Project Eyecare has exceeded my expectations in every way. Their customer service is outstanding: in person, on the phone, and via text. Dr. Cano sees myself, my husband, and my two young kids and we have all had an enjoyable experience. Overall the office is sparkling, and the lobby is built for kids with toys, books, and snacks. Dr. Cano has been incredibly educational, going above and beyond to explain terminology and explain what we can do to help prevent myopia in our kids. Last summer I completed eye therapy which was a significant financial investment but I appreciated being able to get to the root issues of my symptoms and retrain my eyes - and they’ve never felt better! I cannot more highly recommend Project Eyecare!

Dr. Tsai and her team are fantastic. The process went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Dr. Tsai takes the time to explain the exam and their findings and Spencer was extremely patient and wonderful in suggesting the best frames for my face. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with eye care.

For eye therapy, they were a waste of time and money. Im really disappointed with this place. My husband received a referral from his neurologist because he has a concussion that is lasting a long time. The staff were all friendly.. My husband had an exam with Dr Cano and he said he could help and his assistant Jess would get back to me with the cost. We knew they dont accept insurance for eye therapy and paid $300 for the consultation. Jess said that it would be a year commitment at $11,000. We could either pay all at once, or make payments of $873 a month or pay with a credit company. WHAT? Thats astronomical! I said we were not comfortable committing to a year because what if he is better in months or it doesnt work. Then she said we wouldnt have to commit to a year but would still have to pay the $873 a month. I asked if we could just pay per therapy appointment like every other therapy my husband does (occupational, physical and speech) and she said no. I told her that would not add up... one therapy a week does not equal to $873. She said it includes the fees and equipment. My husband is on disability and is not working. How could we pay that amount?? Thats ridiculous. I think they needed us to help fund the eye therapy part of their business. I called other eye therapy companies and also spoke to his other therapies and none of them understood how we cannot pay per therapy session. This company doesnt care to help people they just want money. I wish I would have known before wasting time and money.

We love Dr. Cano and Dr. Tsai! The exam rooms are very clean and the staff is super helpful and accommodating. Dr. Cano is great with my kids, 7 and 4 years old. Even when they’re shy or wiggly, he knows how to make them comfortable and the exam quick and painless. They’re already asking when they can go back. Thank you Project Eyecare!

My wife and I switched over to Project Eyecare recently and we are amazed by the excellent service provided by the entire staff. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. There is no up selling and pressure to make expensive purchases. They worked with me to find the best glasses, not the most expensive. The office is clean, modern, and stylish. Dr. Tsai is wonderful! We highly recommend them.

Been going for years and highly recommend! Staff is well informed and make sure you understand all of the tests that are being performed (but never force/pressure you to do any that you don’t want to), why they are doing them, your results and really take the time to make sure you understand everything they are doing every step of the way. The medical staff is always on top of the latest in eye related studies, products, etc and it really shows how dedicated they are to the health of their patients! The office staff is always very friendly as well (they never fail to offer snacks and drinks while you wait). They are transparent about all of the costs and take the time to thoroughly explain your insurance coverage. I also always appreciate their help in choosing new frames because I would be lost on my own and this is the only optometry that I’ve been to that goes the extra mile in doing so. All in all, I love this practice and now can go no where else.

Fantastic experience, from the beginning until the end! Dr. Cano checked our whole family (even our littlest one) and was amazing with them. My kids, typically apprehensive about “doctors”, were comfortable the whole time and even said at the end that they had fun! We didn’t feel rushed and felt heard and cared for regarding our specific eye concerns. Would one hundred percent recommend and be back for our regular exams!

