TRAVIS IS THE BEST YOU WILL FIND. The most knowledgeable informative willing to spend time with you to figure out exactly whats needed. I was in a disaster situation. My insurance agent was completely inept and I believe also acted negligently on purpose and had me in policies were two of my duplexes which are made up of 2 x single family structures the back structures were completely uninsured. And had been for the 6 years I was with Farmers. When I bought this up with her she said well I have E&O insurance. I was then having to shop for new insurance in California right at the time a lot of companies backed out of California and the ones that stayed stopped writing on landlord policies leaving me in a very vulnerable position not to mention costing me more money. Travis was an absolute lifesaver navigating me out of the mess with total professionalism and so much patience I cant even begin to tell you. If I were you I wouldnt go anywhere else. Found them through a friend. It is hard to get Insurance Companies to quote in CA and those who quote are exorbitant. Safeco decided to not renew me. Kandyce find a better policy for around the same price and essentially, all I had to do was sign. Kandyce did the comparisons and showed me what the differences were and took care of all the things. 11/10 would recommend! I was in the position of trying to find insurance for my mom after my dad passed away. I found out that she did not have the proper coverage for her auto insurance and umbrella. Well, I had my reservations about using this service, but very impressed with the agent and BenefitSource Inc. I was hesitant with switching insurance companies after being with one for almost 30 years. David Strange was very helpful and was readily available to discuss other options. I did buy a small policy and it was actually reduced $60 at the final billing. I will address the other policies next spring. Really worth considering this.

The only reason I decided to get home auto insurance through this office was because theyre listed with Dave Ramsey. Last year I did a home refi and got the run-around with the Jessie Gallegos and his team from this office. There was very important docs that they didnt have to supply my lender and they kept blaming each other. They dropped the ball and passed the buck back and forth. The respond time with emails and phone calls are very slow and you have to call every week to have them get things done. This year I had to refi again and went through the same issue with the same Team. Jessie G. blamed his secretary for not forwarding to docs to my lender, then she blamed someone else. They never received the emails that I sent over and over to both Jessie and staff. It was a mess. This company is great at getting you a good quote initially, but when it comes to paper work and helping with any issues they trip over themselves and blame each other. So I then shopped for another insurance company thinking that I would have to pay way more for insurance BUT it turns out that I was overpaying by a lot with this company. Im saving about $900 with more auto and home insurance(with earthquake coverage) with AAA. I feel these people need to get re-trained and evaluate the company as a whole. Most of there business comes from Dave Ramsey referrals and not word-of-mouth. Dave needs to re-evaluate this office.
