment needed. Just drove up, met with one of the service advisors, and was done in about 30 minutes. 👍👍 they even put my new plates on the car! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Before my husband and I decided to go and make a trip to this dealership we called and asked if they still had the vehicle we were interested in and what we needed, and decided to make an appointment. Upon arrival the lady that attended to us was very nice, transparent with her answers, and let us make our own decisions without being pushy. They definitely had what we went for, and other great options. She was very nice, attentive, understanding (we took our little one) and helped us drive off with our new vehicle. I was sent an email quote and when I got there it was $800 more. My rep told me it was his mistake but he wouldnt honor it. He told me the diagnostic would go towards the repair but they still charged me that on top of it. After a lot of complaining they discounted it but still was over $300 then the WRITTEN quote I received. I will never go back based on how I was treated.

With the purchase of my new suburban, Quality Chevrolet offers a free oil change for life program. Sounds great right!!! The first two years have been great, but now that my SUV is on its third year the service department treats me like a second rate customer. I have been waiting here at Quality Chevrolet for over 3 hours just to get my oil changed! I have watched everyone that came in after me pick up their car and I am still waiting! I had an appointment, I was on time and this is how a customer is treated!

I ended up paying $300 because they added a plug, cabin air filter, etc… The service dept didn’t confirm beforehand any of the extra add-on items or inform me that I would be paying double the initial amount quoted.
