I saw the Dr. this morning for a dental emergency. He was the only one willing to see me on a Sunday out of the dozen that I called. He was very polite and gentle, he even took care of my oral surgeon referral. Im still pretty shocked that he called me back and saw me on a Sunday morning. Im not even a patient of his, this just shows how much he cares for his community. Thank you.

First visit with Dr. Nguyen, and it was a great experience! Yes, really. He kept me informed, he was accommodating, and he listens. Best experience getting a crown that Ive ever had. If youre looking for a spa-like atmosphere you wont find it here, but if you need competent, quality dental care, performed using state of the art equipment, all at a reasonable price, this is the place.

It was the day after Christmas when my dental emergency popped up but my personal dentist and many other dental offices/oral surgeons were closed. We called Promenade Dental on Date St and my husband explained what was going on and the receptionist ( Edith) asked if we could be there in 20 minutes.After the initial exam, consultation, and other options to consider, Dr. Nguyen proved to be very knowledgeable on how to approach and proceed with the situation and took great care while taking consideration for my pain level . He was knowledgeable on the best procedure recommended with a remarkable outcome. Dr. Nguyen and the front office team member Edith, showed so much empathy during my visit. I also appreciated how they showed that I truly mattered to them. They even called me the next day see if I was healing and if the pain level had improved.Thank you Promenade Team Murrieta for your standard of excellence and for raising the bar with patient care. I am very grateful how you accommodated my emergency.

Gone are the days of dreading dental appointments! With Dr. Nguyen, you can rest assured youre in kind, gentle, dental care hands. His state-of-the-art equipment and technology makes the entire experience efficient, comfortable, and dare I say, enjoyable. I’ve been going to Dr. Nguyen for years. I called him very early this Saturday morning with an emergency tooth repair and he fit me in first thing. I watched him use a computer to create a new tooth. It was fascinating to watch! Whether youre in need of routine dental care, or require urgent attention, you can trust Dr. Nguyen to deliver exceptional service.

Absolutely the best care! I became a patient in July of last year and needed some emergency dental work. I was able to get in the same day and have a crown and root canal done with zero pain! I recently had another toothache and was again provided a prompt same day appointment. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve had! Zero pain, zero wait time and very quick care. Pricing is always up front and affordable also. I used to dread making dentist appointments and coming in but coming here has completely shifted my experience. 100% recommend!!

REALLY GREAT DENTAL CARE!My husband and I carefully choose our new dentist now over 10 years ago. He is Dr. Bao Nguyen at Promenade Dental Care. He just moved to a new location, now closer to me! Now hes located right behind the new Aldis on Murrieta Hot Springs & Winchester at 26957 Date St Suite B4, Murrieta, CA 92563, When we first found Dr. Nguyen, we were looking for a dentist who had great skills, used the latest in dental technology, who offered affordable rates and provided great customer service. Also, we were very happy to see how clean the office and rooms are at this facility. We found all of this with Dr. Nguyen and Promenade Dental Care and more. Now, years later, we have had a lot of necessary dental work done by Dr. Nguyen and are very, very pleased with the results. We did our research first and we are glad we did. I am completely terrified of the dentist. I neglected getting anything done for years and years because of bad experiences and just general fear and anxiety. Well I got sick of having an aching jaw everyday so I came in and got a x-ray and consultation and they told me what work needed to be done. The price was pretty much half of what comparable dentists wanted and they were really really nice to me. So I saved up the money and went back in for the procedure. The doctor gave me some anxiety meds which completely relaxed me and they were just great about everything and I can honestly say I have way less fear and anxiety about going back to the dentist.The best part was they did all my procedures at once so I wouldnt have to make return visits. I got a tooth extraction, a crown, a handful of cavities, a deep cleaning and some other stuff all done at the exact same time. Its been 3 days now and everything is healing beautifully Im no longer in any pain and Im just grateful. So if you have any anxiety about going to the dentist, this is the place for you.Oh and tell the doctor I said get rid of that creepy tooth picture in the waiting room haha!

They are very professional and very honest, they don’t scam you like another places. The office is very clean, with a very comfortable waiting area. The receptionist is very polite and she is always with a nice smile helping all the patients. Doctor Nguyen is very efficient and does an excellent job, he is a multitask person. I definitely recommend this office, because after going to several dentists in this area I finally found a professional dentist like my Bay Area dentist with whom I had been with for over 16 years.Absolutely Dr. Nguyen is THE BEST DENTIST In this area!!!!

Dr. Nguyen is an experienced and professional dentist! I needed 3 crowns and he was able to get insurance approval before my insurance ran out at the end of the year. Then, after approval he was able to get teeth prepped for the crowns and he made the crowns in the office!! I was in and out in less than 4 hours. My teeth look and feel great! Office staff is also professional! Highly recommend!
