From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a sweet receptionist and I didn’t have to wait more than a couple of minutes before I was greeting by the beautiful Dinah. She explained the process made recommendations but didn’t try to shove products or services down my throat. Being the cheap person I am I used a Groupon but was never made to feel like I was less a valuable of a client. Their Botox units are competitively priced in comparison to others, the reception and treatment rooms are lovely and clean. I will be coming back for future treatments. Thank you

I will give 1 star because the staff was friendly. I tried here bc my previous injector moved and this was closer to my house. However I will not be going back. She did not even look at my facial movement to customize the treatment plan to ME. They just said “ok forehead is x amount, crows feet x amount” etc etc I have never gotten just a set amount of units in certain areas of my face. She did not assess how much movement I still had left from my last Botox and kept trying to upsell me. Then after telling them I already use medical grade skincare and was not interested in new products at this time they continued to try to convince me I needed to buy products they sell. The entire appointment felt like a scam to get me to spend as much money as I could. They also do not draw up the Botox in front of you so who knows if it is watered down or not. I would definitely advise going somewhere else where they care about you/your face and not just your money.

Bait and switch 100%! Do NOT come here. This is not an honest business. I paid for the service but didnt get it because I didnt need it, tried to sell me other stuff I didnt want, asked for a refund, and then switched up on you with all of a sudden two crazy consultation fees. Now I have to dispute this charge with my bank. Racheal at the front may have a friendly tone of voice, but dont let that fool you; she didnt care to help. She was okay with me not getting any work done and keeping my money. Selfish. They will reap what they sow, is all Im saying. Horrible experience I didnt expect to get scammed this way.Update: Never got my money back straight scam artist! Worst experience ever! This is a warning ⚠️ to everyone who wants to put their money into looking better, dont do it! Go to an honest business. Do not fall as a victim like I did. 0 out of 10. I will never forget this experience!

I just starting coming here and finally feel like I found a spot to be a returning client. I put a lot of trust into my nurses and I feel I can come in ask for suggestions and be guided and treated with what’s best for me.Location is clean and service is intimate welcoming vibes.I hope they will offer returning client specials regularly. That’s always appreciated since we do spend a ton of money on these services.Always a great experience though.Happy I found Dinah!

Jacklyn and Dinah were amazing. Dinah took time to explain things that others have not explained to me in the past and was very caring as she was giving me lip injections. I liked that she is very conscious about making sure the area is disinfected. She explained to me about how she could also give me injections into my chin and corners of my mouth since I was concerned about that. I appreciate how thorough she is and how welcoming Jacklyn was at the front desk. I had a great overall experience and definitely will go back!

Went in for a consultation and ended up having some procedures done. The front girls are wonderful; made me feel welcomed. Dinah made me feel very comfortable. She was very thorough and explained every step. Im a bit sore but love the results and its only been 3 days. Will defenitely be back.

Treated poorly, and refused to refund me my money. The greedy owner took my money without doing anything. Way better places to get work done where they don’t scam you! As soon as they take your money they don’t care about anything. The girl at the front is fake as can be too. They pretend to care but once the transaction is done the vibe soon changes. 0 stars! Dinah was so great! She was extremely helpful and explained everything as it was my first time getting Botox. I wanted to start off with just one area of my face since I was a beginner but I will definitely be back to do more areas soon. Both Dinah and rachel (I think the woman at the front desk was Rachel) were very caring and Dinah was so gentle with the injections it was almost painless. I’m already starting to see the results and am excited to get more in the future!

I had a great experience yesterday taking time for some self care! I really enjoyed Dinah and her bedside manner, she made my first experience with the entire process much less scary! I got Botox for my crows feet and the furrow between the brows. Then, ended up adding filler for the lines around my mouth and my top lip (why not, right?!). I am super happy with the results!

