I highly recommend Push Health! My assigned medical provider was knowledgable, professional, and promptly responded to all of my questions. My Rx also arrived very quickly as well! From start to finish, my experience with Push Health was extremely streamlined and, thanks to their amazing app & email updates, I was easily able to navigate through each step. Although I was a little nervous initially, I can say with my whole heart that those nerves are now a thing of the distant past! I see Push Health as the future of medical services- removing the logistical hassles of medical appointments & empowering patients and providers alike! I have the highest of regards for Push Health! Push Health has made my healthcare affordable and effective. I lost my health care coverage and self pay became extremely price overwhelming and quite unaffordable for me. Push Health has helped me in a time where I wasn’t sure what I was going to do to get the medication I needed to keep me…frankly alive. I was skeptical at the beginning because I couldn’t believe how easy they made the process… “to good to be true” it seemed, but it is for real and I honestly couldn’t appreciate their services more. I would 100% recommend Push Health to anyone needing help because, in my opinion, traditional Dr. office visits have become less and less about your well being. Thank you Push Health.

I was leary in the beginning as Im sure anyone would be because I assumed the company was too good to be true but I was desperate so I reluctantly went ahead and tried it and I couldnt be happier with the experience. I used them for six months two years ago and had a very easy friendly hassle free experience. I lost the weight I wanted. The practitioner I used was knowledgeable yet kind and didnt make me feel bad for wanting to use the medication to lose weight. The process was so easy I couldnt believe it. She also cared about my health as well and wasnt just there for the money. I kept the weight off for two years and it had started to creep back on so Ive recently got back in contact with them to try something new. They also care about saving me money because she gave me the option to use a pharmacy of my choice and pay what they charge or choose a compounding pharmacy to save a significant amount of money which I wouldnt have known about had she not had given me that choice. I highly recommend this company for whatever your needs are. I have complete faith in them with my health care needs.

So, for me, I don’t get what all the hype is about. If you go to a normal Primary Care doctor, you get everything these guys offer for like $30-75 bucks depending on your co-pay.I used the service, paid the $70 because I didn’t want to wait a month to meet with my PCP. My fault for being impatient.It was very easy to get a prescription; however, when the pharmacy called me, I knew that something didn’t seem right. Turns out, I needed a prior authorization. No problem right? “Hey Doc, you know that prescription you just wrote me; well, it turns out you forgot something.”Prescribing Doctor:“Well, now I’m gonna need another $75 out of you. I wrote you for a 1 month supply. So, come back and see me for 3 months straight, and then I’ll see if I can get you on an actual 3 month prescription. However; when you come and see me, there are going to be continuous and frequent fees.”I mean, I get that you have to pay for things in life, but isn’t $70 enough to cover an initial prescription? Maybe like charge a small fee for refills. On a positive note, everyone seems really professional and nice.

I guess the positive reviews are from patients looking for discreet. I paid $70 for an appointment. Just filled out a form. Never spoke to anyone via app, message, phone, or video. Then, my pharmacy needed a prior authorization for insurance. I chatted with the doctor and immediately got another bill for $37 just for him to consider helping me. Clearly they are into one thing. Money over health and relationships.

I have been struggling with infertility and seen multiple doctors and tried all types of things to get pregnant. Finally the OBGYN sent me to a specialist and they were so expensive I couldn’t afford it but going through push health I was able to get my letrozole and with a coupon it made my 3 month prescription $15!!! The first provider assigned - maribel campos - was super money hungry. She wanted to charge more than what Push health’s price was, and had a super high prior autorotation fee which she wanted to charge every time I went up a dose. And then when I asked for a 3 month prescription she wanted to charge for each month. She only got on the phone to talk about her charges. And she is super rude - which makes the experience unpleasant. Would not ever reccomend herI switched to a new provider Ayanna Artis and she is AMAZING. She is quick, super consultative and actually explained the weight loss medications and process. She also has done a whole bunch of research on different compound providers to give people options if they don’t qualify for the PA on name brand drugs. And her prices are fair - you get your moneys worth for the level of service.

