I had spoken with a case manager by the name of Chun Chee Free and she was super helpful and amazing with the way she accommodated any questio s or concerns I had. She was very understanding and straight to the point and very welcoming bubbly energy. If only I could encounter that with others in the same office. She made sure to call me back to best guide me in the right direction after reviewing my chart. I am very much pleased with the outcome of our phone interview.

They offers incredible resources and services. They will assist you with rent, utilities, books and more. ALL the staff areamazing especially the front desk ( Hiba) she is one of the best big help every time I go. Thanks PCG

Everyone must be on a covid beak because No one answers the phone, supervisor dont call back . one lady Brenda barron shes rude and never intended on calling back or processing benefits and her supervisor never called when left messages the federals who give them funds should really oversee it and shut it down its not like there doing anything for anyone no how

PCG offers incredible resources and services. The staff are wonderful, and if you want to stop being dependent on the county, PCG is a great resource to help you become independent. They will assist you with rent, utilities, books, and diapers as long as you participate in the Tile Works program, so at last, our tax dollars are being used to benefit the programs participants.

Ms. Hiba is an INCREDIBLE ASSET to PCG. She friendly, compassionate, quick and to the point make it makes it easier for us to process our paperwork. Im writing this review to thanks her for the assistant in every time we go there.

Well, I guess anyone can work there with no experience 99% of them are volunteer and for sure they doesn’t care if someone call, left a message or email, they never respond back. where is the county of San Diego? I’m sure they are aware about it.

They have failed at helping anyone. They take federal money to supposedly help people on welfare with resources and jobs. They’ve had adequate time, yet have only told me to search for jobs at home by myself. They use Covid as an excuse for not being able to help people. I don’t know what their actual jobs consist of bc they do nothing at all. I can’t believe the federal government actually pays a “case worker” to help me. All she said was look for a job. Oh really? If that’s how it works, then all my friends & family deserve a pay check from pcg bc they’ve told me that too.

Sooooo satisfy with the service I received. The young lady Hiba at the front desk was super nice and helpful she answered every single question I got saved me so much headache and time. Big thanks to her and the PCG.

This place is terrible to work with. Communication is non-existent and they give you the run around for getting paid or just to get a response. I’m not sure if they are a privately funded agency by the state that pay for people’s child care services, but if you are a child care provider I’d recommend you not work with this agency if you like to get paid regularly. Very unprofessional and will treat you as your not worth their time or effort. I feel for the people who have to get their child care services administered through this agency. I’d recommend switching or sticking to CDA or YMCA.

This is a place for people to get help through CA welfare. So their clients are people down on luck and going through a rough time and to help them back on their feet.This is not what they do. They like to give you the run around. I called almost everyday trying to get someone to call me back for 3 weeks. No one calls me back and many numbers voice mail is full.Majority of the people speak Arabic and even when they are talk about you, they will speak to other about you in Arabic. This is sooooo rude!!!!It’s sad that is Comapny gets money from the state of California the help people and they don’t seem to know how to do their job.No one had one reason why I wasn’t called back. I was just told sorry. Had an appointment today and the person wasn’t even there. I waited for over 30 mins before they even realized that.This company needs to get it together and help people. And stop being so rude to people.
