I had an excellent experience shopping at Quaid Harley Davidson. Jeremiah Wolfe was the staff member who helped me and I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable. I was able to test drive a 2024 Road Glide with no hassle and the ride experience exceeded my expectations - I fell in love with the motorcycle. Jeremiah provided me with a unique customer service experience. Not once did I feel any pressure to purchase a motorcycle. My husband and I re-entered the market for motorcycles after we both had an accident and totaled our bikes- and in choosing our next bikes, we were going to be particular. Safety and reassurance became a top priority for us. Shopping for not only the right deal, but the bike that matches *you can be frustrating. We quickly found this out after visiting multiple shops/dealerships in our area. It was once we became disheartened that we were referred to Quaids to meet Brandon and Jeremiah. And I think one of Jeremiahs best qualities is that he does not come at you as an aggressive salesman. But, instead, a laidback biker guy who loves motorcycles and wants others to experience the love for the life as well. He seemed excited to show us all he had in stock but also didnt not waste our time showing us bikes that did not meet our criteria. He gave us absolutely zero pressure about the bikes, which resulted in us feeling at ease and comfortable in our environment. By the end of the night, I did not only find a bike I felt safe on (2017 FatBoy Lo), but knew we were coming bike immediately for my husbands bike (2023 Roadglide). Quaids has become home base for us because, quite simply, they took care of us like family would.

I came in with a dream to find a LowRider ST in Tobacco Fade. Knowing there was on 1700 in production and I found out about its release 45 days after it was announced, I was almost sure I wouldnt be able to find one. Made a call to Quaid and spoke with Jermeiah. He went to end of the world and back to locate one for me. He found it with only 4 left in the entire state. The sales process was painless and Jermiah is a man of integrity and provided me a great experience. Because of Jeremiah, my dream came true and I have the pleasure of riding this Dream Machine. I originally started my shopping online which led me to B and he was awesome got me connected to Rich! They asked what my daughter was looking for instead of just selling us a much cheaper bike they provided us with details, things we hadnt thought off, well that made the experience so much easier and comforting. Thank you Rich my daughter was extremely happy with the choice. Oh and the financing office made things fast for us I was in shock a little because I been to others and usually there all day. I do a lot of traveling and Ive never been to a dealer like this. Ive never been to a dealership that EVERY department was a great experience. Even people not helping you are always friendly.Ive purchased motorcycles with Jeremiah and its always been an easy positive experience. Dominic always takes care of us in service. He gets us in quickly, keeps me updated and makes sure our service is done in a timely manner. Red does all the work on our bikes,hes the best! First time taking my Harley to Quaid. I have no complaints about this place. The full service for my bike was performed in less time than I expected. The person who attended to me, Dominic, was courteous, friendly, and professional. Wandering around the store I was met with various employees who offered assistance if I needed anything. Isabella is a rock star! She was absolutely amazing with helping me purchase a new helmet today! Not only was she knowledgeable about the product, she taught me about the helmet with such grace and ease I was impressed. However, the most impressive part of my experience was showing up for a ride at the dealership and simply mentioning interest in a Simpson helmet and we would be back after the ride. Everyone at the shop had great communication, a positive attitude, and were genuinely happy to assist me. Often times buying a new vehicle, the sales people make you feel like they are doing you a favor or are some sort of bother. This was the first time each person involved in my deal (and even the owner) made me feel as if I was doing them a favor and I felt their gratitude. I had been looking everywhere for this helmet and she made it freaking happen. My experience in purchasing my new bike couldnt have went any smoother. I left a message online in the middle of the night asking about a particular bike and wasnt expecting a reply until the next day. To my surprise B responded almost immediately. He answered a few more questions I had and then I made an appointment to go and meet with Rich. Once I got there Rich greeted me very professional and I began to let him know what I had to put down and we then proceeded to go outside where he showed me a couple different bikes. I picked a new road glide, filled out the application and Rich went in and made the deal happen. Im very pleased how he didnt put ANY pressure on me. All I can say is dont let $60 keep you from having a new bike verse you getting a used one with tens of thousands of miles on it. Thanks again Quaid for making me part of the family.

