This place was a life-saver when U-Haul failed me last minute. Basically I booked a U-Haul box and movers through their website but I never received any confirmation from them despite my multiple attempts to reach out. The day before my move, I decided to cancelled U-Haul and went with this place.The booking process was online. When I went to check-in, the lady at the office (Jenny?) was very friendly and welcoming. She showed me the unit and spent time to make sure that I can lock and unlock it by myself. The unit and the whole place are clean and temperature-controlled. My unit is on the 2nd floor but there is an elevator.Plenty of parking. You open the gate using the app. You can buy their locks or bring your own lock.

I been renting an space here at Public Storage for few years and the place is always pretty clean and people in the office has been always nice and friendly.Parvin the manager is always friendly and ready to help when you need it.I really recommend that if you’re in the look out for a storage Public Storage is the place you want to go.

Parvin was great! I was having issues paying for my reservation on the website (please fix your site Public Storage!) and was worried Id miss out on the fall sale deal. Parvin was able to help me finish everything up and even got me a better unit than Id originally planned (a 7.5x10 instead of a 10x10, which would fit my stuff and save some $$). Big help! Location is very convenient and its super quick to get in and out. Much better than last time I stored stuff at a different location.

I rented a 9x10 unit for 4 months and I could not be happier. The staff of Umer and Jenny are super helpful and kind. They walked me through the process and helped me get a good deal. The place is also safe and clean. There is plenty of parking and also a couple of trolleys to help moving things into and out of storage. If I ever need to, definitely going to rent from here again!

This storage unit deserves five stars: very clean, well looked after! In addition to this Jenny, who works there, goes the extra mile for her customer, which I find so extra ordinary! By mistake I did not lock my place properly, she noticed it on one of her daily rounds through the building (security check) and called and mailed me immediately. Plus she locked my unit to make sure no one could get in. I am impressed by such customer service! Thank you Jenny!

10x25 used to cost 300/month in 2009. now they are charging us $1111.00/ month, feels like gauging, but i am not sure. shopping around...we lived through a terrible rat infestation about 5 years ago when they cleared the shrubs next to the unit. rats chewed everything and left p**p over all our stuff. we had to how professional cleaners multiple times.staff are very nice.

This was my first time using storage of any sorts, and I must say that I had a very pleasant experience. Over the few months, both Umer and Jenny were really helpful. I was greeted by a friendly smile/wave every time I visited the location.And as for the storage units, they are super clean and pocket-friendly. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Umer’s level of customer service. Though we have forgone a unit at this location, we are incredibly appreciative of his efforts to find us the perfect spot. He listened to all our needs, anticipated other needs we did not consider and went above & beyond to help make the experience enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back to him to help lock in a storage rental at a location closer to our new city. Unlike other places, Umer is not pushy and takes his time to learn about your needs (no awkward one and done experience).If you are searching for a storage, even at a different location, I truly believe you should give Umer a call to make the not-so-fun task a more relaxed and personalized experience. Jenny, the lady who Ive had the pleasure of being helped by for all my Public Storage needs here, is just awesome!Public Storage is a pretty big company, which has its pros and cons. Theyve got the operational stuff down and the app is convenient, but large company policies can feel pretty impersonal. Jenny treats every customer Ive seen her interact with like family though, and Public Storage gives her the space to make that happen.

I had such a great experience with this Public Storage! Jenny and Umer are both so helpful and actually care about the customer experience. I had a last minute housing issue pop up and had to put my stuff in storage. Jenny helped me get a 1$ storage unit right away and expedited the process for me after I told her I was in a rush. Also every time I call, Im able to speak with either her or Umer almost immediately.Definitely recommend this location, and if I ever need storage around the Bay Area Ill definitely come back as well :)

Due to COVID-19, I wasnt able to return to U.S. when my apartment rent period expires, so I have to move all my stuff to storage while Im not here. Umer helped me throughout the whole moving in process.When I first contacted him about my situation (that I cannot be here in person), hes very kind to walk me through all the details about the moving process. On the moving-in date, the movers thought the storage I rented (10x10) wasnt big enough to hold our stuff. Umer was very experienced and assured us that it could very likely to fit. And eventually everything perfectly fit! When we were hesitated about the storage unit size, Umer was also very helpful when recommending us other options and communicate with his colleagues about how to facilitate our urgent request.Im very lucky to have Umer helped us during this unusual time. This place is a very clean. Only drawback is they don’t have a good availability large drive up units. All the large units are on the ground floor and all taken. Manager (Praveen) was most helpful. He suggested locations that did have drive up storage spaces.

I have been at this location for over a year, I love the spacious and climate controlled units. I have been very pleased with how they have also been dealing with the current Covid situation. The location is always very clean and I feel very safe storing my items here while I can’t have them all with me. They run a very clean, very organized operation. Move in and move out were super easy, and they are very friendly and helpful in the office. Umer has been the manager at this facility from the beginning, and quite frankly I have no idea what I would have done without his assistance in my storage endeavors. His knowledge as to the workings and details of storage facilities has been life-saving to say the least!. I have gone through more than several challenges living in the Bay Area and paying the exorbitant fees that go along with this. Umer has always been here for me, making my storage needs, which are many, as seamless as It Gets. He is always professional and informative as it applies to all the confusing paperwork to sign and initial. I have been able to completely trust my valuables to him as well as public storage. Over the length of time that I have been here he has been a friend to me as well while always staying professional in the business. He should own part of the company. And Im not joking about that.

We used this site to store my daughters things during summer breaks from college. Though very new to Mountain View, I found the place very easily as it is easy to find, parked, and went in as I had called and got a reservation in which they asked about my contact info. One thing to note is that though one dollar to start up for the first month, theres a twenty two dollar start up fee, plus fees that Im unsure about including mandatory insurance, and paying for a couple days to make up for the difference of days to put you into the next month. The total ended up being around fifty six dollars to start up on a 5x5or7 unit.After scheduling a reservation, I got a call from Umer to confirm and was greeted by him upon entering. He promptly locked up and set the away sign to show me the unit that Id be purchasing, gave me the key to it, showed me how the lock worked and the inside of it, then we went to the office for paper work.He was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, taking the time to describe the different parts of the contract. He also gave me valuable information should I decide to check my stuff out before the discounted month runs out of his own consideration.The two times so far that Ive gone to the unit I saw a woman there but if you go on a Saturday, you may meet Umer and have a similar laid back, easy, and friendly experience.