The experience here was amazing! The ladies at the front desk were extremely warm and welcoming. Rachel, who I spoke with several time over the phone was pleasant each time and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns prior to making my appointment. & It was the same energy on the day of my appointment. Dr. Dinah was not only beautiful herself, but appeared to be an expertise in her field. She was very thorough and answered all of my 50 questions, lol. I appreciated that she didn’t try and persuade me to do more than what I came in for. She provided her medical opinion on whether I really needed all that I was inquiring on, versus, just saying yes to everything, to rack my the cost of my visit. My procedure was painless and she took her time to assure that I was happy with my results, she even suggested that if for some reason, in a week or so that I wasn’t 100% happy with my outcome, to call her and she would have me come back in to see her. The drive for me was the worse part, but with the service I received, I’m okay with taking that drive every few months. 😊

This place is located in a wonderful area. When you walk in you are really made feel welcomed very nice receptionist. A clean facility with many displays of there products to better your self. when i was brought in to the treating room was clean and comfortable. I was called in right away did not have to wait so that is a plus.It is very convenient that you are able to sign all forms needed by internet makes your visit even smoother. The Dr. Dinah was very caring,compassionate in the way that she kept on asking if I was fine, she also explained and showed me the different treatments for what I was looking for. Very informative and gave me post-op intructions in a way that I was able to understand. I left very happy.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with any healthcare professional in my life. Dinah was extremely thoughtful and took the time to walk me through things very thoroughly. Having a procedure done for the first time can be intimidating, but she made sure I was aware of every possibility. The office was super clean and felt Covid safe. The patient coordinator is also so sweet and made me feel comfortable immediately. I’m obsessed with the outcome of my lip fillers! She really did a fantastic job! I will definitely be back!

I stopped in for Botox and decided to try a little bit of filler for the lines around my lips. Dinah did such a stellar job I didnt bleed, bruise and had very little swelling which was awesome since I had a night out with friends planned. Everyone kept commenting on how great I looked all night. Thanks Dinah! She has a gentle touch and a great eye for doing just the right amount to make you look glowing and refreshed without coming out super plastic or fake. I cant recommend Pure Luxe Medical enough.

Wonderful facility! The front desk receptionist and Dinah were very kinda, quick, and professional. They made my first botox experience very relaxed! So far im waiting for the full results to develop but after four days my skin looks natural, refreshed and generally like Ive just gotten a full nights rest. Im 29 so I had minimal amounts done, but really I would like to keep coming back!

Dinah is a true pro and artist. Once she understands your concerns, she makes appropriate suggestions without any pressure to purchase the suggestions. She addressed what I wanted improved but did not over sell the outcome. The results were great! I will return. Had the folds around my mouth filled as well as lines above my lip

This was a great experience. Dinah was super informative and very helpful. It was my first time getting lip filler and I love it! I also had Botox on my forehead area. I never felt pressured to buy anything . I honestly was super happy with how she did my lip work I added the Botox by asking about it. I’ve had this before and Dinah did great work. I am very satisfied with my session today. Don’t believe the nay sayers this place is awesome! Price is also very reasonable. I will definitely come back and refer friends.

They are great here! I got my lips done by Dinah. SHe is very sweet, attentive, and really cares about providing results that look good and natural. I got so many compliments and I am so happy! Will be coming back.Dinah also did botox for me. That I wont be getting again. She is amazing and still gave me movement but I just dont like how my face looks without full movement.

I had the best experience at Pure Luxe Medical. The nurse practitioner, Dina, who did my procedure, was so kind and patient. We spent almost 30 minutes going over what to expect, potential side effects, and what would look best for my face. The bedside manner of a doctor. I felt so comfortable and prepared. I love love both Dinah and Darryl both made me feel so comfortable and both really honest with me in terms of the process of both getting my first injectables which i was quite nervous about. Incredibly kind, friendly and knowledgeable people which also helped put me at ease. They also both did their best to work with pricing as well which I truly appreciated! Only issue i had honestly, was the fact that when I called shopping around ...the person on the phone did tell me fillers were $650 but they were $750 once I arrived; and the ball park total was quite higher than was given as well. Other than that i fully love this place!

I was in dire need of a facial and my friend suggested Pure Luxe in El Segundo. I requested an appointment via the website and it said that they only had availability for September 10th onwards. I received a call from Jackie of Pure Luxe a few minutes later saying that they actually have earlier times available for a facial so I scheduled mine on Monday. She asked for a credit card, just in case there is a no call no show and she also confirmed the details I had put online. She then said that I will be receiving an email for the client portal and that there will be consent forms that needed to be signed. I went ahead and got started with the forms. There were 15 forms, to be exact, and I loved how thorough the consent forms were.On the day of the appointment, I arrived at the clinic 10 minutes early and Aurora already greeted me with a smile. She was my facial technician (Im not sure if thats what you call it. Yikes!). She was very thorough and gently with everything. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She was also letting me know what she was doing before she got started on the next procedure she had to do. I ended up getting the Fire and Ice Facial and I loved it!!!I also got 10% off for my first appointment. I will definitely be back for more. I want to try their other services.

