Highly recommend Ed Personius at Qualified Home Loans. I spent 3 months and countless hours with B of A and got rejected. Reached out to Qualified and just closed our refinance. We bought at the peak of interest rates and he was able to drop it over 1%. He was able to structure the loan to help pay off some credit cards too. It was so easy I thought it was a scam.

From the first conversation my wife and I had with Ed Personius in 2021, we knew he was the right person to help us find our home. We knew what we wanted and we were very adamant about not going over our budget. Not only did he comply but he never pressured us. He would always keep us up to date with the rate changes. If my wife or I did not understand anything, he would thoroughly explain to us until we understood it completely. Once we found our home, the escrow process was smooth and he actually got us to close a few days earlier than expected. He was as also able to get us a larger refund from the initial amount he quoted us from our deposit.
