Ruby was not only super helpful and patient with my goofy a**, but also incredibly personable and fun to chat with! Ive never been happier to shell out $277 😂. She was able to maintain a very professional demeanor, and yet, still remain very relatable and easy/fun to talk to... A skill very few people, imo, can navigate well, assuming they even possess the capacity to do so to begin with. A valuable asset to her company, no doubt, and to all those seeking automotive insurance/coverage.

Very rude. Told me stuff was on my record that wasn’t. I have a dmv print out (from this year) of my record proving everything on my record. Then the lady was rude about the whole thing. Weirdest insurance ever.

Bryan kept my policy open 3 months after cancellation to try and sneakily keep collecting my money (250$ a month) Until I finally noticed. He and Linda are running me in circles, saying I need to sign a form but then wont send me that form to complete cancellation. Total scam artists

Im at the Pronto Insurance Office in Anaheim. Manager is Jeannette Martinez!!! A real awesome person, who absolutely worked magic in finding me full coverage for my brand-new vehicle!!!! Let me start of by saying, Luke is amazing! I recently bought a new vehicle and needed to add it to my insurance so I called Prontos customer service line and received the most HORRIBLE service. The girl that I spoke to first gave me her cellphone number and told me that in order to add my vehicle to my policy, I had to send her my registration so she could get my VIN and send it to underwriting. I let her know I could just give it to her and she immediately gave me attitude and told me she wouldn’t be able to add it then. I was so confused bc I have never heard of this before and felt so baffled at how rude she was to me about it so I immediately told her I wanted to cancel my policy and she transferred me out. I am so THANKFUL she did though bc I was connected with Luke at the Anaheim office. He was so professional and so attentive. He let me know exactly what was going on, he let me know what he was going to do before doing it and just overall provided EXCELLENT customer service. He made me feel so comfortable about the whole process and provided me with the reassurance I needed. He was able to help me with what I needed and more! The Anaheim office is lucky to have him :)

This review is only for customer service. Thank God I havent had to submit an insurance claim.Everybody Ive ever dealt with at Pronto is exceedingly helpful. Whether its to sign up or make a payment (& reinstate for late payments). Their online payments are so easy & hassle free. The agents are always polite, efficient, & will go the extra mile for you.

Havent had an accident THANK GOD... So i really dont know how good the insurance is. You usually find out how good it is when you need to use it. But great low prices. And fast customer service and response time. I would recommend it.

Unfortunately cant recommend this office as the few times I was there during normal business hours they were closed and I had to drive to the Euclid office. This one would have been convenient but lets try posting were closed for the holidays not just, Nobodys here go there. Also cant tell you how much it annoys me to have to pay $3.50 as an additional fee just to pay my bill.

They keep leaving you on hold for 5+ minutes and as soon as they answer their phone, they hang up. Not even giving you a chance to say what you want to say. Totally unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This insurance was the most affordable insurance i found throughout all of them on the net. And it was friendly accurate service. Got it done over the phone. And it took less than a hour. This is a huge store. Its like being in an airport terminal, only without the TSA. You can find pretty much everything here that hasnt been impacted by the supply chain disruption.

They say they close at 7 PM and it is a lie no one was available from 6 PM they close and they lie to people that they are open until 7 PM. I need to talk to the manager of this office because I am a client of yours and you make me waste my time and my gas ⛽ like this. I need a quick solution.
