2019-03-15 01:41:56Asked for a refund because we didnt like the CRM. Didnt even use it for more than a week. This agent, Jules (I think), kept on shouting at me while on the phone. Obviously he was really mad just because of a 3 month subscription. Really bad customer relations. I mean, for a little over a thousand pesos, you would let that ruin your customers experience? What if we would want to try it again in the future? Or if we have friends who would ask for our recommendations? I think you should let that agent go. Lol.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE:So, Ms. Patricia Merlin, their Customer Success Manager called me up and notified me that they sent us the refund already. Showed real concern about their customer and what we experienced with the agent even if it wouldnt result into a sale. Thats the right kind of experience you want to give your customers. Incredible action from Ms. Patricias part. I think you should train the sales team. You know how to talk your way into things. Straight, simple, and considerate. Good job!