I have been to a few different Harley dealerships looking for the right riding jacket for my wife, and not only did they not have one that would work for her( and thats ok) but they gave no info at all on what they carried. What I experienced at Quaid Harley Davidson was totally different. The staff are so inviting and friendly, but the service we got from Isabella was top notch. Update to dealer response:Well your response may explain the problem. Per the installation instructions, the jiffy stand does not need to be removed in order to install the sensor. Install videos confirm this. So if your technician removed the jiffy stand, they wasted labor and my money.Quaid service department charged a full hour of labor to install a very simple (less than 5 minutes) sensor and update the software. I reluctantly agreed to it, but I am very unhappy that they take financial advantage of their customers. Additionally, it took 25 minutes for them to pull my bike out front after the technician was done with it. I had to keep asking about it. My service advisor was eventually nowhere to be found, so the other guy found it just sitting in the back. The porter must have missed it, making me late.

When we arrived at the sales floor we looked around a bit without anyone attempting to push you into a sale. When I was ready they were too! Spoke with Adrian who was very happy to greet and assist us. He showed me great options and crunched the numbers. As we waited for approval Kanessa greated us who also was a pleasure. I purchased a brand new 2023 Street Glide Anniversary Edition from Quaid Harley Davidson. Within 2 days of buying the bike, the paint on the front of the tour pack was being scratched/chafed by the passenger back rest. I contacted my salesperson, Rich, and advised him what was happening. I also sent pictures. I was advised to bring the bike to the Service Dept so they can take a look at it. The following weekend I took the bike in to have an XM module installed and told the service writer, Dominic, what was happening. He said he would have to call Harley Customer Service to see what they would do. Several weeks later, I took my bike back to the Service Dept for the 1000 mile servicing. I asked Dominic if he heard back from Harley regarding the paint chafing issue, he advised that he forgot about it. Several days went by and I was advised by Dominic that Harley does not warranty paint. I advised Dominic that the paint was not the problem. It is possibly a defective or misaligned passenger back rest. Once again I was advised that Harley does not warranty paint. I called Harley myself and was given the same excuse after explaining the issue several times. I left a message for Brandon Quaid to contact me so I can discuss this issue with him. A person named Zach called me back to discuss my issue. I was once again told that Harley does not warranty paint. I suggested that they do something because the issue was getting worse. I suggested that they put a clear film on the tour pack where the damage is occurring. I was given a sheet of clear paint protection film to put on the tour pack. It appears that no one wants to discuss why the passenger back rest is chafing/scratching the tour pack paint. All they keep saying is Harley doesnt warranty the paint. I am not going to remove/reinstall the passenger back rest and give them a way out by blaming me for whatever is wrong with it. It appears that once you purchase a bike, customer service no longer exist!!!

