Karyn has been a delight! She made our move in very smooth! Even when we were treated very poorly by Tammy(which then escalated to harassment by Tammy) Karyn always maintained kindness and professionalism. Had it not been for Karyn, our business would have moved storage facilities. It is always a pleasure to see her when we are on site.

Absolutely top notch. Karyn is a true delight. Always available and prompt to respond and even follow up. I was here a year and the entire time everything was totally safe. I was sent a link to review this location and give it five stars, but unfortunately we did not have a 5 star experience. Whoever owns this location had the office worker/property manager covering two locations in the same day. So, when we arrived to get our keys and get into our storage unit for the first time, there was no one there. We had driven from an hour away and had to stay local for over two hours why we waited for her to get back from covering the other location. Extremely inconvenient. I’m only giving two stars because she was very nice once we actually got to see her face to face.

This facility is impeccably maintained. The site manager, Karyn, is a complete professional. She handled the lease and orientation process in a thorough, friendly and intelligent manner. AVOID AVOID! Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional employees and policies. I moved in at $164 a month for 10X10. I filled my unit with stuff. I have now been there less then a year and price has gone up three times since. I am now paying $321 a month and its just such a huge inconvenience to remove all of my stuff so I keep paying. But I just called acting as a new customer asking the price for a 10X10 and the price is $184. LMAO so what they do is take advantage of you once youre in there knowing that you wont want to take the stuff out. Disgusting behavior and criminal business practice. I will be removing my stuff ASAP! AVOID AVOID

!!!!!Absolutely Unacceptable Service and Outrageous Pricing – Do Not Recommend Public Storage in Calabasas.!!!!!!!If you value your belongings and your sanity, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your storage needs.The wall next to my unit was compromised due to a neighboring customer placing heavy materials against it. Despite sending emails, photos, and videos, and even personally speaking to a supervisor, no action was taken for months. After months of neglect, they finally decided to take some action. At this point, they requested the key to my unit to conduct repairs.However, given the appalling service and lack of timely action, I had already scheduled my move-out date and saw no reason to accommodate their belated repair efforts. Today, I received an abrupt phone call from a property manager who informed me that the repair was suddenly a security issue that could not wait until my planned move-out date in two weeks. The tone of the call was inappropriate, and she even screamed at me, making an already bad experience even worse. Its deeply concerning that something deemed a security issue now was not treated as such for the past six months. This inconsistency further erodes any trust I had in Public Storage. Given this poor experience, I can confidently say that I will never return to this facility and would not recommend it to anyone.To make matters worse, Public Storage in Calabasas has arbitrarily increased its prices. I started paying $120 per month, and now my bill has doubled to $240. The increase is absolutely unjustified given the deplorable service.

We had a reservation at a different Public Storage location to store furniture for our move, but when the elevator became unavailable our 2nd floor unit became much less accessible. In 15 minutes we had a larger unit on the ground floor secured at this Calabasas location. The self-entry gate was nice, the place was always clean, and Karyn the manager was so friendly and helpful. I would happily go back here if I need a storage unit again. Came in clutch when we needed it.

My friend, Mr. Greg Gutesha, loaded his truck with my home goods. We drove up to the front office, walked in, and the Property Manager helped me rent a storage space quickly. I recently had to move my stuff from another Public Storage location and this Calabasas location was referred by my son. I’m glad he found this place. Charmeine (sp) has been most helpful throughout my experience.Other than prices being higher than expected and no AC being used in the storage areas (it was about 98° the day we moved in, a little AC would’ve been appreciated), the units are as expected; clean and easy to locate. 4.5/5 ⭐️

As often happens when people use storage facilities, I expected to store my belongings for a couple of months--four years later, Ive just emptied out my unit. This facility is very clean (no rodent problem!), secure, easy to access (for renters), and boasts a truly wonderful manager, Karen. She is ever helpful and always extremely upbeat. The only negative was the increase in charges over that time, from $349/month in 2018 to $476 in 2022, with the charges scheduled to increase to $586 mid-2022 (thus my decision to empty my unit). I believe thats a 68% increase over the four-year span, which seems high. But Karen worked to delay the increase by three months, which is demonstrative of how kind and helpful she is.

People make any business what it is...... a product is a product..... it’s who’s behind or Attached to the product that makes all the difference in the world. There’s a VERY strong chance that without one of the people that makes that difference I would have changed locations a couple years ago. Karen has made a couple of challenging transitions the space has had to under go more than doable.... and always makes what most would feel as a lifeless storage unit feel a lot more like a cared for place that has someone who actually cares..... about your stuff.... but how you feel about where that stuff is......... THANK YOU KAREN!! You make what most would say “you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all” a statement that doesn’t ring true anymore. As for the facility..... all the upgrades to security and aesthetic appeal have become a closer representation of the quality that Karen brings to the table. I’m not only happy with where I’m at..... I will be here for as long as I am in need of extra storage of any kind. Thank you for making what is usually get in get out a process that actually brings a smile and a feel good as you drive away. The unit seems clean and the property is entered and exited through a coded gate.Garrett was just awesome. Patient, thorough in his explanations, did not leave any information out, and always ready to step in and help. I had a million questions and he gladly answered each one without getting frustrated or annoyed. I was in and out of the office pretty quickly and was very grateful that Garrett was present because he was able to guide me towards the right unit for me and it was the perfect size for the stuff I had to store. 5 star for great service and for a good sense of humor ;) Highly recommend this place.

Ive been renting a unit from this location for a few months now and so far it has been a pleasant experience!Before deciding on this location Id visited other storage facilities in the area to get the best price and the best location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Joel. He took care of everything in a friendly professional manner and all the paper work was clearly explained upfront. Joel reassure the property was safe and explained their security measures, which I appreciated since that was one of my concerns after visiting other storage facilities. As I was shown the storage unit I noticed the facility was very well maintained. Joel was very patient and answered all my questions, I know sometimes I can be overwhelming, but he really demonstrated his capabilities and skills as a representative of the site.Overall, my initial move-in was a breeze! I came to Public Storage over two years ago after a garage fire that required a home rennovation (smoke damage). The restoration on my home was supposed to take 3 months . . . 2 years later . . . thank goodness I found Kayrn (sp?)at Public Storage Calabasas. Having a fair amount of my important belongings in PS has necessary during my home repair. Thank goodness for public storage Calabasas.Specifically (besides the staff, Ill address that later) what I like is how clean and well lit the spaces are. How easy it is to park close to the elevator to load and unload my car. ( I love that you can borrow a cart! Saves on trips). I like how I was provided with a code to enter and exit the premises. The keypad even knows my name after I enter and when i exit. ( I like that they keep track of who comes in and out because it makes me feel me and my stuff are physically safe when Im alone loading my stuff at night.I think B4 this fire I would have thought it was a bit extravagant storing my belongings during construction work. But my contractors have been real pigs. Between paint spatter, broken items, lost items, accidentally thrown away items, etc etc AND etc, its been nice to know my things in storage are safe. I dont have to constantly inventory things or keep covering in plastic my things at home.Karyn has been great. She didnt try to upsale me or pressure me in anyway. (Thats really important to me. ) we ended up figuring out the right size and that wasnt my doing!Kayrn helps me whenever I lose my keys, when I forget my gate pin, or listens when I want to complain about my contractor. Shes friendly and very very helpful.Shes local, I even see her the grocery store!Thanks Public Storage Calabasas for a lot less worry!Oh yes, Ive also transfered my retired business files to storage. Im using the additional office space for two part time employees! Thanks Joel for that!
