Justice was our service representative today on-site and he did an amazing job! He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He made our storage rental experience pain-free! He gave us a tour of the facility, made sure we knew what we were doing and answered all of our questions. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. We will definitely recommend this location to anyone we know who needs storage.

Angie stopped to help my mom who was having trouble with the elevator and how to get it to work. She even offered with helping my mom take her stuff to her unit. 1) Bathrooms do not exist here.2) Carts are almost never available.3) At least one of their two entrances is always broken.4) The main gate is left open at times.5) The guy shows up 10 minutes late, puts up a note in the window saying he is on a Zoom meeting and will return in twenty minutes, and refused to let me use a cart!2/20/2024Can anyone tell me how they have 4.7 stars???

I love the interiors. Its quite an attractive storage unit and premises at large. Overall, the facilities are quite tidy and well-maintained. I enjoy the personalized messaging on the gate code when entering and exiting, as well as on the elevator when activating use. The corridors are usually quite empty, which makes it easy to haul my belongings to and from my unit. I give this franchise 5 stars, because it truly is a five star experience as far as storage units are concerned.

I was in a need of a storage, have a week to move out and I saw simply storage on my way to my parents house. I looked online and they were having a sale. Kat was the lady that called me and asked me to come in. She was so friendly and explained everything, I love her attitude and how she had an answer for everything. The units are very updated. No one can come in without a code and everything is inside. My favorite is that we get a whole month free. Thank you Kat for your kindness.

Do not recommend this place! I have a unit at this place when I went back for the first time to the unit after putting all my stuff there, the lock which you have to buy at the facility wouldnt open. After many tries and not able to unlock it, I did ask couple of people to help because I though maybe I was not opening the lock the right way. They were unsuccessful as well as a matter of fact the key broke inside the lock. Now after not be able to get some of my stuff from the storage, they told me in the facility now I have to pay for another lock and also to open the storage unit. I was very upset. Now after paying almost 100 spent for another lock and the fee to open it, its been more than a week and they have not open my unit. Thiss not a place you want your stuff to be. By the way I just gave 1 star or else I couldnt post my review...

DO NOT STORE HERE. first of all when i was in the office today i heard the front desk lady offer 2 people discounts on their late fees if they left 5 star reviews so dont trust the good reviews on here. secondly. despite having to escalate my issues to the district manager, Bob, regarding them upholding the original start date they confirmed via email, they have called me twice this week threatening to give away my storage unit if I did not sign paperwork now and pay for the remainder of April when I only need the unit starting May. This place is predatory and it has been a time sucking and frustrating experience. They only care about your money obviously.

Ive hardly ever dealt with a company where across the board the staff are just supremely polite, kind, and professional. I had a situation where I needed grace. It was shown to me. This place has had a string of break ins and not much is being done about it. They stole nearly 20k from my unit. They claim that it may be several days before someone can fix the door. They dont have anyone willing to help open the damaged door to remove my items or to have it secured. This place also has a few people loitering and living out of storage units. I would recommend finding a different location for your storage needs. The District Manager was no help. Apparently police have footage of the individual. However have not pursued the individual. The cameras on site are limited and security is a joke. If I could I would have rated 0 stars.i hope you have great insurance or remove any precious heirlooms if you have a storage unit currently.

This storage for the most part is okay. It would be much better though If they adjusted the air conditioners thermostat. It is to hot outside as it is. The units are suppose to be climate controlled and there not . The temp in there is 79 degrees thats way to hot to be working in moving things around and in n out. When the temp outside is 82 be degrees. Thats not a significant amount of cooling for this type of facility. So I would greatly appreciate it If you could adjust the temperature to at leastwise 72 degrees. Thats what Im paying for if I want to sweat I can go hang out at the gym. I dont want to be sweating outside already to come and sweat more. Ive asked them at least twice with no results.

Surprised at how clean and secure the storage facility was. Bob attended to us and showed us around, answering all queries we had very patiently. They charge a $9 mandatory insurance but the rental fees is a steal, got a 10*10 for $144 per month- Uhaul had quoted us 200+ for the same. Also, they’re very secure, need a code to both enter and exit the premises, would definitely recommend. The move in process was completely hassle free.

This a storage facility is very clean and professional. Chris help me from the beginning to the end and he is very professional and helpful to say the least. he made the whole move-in process quick and easy. I feel like my stuff is safe there he pays close attention to everything to everything thats going on around. They have plenty of carts for use and the climate control is very cool. They have a nice clean restroom that remains unlocked for customer use. I have had mini storages and none were like this. I would highly recommend this to anybody who is looking for a unit.the only thing is make note that they will charge you about $16 for a lock to go on your storage which is a round circle lock up that slips into the hole about the size of a quarter. You will also have to add about a $13 fee to your monthly payment for insurance.

Yo, Ruben is the man. I’ve been with them for over a year in a half now. Never any issues. I told Ruben I was growing out of my smaller unit and he kept an eye out for me. I looked around my home town for over 2 months and couldn’t find anything as nice, clean and affordable as Simply storage. I was willing to pay more to get my unit closer to me but I stayed because of the customer service.I’ve been in a few storage facilities over my life time but simply storage, Ruben and Chris are the perfect remedy for housing my business equipment and for the complexity of my life. I have been renting several storages for 25 years. Simply Self storage is my most recent addition. The initial price seemed like a good value, but after 2 years I am paying double . None of the other 3 storages I have, raised my rent so significantly. I also had someone drill out one of the locks and take some expensive items. None of the storage insurance companies pay out claims. The insurance is just a scam on renters that they require from every consumer. I am going to remove the remaining valuables, and leave the rest in the storages.Kirk Tallackson.