I have a 1991 Springer that has over 100,000 miles on it (and me) and 4 engine rebuilds. I have always enjoyed fast and excellent service for it over the years. I am just beginning to understand that having a bike that is 32 years old is a challenge. It is difficult to find the right parts without some hard work, knowing who to call and where to adjust to inventive solutions. The Service Mgr., Tricia, is all that and more. She deals pushy customers, suppliers that cant supply, sources that have changed, insurance companies, warranty services, etc. all the while being cheerful and taking the necessary time to listen to what you have to say. The other service employees reflect her and her style. I have never had an issue with any of the service team that wasnt immediately addressed and solved. It means a lot to me that Quaid will pick and deliver my bike if necessary. I have many other choices for my Harleys, but I have used Quaid for years for service and bought my last four Harleys from them. They really care.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Softail Rocker from Quaid HD. Although not my first HD motorcycle purchase, it was certainly the best experience. I was spending some time at the dealership last weekend to ride in the Loma Linda Childrens Hospital toy run. My interest in the bike was noticed by a staff member and Jeremiah came to discuss it with me. As we were both been looking for bikes we drove out from Orange County on a Friday evening just to look around and see what was in stock. This review is for the bike sales department.Tried to pull the typical bait and switch on me and my riding buddy, really blatant... $15K used bike became a $24K OTD price on my friend with an 800+ credit rating and a $5K down payment. About a month before that I went it with $12K cash to deal on a used (2003) Springer... once the guy found out I was interested it became a consignment and when he called the owner the price went up from $12.9K to $14K because he realized he had put a lot into it... Yeah ok. I found out the owner was now the owner of the dealership... Saleman couldnt keep his lies straight to a point where it was comical. I have the e-mails to back this up, and Ill be happy to show you the much nicer Springer I bought elsewhere. Ill also show you my buddys new old stock 2015 Limited he ended up buying in Victorville for literally $2K more than the 2014 used bike with 30K miles on it the Quaid tried to screw him on.Bottom line, if you are an informed buyer with good credit and a down payment, they dont want you. Theyre looking to prey on the less qualified and make a ton of cash on the back end. Thats fine, if thats the way they want to do biz and thats their game then oh well... but you should know this. We literally spent $40K elsewhere within a week or two of being there.Im honestly glad a lot of people have had better experiences than I at Quaid, but Im going to tell it like it is from my experience. Ride safe everyone.The girls in the motorclothes are great looking and really helpful. A+ for them. I went to Quaid Harley Davidson for parts for my 2016 softail because its about 20 minutes closer to my house than the next dealership. Big mistake. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I ordered a tire for my bike and months past and I had to do all the following up. Finally I was told 1 month then 3 months then after 5 months I called again and was told the manager would call me back. That never happened. So I called back and the parts guy was short with me and acted like I was bothering them. He said I can only do what I can do bro. As if getting a tire was something out of the ordinary or as if expecting the manager to actually call me back was out of line? I was finally told In June that it was backordered again to FEBRUARY !! It would be another 8 month wait and I was offered a different tire that was in stock.. seriously? It took 5 months for them tell me there was another option in stock? and the tire is almost identical to the one that I ordered. And for $50 less? Ive ordered several parts here and its the same situation each timeI have to do all the calling and searching the other dealerships around the country to get what I need in a timely manner. I should have just gone a little further away to Riverside Harley Davidson they never let me down. Lesson learned I guess.

Ever since I joined the service I wanted a bike. Not just any bike, an American Made Harley. Quaid made it quick and easy to get me on my first Harley. Staff was friendly and the salesman Anthony took good care of me with no haggling.Fast forward 3 months, I had to perform numerous repairs out of pocket. Leaking fuel lines, clutch assembly failure, bad battery. All be it I did purchase a used bike (with 74 miles on it), however I was informed the bike was to be given a complete maintenance check, fluid flush, and the battery was to be replaced. My local repair shop found they used an aftermarket battery and most likely a used one at that. The fuel lines were not checked for leaks as the o-rings were severely cracked. The clutch assembly gave out while I was exiting the freeway. I called Quaid and of course they gave the typical response this vehicle was sold as used so we do not offer any warranty or guarantee. Lesson learned, just buy new..... but I will also not be giving this location my business any longer.

I was travelling from Louisiana last week and broke down about two miles from Quaid HD. Got my bike to their dealership at about midnight Tuesday September 30. The sign said the service department opened at 8am. I left my hotel on foot to arrive at the service department at about 7:45 am Wednesday September 31. They had already moved my bike from where I left it, and the shop was buzzing with activity, however, no one acknowledged my existence until 8am. It didnt bother me at the time, but it should have clued me in on what to expect. The first thing the service writer asked when I was greeted at 8am was do you have an appointment?. Obviously, I did not. I went over my situation in detail including what I had already done to attempt to resolve my issues. I was told that they couldnt do anything for me until Tuesday, a week later. No computer diagnostic, nothing, as they had no free techs to assist a traveler. I waited outside their service department until the other shops in the area opened and started answering their phones to find out were I could go to get help. Finally, after an hour of sitting there, I was able to reach Riverside HD, and they were more than happy to help a stranded traveler. Thank you Riverside for getting me back on the road!I have been to 32 states and I have over 250 dealer check-ins on Ride 365 on my HD in the last 3 years. I have had issues in the past, and I have ridden with others that have had issues in the past, and every dealer we have stopped at have bent over backwards to help travelers. This was my second bad experience (first was in Portland last summer).My advise to anyone needing service - dont stop here, unless you have an appointment.