I was welcomed by name walking through the door for my first visit. Big points!!! And believe it or not, it got better from there.During my initial consultation I felt as if we knew each other for years and Dinah genuinely cared about my experience and welfare. It was determined that I should postpone my appointment for fillers for 6 weeks due to my 2nd vaccination for Covid-19.She explained that a couple of patients experienced swelling following their vaccination, so I gladly rescheduled. I can’t wait until June 2nd!!!

Operations and scheduling issues, to the owner, I’m in operations so i get it, you may be short staffed and employees get double booked because you haven’t had time to catch up with the loss we all suffered over the past year. But as a fellow operations manager i would like to offer valuable feedback about me experience today.As the customer, today was the only day i planned to do something for myself. Get a facial. I booked the appt after my first appt for Botox because I found the atmosphere relaxing and decided to try a facial. I’m a community manager for 300 units and it’s non stop, so i was really looking for to a full hour of me time. The day prior to my appt i slipped a disc in my back leaving me in pain but it was less than 24 hrs to my appt and i was aware of the cancellation policy, plus i was bound and determined to be relaxed as i could for my facial. I got the text, confirmed my appt and alarm for a little extra sleep before i left Playa Del Rey for your business.At 9:15 i received a call saying the esthetician had called to see if we could do the appt earlier, i was still in bed and with my back issue knew there was no way i could physically get there before the scheduled time. I said, “I’m still in bed and have a slipped disc in my back, it’s going to take me extra time today and can’t move the appt up. They said ok we understand, but even if it’s 10:45 or anytime before 11 we’ll be ready. As i slowly walked from my car approaching the business at 10:58 i got a call, i said I’m walking slowly but approaching the store. They said ok, we have a scheduling issue and the employee had a family emergency. I walked in the door and could hear 2 employees in the back saying the scheduling issue needs to be fixed, but the receptionist sweetly took my temp and such and said they ready for me. Another employee came out and said everything is fine.I’m then was greeted by the lady who guided me to the room offered me a gown and told me to hop on the table. I said, i can’t hop and this make take me some time. She closed the door and left. There was a vibe, and not one of a spa. It took me a little while to get settled since i was in pain with my disc situation, she asked if i was ready and came into the room. Again the vibe that she did not have time was like a cloud. She said i can only do 45 minutes today, i have another appointment in Marina Del Rey and must leave by 11;45. I said, you do t have time for the full hour, and she said i can only do 45 minutes. I said with the policy i could not cancel without penalty, she said oh no you can cancel if you have an emergency and there will be no charge. At no other time was this mentioned until after i got myself laying down on the table. I got dressed and as i was hobbling out all 3 employees were at the front, the esthetician said these ladies are going to help you re-schedule your appointment; i walked out.Here’s what’s disappointing. I work in the same community and have customers who i was hoping to refer to Pure Luxe Medical, some cross marketing, however I cannot recommend now due to this experience. I hope this feedback is truly helpful, as an operations manager i hope you see this review as an opportunity to improve your scheduling and/or staffing. We are transitioning from a year of loss and with things picking back up I understand how this can happen. I look forward to a better experience so i may send you more customers.

As far as work goes, I think Dina is fantastic. My only complaint is that theyve raised prices twice now and shes a little pushy with trying to get me to spend more. I prefer going to places where the focus is on how to address my concerns and giving me options to choose from, rather than just pushing for me to spend more.

The worst experience. Misleading and deceptive in their representation of their products/services. This group does not act in the best interest of their client and instead push you to spend more to get a result, even if it’s not required. Would never go back there again. The results were not the best. The 11 lines didnt get enough botox to freeze them, I still had 11 lines when I squint. The forehead lines started coming back a couple weeks ago. Got botox on Jun 2, would of been great if the botox lasted longer.The people that work there were very nice but dont think Id want to go to back

I’m 34 and decided to get my lip fillers here. I was consulted that juvederm ulta plus would have been the best option. Little did I know from my dermatologist later that that this should never really be used for lips. Well 2 weeks later I haven’t healed properly. The Filler has leveled into my upper lip. On top of that!- she suggested I get Botox in my chin area. Little did I know this would affect my smile. I now have a crooked smile I’m so incredibly embarrassed. I need to fix my lips somewhere else and spend even more money I would NOT recommend this place to anyoneThis PA doesn’t seem to know what’s good for her patients.