I was in earlier last week with one of my techs looking for a sizable unit as we were relocating an office with several rather large printers and desks to put into the storage unit. Chris the manager on duty there was very helpful and informative on the size of the units and also advised us of several that were climate controlled. We took his advice into consideration and within 10 mins of walking and presenting the facility to us we got our unit and started moving the same day. I along with my tech were very pleased with the amount of help we had in the short amount of time it took us to rent the unit. It is newer and bigger than all the rest in the areaI called around and chose Simply Storage because they had some good deals and how nice they were to me on the phone. But, the most stellar aspect about this storage is the on-site manager, Chris. He provided the kind of service that is hard to find. He keeps the place in tip top shape, with a delightful, down-to-earth personality that made me feel welcome and important. Chris is a super likeable guy!. I was in the process of selling my condo and needed a storage unit around where I work and currently live. The first person I spoke to was Chris. He helped me through the entire process and totally went over and beyond what I asked him to do and the one who guided me through what I thought was going to be a more complicated process. He gave me a tour of my initial unit, then there was a possibility I needed another storage unit and he helped me reserve another unit in the process. Ive used a few storage places throughout the last decade or so, and thought the only job of the front desk employees was to hand over keys and show you the unit. Very hands off...... Chris was the opposite. He called me giving me updates. Asked if there was anything else I needed. Kept me engaged and in the loop. If there were six stars I would have chosen that. We have had many storage facilities over our 41+ years of marriage. Samantha in the SFS location helped us finalize selection of a space we had reserved online. I felt like I was being shown Aladdins cave. What a clean, beautiful facility! Can we move in and live in it? All kidding aside, Our experience was very positive and Samantha was a master guide. Her wisdom and experience and even her pride in her facility were very evident. I LOVE what you have designed and produced. It is a facility that is clearly well ahead of any others I have seen or experienced. The loading/unloading areas undercover are genius - protected from rain and horrendous light and heat in the summer. We are moving out of the area (about 100 miles) and this will help us tremendously. As we pack our boxes we will have a place to store them safely out of the rain, and the mover will have a much easier loading experience too. I am highly recommending this place!

I highly recommend this place for your storage needs. 5 STARS.Update Jan 16 2023.My price went from 60ish bucks to 95ish dollars for no reason. So therefore, I closed my account. Fyi They also need 10 day notice to vacate. Other than that it was useful, but their new prices are unreasonable, seemed like they just picked a random number increase indtead of using a percentage method.

I dont usually leave reviews but my moms been bugging me about it. I went with her a while ago to rent a space and the place was really clean. When I appreciated most was the manager helping my mom. My mom doesnt speak english very well and she wont speak it if my brothers or me are with her. The manager had her comfortable and speaking english to her. My mom is self concise about her accent but the manager made her not feel embarrassed and she even understood what my mom was trying to say. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

Quality and Property standards have gone way down compared to what it was when we first got our storage units, and to make matters worse, trying to get any assistance either from the front office or calling their customer service number is impossible since 6/10 times the office on the property is closed during normal business hours listed on the glass, and calling customer service only ever connects you with an automated system no matter which option you choose. For as much money as we have spent here on both of our units, Id expect a little better. If things keep going the way they are going, Ill be looking into another storage company.

We went to this storage because of a quote we seen on the internet. What they dont tell you, is that there is a MANDATORY insurance policy of $9.00-$15.00 for each unit...AND a one time, ADMINISTRATIVE FEE of $24.00 that is also not mentioned....There is ALSO a $18 charge for a lock ( Its yours to keep, but its proprietary, so its useless) ....... If you can get past all of these fees, you will find yourself greeted by a nice smile (Samantha was our host) to show you around a beautiful and new facility. She offered us bottled water(free) on a hot day, and walked around with us, to answer any questions. She also showed us several units until we decided on the one we wanted. The units are temperature control, and there are new carts to transport your items from the door to your unit. They have bathrooms available on each floor. They have boxes, tape, and other moving supplies in the lobby for sale. Unfortunately, access hours are limited. There is NO ACCESS from 10:00pm-6:00am. So, if you are looking for great service, and a clean, new facility, youre in luck..... Just be prepared to pay the undisclosed fees, when you get there.

Horrible they have only 2 pull carts at this location, the elevator by the back entrance to tge storage is not working. Its horrible having to take your items on your own to the storage unit is all bad. They now have more pull carts, but now the price went up a considerable amount. Like yikes!!

Well Ive been w/ Simply Self Storage now going on a year. The manager there Ruben is a stand up guy wholl go above and beyond to make sure that ur comfortable, secure with the area u store ur most prizes possessions, and that the environment around u is clean w/ no riff raff. No funny business. The only thing u do have to worry about is the only female staff member there, Savanah. Or I think thats her name. If u thought Adolf Hitler was bad holy cow avoid her at all costs. Though shes easy on the eyes, she seems to go outta her way to be the biggest thorn in my side. For no reason at all. She gets u kicked out for sneezing in the wrong direction, i.e. staying at ur unit too long ( but still within business hours, etc. ) Also ur not allowed to throw any trash away in their dumpsters. Even tho we pay for it. Wierd stuff, cuz every other place Ive rented from never has a problem with it. Dont leave ur car there overnight either. I got charged a $145 fee cuz my bike broke down there. And instead of having any type of sympathy or understanding that I didnt have the means to tow it that day ol Hitler got me on multiple fraudulent overnight fees. The general manager Bob, hes ok. Except when Hitler tells him stuff she dont like about u. That goes for lies to. She will lie on u. If she doesnt like the way u look. Especially if ur black or white. Thats it

I really enjoy Simply Storage. They are like a fortress. There is a code for everything from the moment you enter the gate to the moment you try to access the elevator you always have to put in a code. Some may find it tedious but at the end of the day its safety that matters the most and thats what they provide.
