Was an absolute amazing and easy experience. Reached out to me within minutes and answered all my questions immediately when it came to selling my first home. Very warm and welcoming staff. Sergei went over all my options for selling and how it would work! When it came to sign he informed me about every detail of the contract. I worked with Paul a lot, he was always available to come to at anytime, always keeping me updated and ready for the next step in the process. WOW, what a great experience. Great Group to work with. We purchased one of their homes that they rehabbed. They did a great job on it. Workmanship was top notch. We had a issue selling our home we had listed & they were very patient, giving us the time we needed to close so we could purchase their home. Sergie & Anna were easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the process. Would highly recommend them.

I recently had the great experience of working with Sergei Kucher and his team to sell my former home in as is condition. I had originally selected PSG just to get another quote and thought I would sell my home to one of the contractors/ investor that had expressed interest; however once I met with Sergei he was so professional, prepared, and informative about his companys easy and speedy approach to potentially purchasing my house that they quickly became a real possibility as a buyer for the property.As you would expect I checked out both Serge and his company extensively online and only found good things about them. Once I had several ofers I weighed not only the offer amounts but the professionalism and trust levels I felt I had with these different people as well what I thought the final sales experience would be like with each of them and I decided to go with Sergei and his company, Property Sales Group. and I am very happy that I did. The entire sales process, from offer acceptance to paperwork to money transferred into my bank account was very easy and all done in only 2 weeks! I highly recommend them!

We met with Paul after several delays on my end. I had heard their radio ad on a local station. The original contact was to sell our house so we could move out of the area for medical reasons of my wife. Based on several online reviews of my home, it is valued at over $550,000.His company reports to buy houses no questions asked. When Paul looked at our property, he agreed that it was worth over $500,000 but was only willing to offer $400,000. He said he wanted to add a barhroom, do some other modifications to the house to meet his vision of what he wanted.He say he could offer to sell the property for our price, but after deducting his fees, costs, etc, it would have net us just over $450,000. The difference of only $50,000!He could have just offered this to us to begin with; we would have moved, he would have still made over $100,000, and life would be good.I can only rate him average, 3 stars, and this is for him taking the time to meet with us and explain his program. He was nice and professional, but it seemed more of a land grab or push to sell the property using his services.

You don’t always expect for people to go the extra mile nowadays but Paul always takes time to take great care of his clients and leaves you with a feeling of having complete individualized attention. I know our family home is is good hands with Paul & the PSG new owners. Our house is a very special place that has been in our family for close to 100 years. It was built in 1922. It is time for it to start new family memories for new people. My Mom & Dad renewed their marriage vows on their 50th anniversary in front of the fireplace. My husband & I renewed ours on our 50th anniversary in the beautiful back yard. I hope that whoever finally gets it will enjoy it & love it like we did. Unfortunately it is time for us to go on.
