Installed under sink Puronics RO Filtration System back in 2019. After 5 years, technician confirmed everything is fine after adding pressure to tank (7 PSI empty) and changing two filters (Membrane still okay, no replacement needed). The Puronics Technician Brandon was courteous and professional, maybe Ill consider a whole house filtration system next. 5-Stars!

Puronics system has been doing a great job for us for the last 10 yrs and they service it every 2 yrs. Very reliable and the system is always in good shape. I’ve been trying to get them to come out fixing the leak in my water system for 2 1/2 months now they’ve canceled twice they haven’t came and now they’re ignoring me. My system is completely rusted on top and it’s been leaking. oh, I forgot to mention my System is less than a year old I have message after message after message saying that they’re going to send someone out and no one ever coming

What makes Puronics the best among the other brands in comparison is the people behind the company. My communication with the Puronics sales department started with Brittany Edwards (3/9/2022), who was patient as it took me almost one year to decide. Of all the salespeople (different companies) I spoke to within one year, Brittany outshone the competition, was very knowledgeable of the product, and was professional. And on March 17, 2023, I purchased the Hydronex iGen 30C and Micromax 7000, and she delivered the best customer experience. Brittany moved mountains to install the equipment within the same week, and I was a happy customer. As a bonus, I met Terry Farris and Heriberto Enciso – great technicians and never a dull moment. Terry Farris, you are a rockstar! My family finally loves the water here in Patterson, which is soft, safe, clear, and clean. THANKS, PURONICS!

Revised, They have reached out and scheduled someone to come look at my system. We will see if they find problems with it.The tech came out looked at it said there was no real blockage that he could see. Tested the water for chlorine, with a pool test strip. The strip showed no chlorine, and he said it was working.

Im giving this company a 1 because there no negative. This is not a get your money and buy kind of thing. If I or any person in my family get sick the lawsuit will be directly to puronic. The system is said call for service with a number,when answer is the main company number and they transfer to the people in your state that should help you. Up to there every thing is fine but when I called to the person responsible to get it fix because is lifetime warranty. No one and I mean no one answer or is willing to come and fix the problem. Unfortunately since its puronic brand they need to enforce the little guys to do there job correctly not just sell and buy. My mistake was that I pay for system cash if it was in monthly payment I would have cut it off right there.1 year already with this problem and water color is brownish.

Amazing company & amazing service!Both my wife and daughter were breaking out with eczema. As soon as we connected the system within five days the skin clear it up… Not to mention all of our appliances began to clean out just as the sales rep mentioned.Look at the before’s and Afters on our hard water. We had 10gpg of hardness in the water no wonder why we were so dry and itchy.No more bottles of water either as we are not contributing to the plastic problem this planet faces.What a blessing. 🙏🏼

Happy with the installation of the Hydronex igen 30C water softener unit, on time and completed on schedule. Henry the installer was detailed in his installation and also advised of a ongoing leakage problem in the kitchen sink that well address with a plumber. Thank you!Edit: 1/18/2023, 2 weeks later, after the leakage problem (old angle stops replaced) was fixed by a plumber, rescheduled the Reverse Osmosis installation (got a Hydromax RO and Hydronex Softener system package) for free and Brandon C the installer came over, tested the water to verify that the previous softener installation was running smoothly, then installed the RO system under the sink. He also checked the softener system installation and both the inside and outside water conditions. Patiently explained the diagnostic modes on the softener in detail and how to shut off the RO and the softener system in case of emergency. Happy with the work that Brandon C (RO system) and Henry (softener) performed! Thanks Puronics!Update: 5/28/2024, John V came over to replace the reverse osmosis filters for the roughly annual filter change and was very friendly and efficient in the service. I contacted puronics online to be placed with a local dealer for a water filtration system.I was called by someone local, I spoke with someone named Stephanie, but was not given an actual company name, only that they were wanting to schedule for a water test for a Puronics system. I explained that I had a water test 2 years prior when I moved in to my home (and a new city) and I know that I need and want a system I just need to talk to someone about the costs and then we could do a water test if need be. She told me that she would have her supervisor call me later that day. I have never heard back from anyone and can’t even find her number anymore and don’t have an actual company name to reach out to.I’m disappointed because I really want and need a water filtration system and since I didn’t want to have them in my home until after I talked to someone about price they don’t seem to want to work with me.I requested another quote through the Puronics manufacturer website and I assume that is sent to my local dealer again but have never heard back on anything, again.UPDATE: I have updated my review. Once my review was responded to, I received a call from the local company that installs Puronics in my area nearly right away. I was contacted by the VP and he was apologetic and was able to quote me as I had requested over the phone. You can tell that he really believes in the product he sells and he was willing to work with me over the phone without coming to my home. The prices are very high and have significantly increased since I was originally quoted back in 2021. If I proceed with water purification I expect that it will be with Puronics.

After they installed our system our water heater started leaking. We never had a problem with our water heater before they installed the system. We had a licensed plumber check it and apparently the water pressure had been tampered with and was way too high which was causing the leak. Tried calling Puronics to let them know of the problem and they said someone would call us back and we never heard from them. Our water heater finally busted and we spent $1,600 to get it replaced. We tried calling and emailing Puronics again with No response. Would not recommend them.

