PuroClean has been amazing. Andy and his team helped me and 2 of my very close friends as well. One fire damage and two flood damage homes. If you are looking for a straight up honest company you found them, I wouldnt recommend anyone else. Thank you for all you do Andy. Your the best!

I can’t imagine getting my home back without Puroclean! They were AMAZING! I would give them 10 starts if I could. Puroclean worked with my insurance and myself in restoring my house back into shape after a huge plumbing disaster. They were there each minute of each day until my home was back into shape. They did a nice job by remodeling the bedroom which damaged by water leaking. They would do us the favor by helping us to fix the wood floor and baseboards which damaged by our dog. ( This wasn’t included in the project). After they done the job, Andy Tai would follow up on the project. I told him that we would like to have a dimmer switch light. He scheduled someone to change it for us right away. I highly recommend this company.

Daniel and his team came out on a weekend to inspect a potential leak and provided me with honest feedback. One windy day, I had a down wire fire happened in my backyard. It was a sloppy job that SCE did, ended up a fire, burned the deck and completely destroyed it. Ive never encountered the fire before and I had no idea where to begin for taking care of the mess and dealing with insurance company and SCE. Luckily I was referred to Andy Thai of PuroClean. He was very professional and I can tell that he has a great pride on his work. From the day I contacted Andy, he guided me through the point zero to the end. He was always on time, always answer my questions and inquiries patiently ( as many of us never experience the fire, therefore, we do not know what to expect for the repairs and process, I believe). He never compromised his work and took a extra step for the repair. He is the man of the word, and lately it is getting rare to see that kind of professionalism. I strongly recommend their work.

We had to move out of our home because of a flood that started in our bathroom (clean water). PuroClean came in with professionalism and thorough service from beginning to end. We have never experienced a complete move like this and they were so very reassuring and meticulous with every piece of furniture and belonging we owned.From the initial scheduling of the move (with Daniel Romero handling that so efficiently) to the move out itself with Marina,(on top of everything.),Vanessa (very organizized), Cesar (the heavy lifting yet so careful with everything), to the move back into our home with Oscar(caring about the details), again Cesar (heavy lifting yet so careful), Germany (also careful and very friendly...explaining things along the way) and Vanessa(who came back on the last day of the move back to the house...she helped with the direction of both the move in & move back...very organized).I cant thank them all enough. It went sooo smoothly. We were uprooted from our home for the 1st time in 42yrs...truly out of our comfort zone and they put to rest all of our fears with regard to moving out our personal belongings.PuroClean did an amazing job and their team of employees are wonderful and trustworthy. Our rental home in La Mirada experienced a water leak from a refrigerator water supply line, resulting in flooding in the kitchen and the garage ceiling. Andy promptly advised us to turn off the main water valve to stop the leak, and within two hours, a technician was scheduled to visit our property. My rental condominium in Monterey Park had a fire loss because my neighbors old water heater caught on fire in the middle of the night. Luckily, my trusted contractor referred me to Andy at PuroClean. They came and walked me through my property, helping me identify, photograph and document all the affected rooms with smoke damage inside my drywall and insulation. They were professional and patient with me, guiding me through the insurance process and made things much easier for me. They were very respectful and packed up all my personal items at home very well before starting work. They worked fast and efficiently and were able to remove all of the odor from the fire and smoke. I usually dont go out of my way to write a review, but I was truly impressed with the work that PuroClean did in my house a month ago. I was initially concerned, but they came to our rescue in Arcadia. Our kitchen had caught fire due to an electrical shortage. Andy and his team came out and were there for my family. My kitchen and home suffered significant damage. They arrived like superheroes, removing all the debris and ashes, and helped me with the insurance claim process. They helped me to clean up the smoke damage and restored my personal items. I was woken up to the smell of burning in the middle of the night. I quickly went downstairs to find that a fire had ignited in my living room, possibly due to an electrical shortage in a lamp. My entire kitchen was an absolute mess when the dishwasher ended up flooding, but they assured me the damage could be fixed quickly and with as little down time as possible. The tech, Oscar, was friendly and thorough and walked me through the process, which ended up being much easier and less stressful than I originally thought. They were in and out with their equipment in about 3 days, and the wood floor was dried back to its original state. Looks as good as new! A great experience overall!

To have better air circulation, I recommend removing mold from your home. Mold can cause serious health issues. Therefore, it will require professional mold remediation to prevent it from spreading.I found this company on Google Search due to its good reviews. The professionals at PuroClean of Rowland Heights helped me by looking for the first signs of mold.Thus, I am very familiar with HEPA filtration because I use that for my air purifier. I have severe allergies during the Springtime. When I learned the professionals at PuroClean of Rowland Heights use HEPA filtration and HEPA vacuuming, I was completely confident I was in good hands.The process was super easy and quick! They also helped me sanitize the affected areas in my home.
