Rosemary was incredibly helpful in finding a unit that worked for my needs. she took the time to show me different size units and was kind and patient with me. the facility is clean and easy to navigate. would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Ilse helped me set up a new unit at the Glendale location. I have had a unit in another public storage space for years and this one blows my previous facility out of the water. This space is clean, well managed and feels safer all together. Great experience.

Very nice, clean, and modern facility. Things are setup in order to give you easy access to your storage unit 7 days a week by simply using the Public Storage app. Competitive pricing. Very good customer service. Special thanks to Rosemary and Theresa!

After several years of keeping a storage space here I moved out today. Was easy to get in and out of my space. Staff was always helpful especially Steven who couldn’t have been more attentive during my move out. Highly recommend this facility.

An excellent location and staff. Steven and Mateo are rockstars and go above and beyond to help the tenants. Mateo gave me an alternate way to access the elevators saving time with the annoying access on the app. Steven helped carry stuff when he clearly doesn’t have to. Moreover, they are a vibe and have great energy. Never experienced staff at a PS that have good customer service. Highly recommend this location.

I have been a tenant at this facility for over 10 years... the staff have always been excellent to deal with... they care and are responsive to all requests. I appreciate all the first class support that Steven and Rosemarie have provided. But after all these years of paying and watching the rates rise and increase to ridiculous amounts, I asked the team to reach out to their district manager to see if they could come up with a reasonable rate for me.... one that is equal to the current market value of the same exact unit. I found the same unit that I was being asked to pay over $900 for advertised on their website for $425 in the same facility. If I have been your tenant paying you for 10 years, should I have to pay double the going rate for the same unit? Does that make any sense? The staff reached out on my behalf multiple times to request an account review and adjustment, and for over a month I had zero response. So I decided to reach out directly in the hope that a valued loyal customer like me would be treated fairly and be made to feel taken care of. In my own business, I cannot ignore my clients requests and make them feel as if I will not accommodate them at all. The least someone can do is provide the courtesy of a reply and offer some sort of a reasonable compromise. Unfortunately, I never received a single response or offer for a small reduction. Thats not how you are supposed to run a business. There are plenty of other nearby facility options available out there... so if you dont care I can just simply go elsewhere... such a shame that something that is really so easy to logically resolve would be handled in this way.

Great customer service and friendly. Recently experienced customer service support by Rosemeri, Teresa, Ilse, and Mateo they helped me immediately. This current location is safe and clean. The storage is perfect space, consistent AC and lighting. Highly recommend.

A pro tip: check their online pricing, which seems to offer some attractive deals courtesy of their corporate team. The in-store prices are quite competitive as well.