I bought Puronics Water softer and micormax 7000 RO in 2021 and installed by the company. Everything looks good until you need service or maintenance parts from Puronics. I order the replacement filters online (order#3477) so that I can do the replacement by myself. Its been a week with out any update or communication from them. I called their sales department to check the status. But they transfer my call to the dealer department where no one is available. when I call again the sales department they wont pickup the calls. Worst Service to the customers. They just want to sell the products and leave the customers to desperate to get the service business to their dealers.

Install had to be rescheduled, due to distance from water main and the need to install a plumbing loop to hook up the softener. The tech dropped off the unit and took a deposit. I ended up cancelling the install, they picked up the unit, but now they wouldnt issue the refund. Watch out for these guys. They sent a letter saying there was an indication from the city that the water might be bad in my area. They sent a little water sample bottle and said to return it for a $50 gift card. They called me after I sent everything in and said they lost my sample but would send someone over to check things. I got a non technical sales person want to sell me the package, that is different since they want to make a hole on my bathroom wall and the young lady is telling me the technician (plumber) will come and make a hole on my bathroom wall to access the water drain to the city water and they gonna do the best to patch it. I have not signed a deal yet and she wants me to pay $188.00 for the plumber to show up at my residence and tell me how bad (maybe good) of a job he will do to my newly renovated bathroom wall. The young lady wanted to talk to me on Zoom and no technical folks will stop by, she was reading from a PowerPoint and don’t have technical knowledge of the system, but wanted to sell me the deal. I had two other suppliers to my residence they physically analyzed my water and they showed me what they will do to remove hard water from my house and answered all my questions. Looks like Puronics need to do some homework before they can be helpful and do a professional job. Young lady, this is not Costco, and you won’t get me a deal unless you address all the issues and show me what you are going to do, Zoom won’t make it.

Just had a slip on our front door with a water sample vile saying there had been complaints in the are for high chlorine levels. Got a call about someone needing to come in and check the hardness of the water at our sink. This whole time I think it is someone contracted by the city but soon realized it was the longest sales pitch I have ever sat through. 7/23/22: Revising my review after owning for 3 years. Please be aware that Puronics cost of consumables to maintain the system is fairly high. Also, they want to come yearly and charge several hundred $$$ to maintain the unit.3 years ago reviewIt has been a great experience getting a Puronics system into my new house. The water tends to be hard where I live and leaves a good bit of white residue behind (Ca, Mg) etc. I went through different units out there in the market. Learned that there are 2 types: a) Water conditioners and b) Softeners. I opted for the softeners with salt as the hard water at my house was around 11 grains. I also decided to go with the Reverse Osmosis (RO) unit to get bottled quality water.Prior to choosing Puronics, I checked a ton of places on the Internet and also checked out large wholesale stores and then went to HomeDepot and connected with Puronics through them. From the word go, I had Marissa S. the sales person connect with me and give me an excellent video demonstration. Later, she followed up with answering questions that I came up with on the units that they were selling. The mulitlevel particulate filtering all the way to the chemical removal from the water that Puronics has built into their systems was very impressive. Backed by a lifetime warranty, I knew I could not go wrong. Once I placed my order, the follow up by Carmen B. and their dispatch team was amazing and they worked out the shortest possible time to get someone in to setup the system. Following this, the Tech they sent (John B) was an amazingly knowledgeable person. He gave me a lot of interesting tips about my new house and its plumbing system. During the course of the installation, there was a problem and we had to call in the builders plumbers. John was extremely patient and worked with the plumbers etc to correct the situation. Glad he caught it or I would not have known. There was no pressure to pay on the the spot. Carmen followed up to check if everything was satisfactory and so did my sales person Marissa. I realized that these guys are serious about their business and customer service and Id rather be with them than go with someone else. I did check out a water system seller from a very large whole sale store, but was not impressed as he was more interested in the sale and kept telling me how busy their company is. Thanks to the wholesale store that he was representing, he jacked up the price too and I was very dissappointed. Puronics service, delivery, and installation so far has been a 5 star. After a lot of research online and in estimates in person, we found Puronics from a Home Depot source. Jeff came over and looked at our well system and he recommended a few options. We picked the Defender not only for being the most afordable, but just enough for our hard water needs.He also recommended the reverse osmosis system, to insure pure drinking water right from the tap. Had extensive water testing done on our well water by an outside lab. Took the results to Jeff Atkinson at Puronics to see what they recommend for water treatment. He called me and told me there finding was we had great water, and needed nothing. Did not try to sell me anything at all.About 1 1/2 years prior Jeff had come out to check our well water, same well, that had a rotten egg smell directly from the well and even from the holding tanks on a hill the water was pumped to before coming to the house. He said at that time the smell was so bad they had nothing that could solve our problem. He recommended chlorinating the water going to the tanks. I also aerated the water in the tanks. Basically he solved a problem we had for many years, and did not charge us a dime.I believe Jeff at Puronics shows a business ethic that is hard to find at a lot of businesses today. I highly recommend Puronics and Jeff in particular.
