We used PromoteMe for our band merchandise and we couldnt be happier! We chose from a wide variety of merchandise options. We went with stickers, shirts, hats, and drink glasses all of which were a hit. Great quality products and wonderful people to work with.

I had a fantastic experience with this small business! Initially, the recognition item I chose for my team was over my budget. I brought my idea to promote me and they provided creative recommendations for alternatives within my price range that were better than my original choice. The next time I need anything personalized, I will definitely be going back to Promote Me. They made the experience fun and valued me as a customer. They helped me design bags and jackets for our local non-profit that serves survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. I am a teacher. Our school orders all of our shirts and sweatshirts from Promote Me. I order my class shirts from them every year. This company responds immediately. Their shirts are top quality, and the designs are always better than I envisioned. They are awesome!

We had the best experience. My daughter ordered shirts for her school and was hoping to have them done by Christmas. Not only were they completed before Christmas, they were completed weeks before and she was able to use them for a school event! The responsiveness from Debbie was awesome and the quality of the shirts and printing was perfect! We’ve used/bought from Promote Me before but this was our first big order and They did not disappoint.

Promote Me is our Companys go to vendor for anything we want our logo on. They helped us find the perfect thread colors to match our logo and its turned out great on everything we ask them to stitch it on, from polos to backpacks. As a professional service firm, the overall appearance is very important to us and they always deliver quality looking product. Pricing is fantastic and the customer service is top notch.

I highly recommend this outstanding community oriented business for all of your silk screening needs. On August 20, 2021 I was in urgent need of a few high visibility safety shirts for my daughters crew at Grizzly Flats Community Services District in El Dorado County. Grizzly Flats is a small unincorporated community in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. A fierce wild fire, the Caldor Fire, had swept through the community destroying dozens of homes, including my daughters and her 3 staff, the local school, the post office and the largest church. They lost everything. I wanted to supply them with a few safety shirts. Promote Me rose to the challenge. Within 6 hours I had the shirts so desperately needed by the workers trying to restore the potable water system any community needs to survive. When I picked up my order they declined any payment and said they wanted to donate their work to the community. That brought tears to my eyes. Thank You does not nearly come close to expressing my appreciation. At the earliest opportunity I will be returning as a paying customer.

Trucksmart has used Promote Me many times over the years but this time they outdid themselves! We plaaced an order for 60 custom embroidered hoody sweatshirts abd Promote me delivered the finished product in less than a week! The sweatshirts were great quality, the cost was more than reasonable and the embroidery was flawless....and they gave us a social nedia boost ny posting videos of them actually embroidering our sweatshirts!Its a sea of Promote Me sweatshirts here at Trucksmart.Thanks Promote Me!

This company is unprofessional and does not complete orders in the time promised/agreed and paid for. Parts of my order were not completed nor even acknowledged till an hour before closing on an upcoming weekend. When asked why this was not planned ahead, Debbie rudely shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know what to tell you, we are busy. I was not offered reimbursement for the missing parts or even an apology. I will never come back here or recommend them to anyone.The items we did receive were done well but when a company’s word and respect are more important, there are plenty of companies that can print things but what brings people back is respect and integrity which this place (especially Debbie) does not have.

I had my law firm logo embroidered on a variety of clothing, hats, and bags, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The stitching was crisp and perfectly matched my logo. Plus the turn-around time was really short. Ill definitely buy from them again when I want more.

I’m military and new to the area. Soon as I came into this shop I wasn’t greeted, I had to greet the lady behind the counter myself. I was then told she couldn’t help me unless I had a minimum of 6 pieces that needed to be done. No where on the website, in the shop, or even on the door does this say that.
