Anna from Provenance Rentals was just so absolutely lovely! I reached out to her and her team because a client of mine wanted mirror calligraphy for her welcome sign and since I did not have any, I turned to renting. Anna was so responsive and even accommodated my special schedule. She gave thorough instructions on how to handle the mirror / what to bring for pickup, what needed to be returned, how to find the warehouse, etc. I found her warehouse easily and when I arrived, she had the mirror carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and in a box easy for me to carry to and from the venue. Even upon returning, she told me that I did not have to worry about cleaning as they would take care of that. So amazing! Anna, Im so happy I found you! Cant wait to work together again soon!

If you are struggling to find beautiful, unique and completely functional furniture/party rentals, I cannot recommend Provenance Rentals enough! Anna is so attentive, flexible, responsive and overall a lovely person to work with. Picnics are all the rage, and so I rented 2 of the low farm tables and two beautiful rugs for my eighteenth birthday picnic dinner, and these pieces absolutely made the night so special. The pieces are so charming, well kept and easy to transport. Anna responded within an hour of my initial email and continued to be so kind and understanding with the pickup and drop off of our rentals. I felt so taken care of by Anna and am so glad I used Provenance Rentals. Thank you so much!The pictures feature the tables and rugs I rented! So beautiful!

Provenance Rentals has an inventory of dreams! I recently had the pleasure of visiting the warehouse to collect specialty furniture and other items for a styled shoot. You will fall in love with the pieces at Provenance Rentals! Their selection is exquisite and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. Anna, the owner, is warm, kind and accommodating. She went out of her way to find and order fabric from overseas, and then re-upholstered the sofa that was going to be centerpiece of our ceremony, just so it looks picture perfect on our wedding day! She was easy and quick to communicate with, and kept me involved every step of the way! The day before our outdoor wedding, we had to move the entire event 5 hours early in order to avoid the rain forecast, which may sound like a logistical nightmare, but Anna and her team made it easy for us to navigate such a big change and were totally on board and supportive in seamlessly executing and improvising with the new pickup and drop off timings. While dealing with this big of a change the day before your wedding, I cant emphasize how much of a blessing it is to have a vendor like Provenance Rentals on your side, who will be on board to rescue your wedding, with a proactive, can-do attitude. I called her a few days before my small backyard wedding earlier this month, and she was so patient, kind, and easy to work with. We rented the Cora Birchwood Arch and the pictures online do not do it justice -- it is even more beautiful in person. Ana made every attempt to save us as much money as possible and she even went as far as delivering a day earlier than needed at no extra cost. Anna, the owner of the company, was an absolute joy to work with. We wanted to have a couple of vintage lounge set-ups at our wedding for guests to have places to relax as well as a unique arch. We loved her selection of antiques and lounge furniture, and when we sent her pictures of a hexagon arch we liked, she had her carpenter make it for us! All of our guests loved the lounges, and she easily incorporated some personal vintage pieces we provided. The arch was absolutely stunning! Delivery and set-up was right on time, as was breakdown/pick-up, and the communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. I just have to say that working with Anna is SUCH A PLEASURE. Her carefully curated rentals are beautiful, bespoke, and incomparable, and getting to work with Anna is the cherry on top. As a planner, Ive gotten to know her as a colleague and now friend, and she is so kind, attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. We hired Provenance Rentals to rent a wood arch, boho rugs, lanterns with LED candles, and chairs for our 10 person beach wedding. Anna was SO kind and helpful in helping us get the right items for our day. The assortment to choose from was exactly our style. I knew I wanted a beach wood birch wood arch. Provenance was actually the only company I found in LA that had this EXACT arch and it was soooooo perfect. Minimalistic and beachy. She had great communication throughout the whole process, was on time for set up and pick up, and pricing was a great value. They went above and beyond to find one-of-a-kind, unique pieces...it was better than I could have ever envisioned! Anna, the owner of the company, was so easy to work with. She was very patient and understanding when I emailed her multiple times to ask about her pieces and get her professional design advice about what pieces would work well for my clients wedding. I had a bad customer service experience. Tried to sabotage my event and did not reserve item when I followed website directions. Wasted my time and rented item to someone else without notifying me that she needed payment up front.(In response to the owners response: NO APOLOGY WAS EVER GIVEN. The email started off by Ana saying “Unfortunately I rented it out to someone else this morning”. We were literally in communication about it since I filled out the required submission form the night before. Then she tries to pitch another item? It is truly the principle here. I was first in line and do not appreciate being blown off as though my initial inquiry wasn’t sincere. I took my time and completed the submission form as required and all she had to do was send me information to move forward. Instead she’s making excuses for bad business.