I found this place on an Instagram ad and an EXTREMELY THANKFUL I did. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took there time to explain everything. Didn’t feel pressured or rushed and let the bike choose me. When I chose the bike the process was simple and fast. Went to Quaid to look at bikes to see what I would feel comfortable in as being a new rider and never owning a bike, it was quick and easy process, I told them what I wanted and what I felt comfortable handling and they, showed me my options, there was no pushing me to get something bigger or more expensive, wanted something simple to learn on and thats what they gave me. I told them where I wanted to be with payments and they did a great job by sticking to what I asked for. Thanks again and will return when ready to upgrade

Ive purchased a VRod there custom wheels on my Street Bob and numerous parts and accessories since 2008Last week I needed a Whitewall tire for my Fatboy and instead of telling me when they could do it and making me an appointment I was told they close in 1 hour. I am totally satisfied with your parts department, all of the people I have worked with are friendly and knowledgeable getting the parts I need. Quaid has had most of the parts I needed in stock and when its not its usually there the next day. I do have one complaint you no longer sell Purple Slice as well as all of the other Harley dealers in Southern California, what upsets me is they tell me that Candy Coat works just as good and that is total BS. Get what the customers want! Your sale associates are friendly and know the product, I always enjoy picking their brain when they are not busy but I am very happy with the bike I own and for now Im not in the market.

As far as most Harley shops go, Quaid is no too bad. Parts people are great, and Ive not felt pressured by sales staff. I do most of my own service so Ive only visited them twice in about 10 yrs. 1st visit was less than wonderful. Id pancaked my rim and was not in the mood to lace up a new wheel and neither were they. So I did it myself. 2nd time was recently, and again I didnt feel like replacing my own worn tires. Got an estimate that sounded great. I plopped down outside and could see the very competent tech doing the work. He was fast and good at it. However the final bill was a couple hundred bucks more than quoted so I was less than impressed in the end.

I had multiple friends of mine suggest talking to the team at Quaid Harley Davidson when I mentioned I was interested in purchasing a Harley Davidson. I was immediately connected with Jeremiah, B & Brandon. Throughout the entire process I was not pushed or felt like I was being sold whereas other dealerships my phone email and text were getting blow up, the team at Quaid were very patient, yet made sure they were there if I had any questions. In other words they were not hovering over me which made me feel comfortable with my decision. Jeremiah was great, I called and text him multiple times, and as someone who has never owned a Street Motorcycle in my life, he was great, patient and answered ALL my questions which im grateful for! Rode into Quaid on my way from Tahoe to Pa last week in 110 heat hoping to grab a cold drink .. restroom stop and buy a shirt... well Quaid truly disappointed! No water and machine was out as well and didnt seem to be a concern of the staff. Bathroom needed cleaning too! Looking for shirts the sales woman clearly didnt like me checkin them out as she swiped it back to refold before I made my decision .Left truly sorry I stopped ! Just bought a new Harley from Quaid and I will NEVER buy a bike from anyone else again. I got there at 5pm. By 7pm everything was DONE and ready to go out-the-door. As you can see, it wasnt just one person, but a TEAM. All working together to HELP ME. While having great conversations, laughing, etc., they worked the magic, and I got an excellent deal. No pressure: it was a real pleasure. I didnt have to ask; they just did it. Today I rode thru Joshua Tree National Monument and bought an annual pass for all National Parks. A whole new world has opened. Im hooked and I now have my A-Team, i.e., the Quaid Team. I Couldnt be happier.

My wife and I have bought 2 bikes in the last 8 months from Quaid Harley Davidson, a 2017 Street Glide Special in December and a 2017 Street Glide CVO just yesterday, but we have been coming here for years. We have always been treated with the utmost respect from the entire staff and not just because we were buying bikes. We are happy with the deals we got on both bikes and the way were treated by the staff. I wanted to order a part at my local HD (not Quaid HD) and it became an argument on which part fits my needs. They gave me the wrong part # and I told them many times that it was WRONG. Mind you, I was speaking to their so-called parts manager. When the part finally came up on their end, they claimed that, “oh we have to contact the vendor for availability.” Really? A vendor for an OEM HD part? They didn’t even “contact the vendor”. Got in my car and called Quaid and just like that, the nice lady over the phone was able to pull up the part and give me everything I needed to know and was very polite. So much so that I was willing to drive 40 minutes there to give yall my business. Thank you Quaid.

On 7/7/20 I purchased a 2018 Breakout. My experience was IMPECCABLE, off the top I felt welcomed while on the phone with B, she hooked me up with Jeremiah who made the deal flow also with a welcomed feeling.