Push Health and Dr. Steve Lin, DO have been a life altering experience. I have lost over 36 pounds since I started to use Push Health and Dr. Lin. Push Health allowed me nearly instant access to a licensed physician within minutes. Using my employer-provided insurance through United Healthcare, I would have had to wait three months to see a doctor. Push Health allowed me to quickly access high quality healthcare. I travel a lot and this is perfect when going to an office is not a reality. Medications are prescribed quickly. Pharmacy have had no issues filling orders. (I use a pharmacy wherever I am). Easy to upload medical documentation if needed. Virtual appts are available. I have a PCP for my insurance also.Its ok to have a team of professionals! Healthcare has options! I used this app several times. Always pleased. I just recently used again and was assigned Erika Gitchel as my doc. I requested an antibiotic. She instead sent over a steroid pack. Which I told her I was already on for my RA. She takes over 24 hours to answer any messages you send to her and 3 days later she decides to finally give me an antibiotic (not the one I requested) but I’ll take what I can get at this point. But wait they are wanting another $75 for a prescription I never received in the first place. I will never used this dr again She was a nightmare. I’m out $ and still no prescription and still sick. I signed up for help with weight loss. I got connected with first physician and he determined he was not interested in helping after we spoke but PUSH charged my credit card $299 but I did not see the charge. Then they connected me with another physician and he never returned my emails and he was gone but again, my credit card was charged another $299. So, I am in dispute to get my money back as I never once received any medical support or Rx. I would HIGHLY suspect this is a SCAM setup and would highly discourage anyone from using PUSH. This company only offers compound versions of the popular weight loss medications. The compound versions are NOT FDA-approved. I explained to the Doctor who was representing the company, Ben Wallace, that there are numerous horror stories about people getting hospitalized from overseas pharmacies mixing in dangerous ingredients in the compound formulas. I requested the real version of Zepbound which Dr. Wallace said is widely out of stock and Id need to find it myself. The reason I signed up for PUSH Health was because I thought they had the real medication in stock and available. This is not the case, so really it was a waste of money because I got nothing out of it. Im still not on Zepbound after trying for 15 months to get it. :(

I paid their fee of $74.99 just to get a simple prescription for an Albuterol inhaler for Asthma. They approved the medication for me however my Pharmacy (Rite Aid) has not heard anything from them and will not fill it for me. Push Health was great the first time I used them. This time, not so much. Apparently, once you use a doctor, you are assigned to them. When I got sick this time, that doctor was unavailable. I got no responses from them. The app does not give you an option to disengage from that assigned doctor. I had to contact customer service to get help with that. Not fun while running a fever. That delayed getting to see a doctor, which then delayed delivery of the perscription to the pharmacist because it was the weekend. Bad timing, but not fun. You provide a much needed service, but you need to fix the app with this flaw. Allow users to request another doctor if the current one is not responding.

I used Push Health recently and I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. My provider was Melissa Stephens. She was very knowledgeable and professional and communicated well. I had no problems whatsoever with my appointment and I will continue to use Push Health for my future needs since it was easy and convenient. Also, it was very reasonably priced.

Excellent care from Push Health. Alecia DiLisa took care of me from beginning to when I received my prescription through my local pharmacy. She was with me in communication every time I had a question answering my concerns because this was the first time using Push Health. When you are a family caregiver who is not always local this service is invaluable for the occasion that waiting to get in to see the Primary care physician is not practical and could escalate the condition. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I was skeptical because I’ve never used a service like this. I am blown away. I submitted a detailed request and in 10 minutes, (seriously, 10 minutes!) The process of the whole program was great easy to read and easy to understand I’m only a week into it but I think things are going to be great and I totally told all my family and friends about the site. Can’t wait to see what a couple of weeks will do for my health, my experience with the doctor was great. He understood what I needed and I did some lab work as well. It wasn’t that hard to do and not that expensive at all. I do have insurance so that might make things a little bit cheaper but I have friends that has done it as well without insurance and it was not that expensive for them as well. I will check back in with you all in about three weeks to see if my health in my body are getting better. Thanks.
