Last year, I rented the largest unit they had (18 x 30) for $510 per month which was a great rate. Upon move-in, however, I didnt get the advertised half off discount because I had a unit at another PS location and the discount was for new customers only. On 01-01-2024, the rent increased to $660 per month. On 04-01-2024, they increased the rent to $773 per month. When I asked for a rent reduction, they said, Unfortunately, we are not able to adjust your rent at this time. Other customers said they have had the same problem with frequent rent increases. This location no longer has a manager on site to handle customer concerns. I cant afford this place anymore and am moving out.

Moving my belongings was stressful, but thank God for Gabby who is property management here at the snell location. Ive dealt with public storage in other locations. But hands down this is best site to have youre belongings!! Gabby was awesome in showing me around the property, and also found a few errors and got me a refund where it was due to me!! Super happy I came here!!

Met Gabby while she was caring for the facilities at Snell location. She assisted with opening, desiccant (dehumidifiers) for the unit, helped cleaned our unit prior to use, etc. Made several trips today and she was there to help as needed. Great woman, happy attitude, I will continue to come back because of employees like this!! 5 stars from me!!

I’ve only used the storage here for a couple of months but my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The entire place is always neat/clean and it’s well-maintained. Lilliana deserves a raise for the help that she gave me. Went above and beyond to help me better understand every question I had. Came in extremely frustrated from another company and wasn’t expecting much here. So I gave it a shot. Lilliana made sure I was taken care of every need I asked for. My wife and I are having a kid and needed storage. She helped me find the right price and even the right location. The location was good and clean and well maintained. My boyfriend rents a couple of units here and I had spoken to Gabby regarding information for a smaller unit for myself $$$ friendly she said to take a look online so I did they had a promotion going on I was able to reserve a unit online and then go in and pay Gabby was very friendly greeted me with a smile she took the time to go over and explain everything with me she had a good attitude and and just like that I was done and ready to go except for them closing early I have no complaints about this spot I would recommend to both family and friends.

Liliana was super friendly and helpful in getting me set up with a promo discount for a new storage unit.3⭐ Edit: Inconvenient that they close at 6pm on weekdays and 5pm! on the weekends.1⭐ Edit: When I originally asked how long a discounted/sale rate would last, I was (surprisingly) told (by multiple parties) it would be in effect the lifetime of my account! Decided to give it a shot. Too good to be true? Of course.5 months later, rates going up! by about 32%Not unsurprising, but still not cool being lied to your face. Repeatedly.If its not going to last just be honest instead of false advertising...Wish I could give 0⭐ Edit: is been 3 years...the rate is now More than Double the original rate. The rate increase wasnt so bad the 2nd year, then jumped again last year... and now just went up by OVER $130. This is ridiculous and no longer competitive pricing.. even with their own rates advertised online 😡@ 5yrs. Being able to open the front gate with the app is convenient 👍 ... But pricing keeps going up way too fast. The Same Unit Size and Type is literally over $100 cheaper online WITHOUT the current sale pricing.

I love storing our stuff here. The property is always locked, and there are security cameras to keep it safe day and night. Tianna rocks her job as property manager. Anytime we come to her with an issue, to pay our rent or anything else, she is super professional and has an awesome personality. Anyone can do a job, but not everybody has good customer service skills. My experience with this location was wonderful. I needed a unit to store my belongings while I was in the process of moving. I was so busy and I lost track of time that I almost didnt get to the office in time to pick up the lock. The office closes at 5pm on Saturdays and isnt open on Sundays, so I had to call in and let them know that I was on my way. Denise is the manager there and she actually waited until I got there! She went the extra mile to help me fill out all of my paperwork and stayed a little later. (Even though she wasnt going to get paid for it! Can you believe that?) I can say that if I ever need a storage service again, I would go to them.

This storage facility has been one like no other. I mean Ive been to A-1 across the street and they are not very pleasant, i stored at the other one on lewis rd., and that was a real mistake. Do not trust! Storage unit was broken first couple of weeks. Robbery was an inside job. People living onsite seen scoping out units with random guy hanging out on property. Incident included in police report. Insurance will rob you. To add insult to robbery, they will give you the dollar amount of what your stuff is worth, then tell you what theyll pay you. They deduct a huge amount for each year thats passed since you bought it. All while Public Storage makes big money from insurance claims. Bring your business somewhere else.