Soooo impressed! Hope was my first contact and she was so pleasant and helpful I decided to give that office a try for my annual eye exam. When I arrived I was equally impressed with the staff there and the calming and clean decor which was also very child friendly. Dr Cano was very thorough and did not rush or try to sell anything. Everything about this place is Heaven. They make you feel like your part of their family and they genuinely take time to do their job properly. Dr. Cano explained in details what the goal is for my son’s vision. I’m so glad that I took my son to get his eyes re examined here, such a big difference from previous optometrist. My son was very comfortable during the eye exam and didn’t feel rushed. Pleasant friendly welcoming staff. Facility is so cool and modern specially for kids and very clean. Free snacks n drinks available as one staff said to me “of course only if your kids are allowed to have them”. I love her, she still acknowledged my authority that I can still make that decision for my kids and not tell my kids directly that they can have free snacks. This is the only place I noticed that the staff were NOT on their personal phones, WOW! Very attentive to anyone that comes through the door. Thank you so much for making our experience 20/20 ha! This is the best optometry I’ve been. Very spacious room and everything clean and nicely arranged. The staff are so patient and nice. The doctor is someone you would open to. He has the vibe of calmness and warmness. I feel at ease and willing to talk more to him. There is this relaxing aura in the air here. As to professionalism the facility is so generously staffed and managed in a way that the doctor can spend plenty of time with the patient. Dr Cano actually discovered something no one noticed for the past decades. I feel other optometrist I been to just so programmed to the procedure but Dr. cano really listens and thinks. Thank you!

This was my first ever eye exam, so I was a bit nervous. The staff and Dr Cano made the experience super comfortable, and dare I say...fun. I ended up staring into a few very impressive machines including a VR headset. It felt like a Tony Stark iron man montage except for my eyes. The optician was incredibly patient with me and helped me picked out a great set of frames. Would definitely recommend this office!

Our previous eye doctor was ok, but I was looking for a greater selection of childrens glasses and I heard Project Eyecare was highly recommended. Im so glad we found them! Dr Cano and his staff are beyond. You can absolutely tell Dr Cano loves what he does. His bedside manner is amazing. Hes also a dad, which personally it is important for me as my kiddos are not the easiest to deal with.Everyone is always kind and caring.Both my ADHD kiddos feel safe and at ease when we see Dr Cano.The opticians/front desk are very through with the billing and they make sure you understand your benefits and co-pays.I have two kiddos in glasses. I am grateful that Dr Cano takes care of my kids as if they were his own children, like no kidding, he truly cares about the little ones eyes health/vision and you can totally tell, and the kids can totally tell as well since somehow they cooperate when hes doing the exam.My oldest is finally a candidate for vision therapy and we are beyond ecstatic to start since we know the benefits of VT.Thank you for all the help during these years Dr Cano and staff. From the modern online scheduling to the extra precautions taken upon arrival prior to our appointments, Project Eyecare shows they care about the full patient experience. Joseph and Jessica and both doctors are knowledgeable and professional, as they are genuinely friendly and caring. The shop itself is bright, clean and modern with high ceilings. I recently visited Project Eye Care for my annual eye check-up in December. It was about a year since my last exam so I was a little nervous going but the staff at the office made me feel very comfortable.Their shop is brand new and the office is designed so nicely, very inviting. I was welcomed by a smiling face and quickly attended to. Jessica (who was at the front desk) also did my early prep eye work. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and it all went smoothly. I was seen by Dr. Cano, who was also very kind and answered all my curious questions and took the time explain everything in detail. It felt good to know I was being taken care of by someone who really knows his craft.I got my first pair of glasses ever in my life from Project Eye Care, which also brings me to my next point of their great selection of frames. They have so many options to keep you up to date with all the trends and styles.I’m glad I found a great place to keep my eyes and vision healthy with such a great staff. Great place! Dr Cano referred me to lasik over a year ago and Ive had the best eyesight ever since. Ive been coming here for check ups and recently had a blood vessel blow in my eye. Dr Cano checked it out on short notice and everything is good. Im grateful to have a place like this where everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

I brought my 4 year old in for her first eye exam today, and was so impressed by our entire experience here: from making the appointment, through to every aspect of the visit today. They are so organized and professional! The office is wonderfully clean and bright. Staff were so kind and encouraging, and they made my daughter feel very comfortable. They even gave her snacks and a goodie bag! Dr Cano was excellent and very thorough. My only regret is that my husband and I didn’t come here for our own recent eye exams. My wife and I were looking for a place to fill my daughters prescription for some glasses. I called up project eyecare and they just so happen to have glasses for babies her age. I am so glad that I found project eyecare! Jennifer and Dr. Vincent were great, we set up an appointment for the same day to pick out her glasses and they arrived in less than a week. I am VERY impressed by Project Eyecare. My wife and I were both in need of an annual eye exam so we stopped by on a Friday afternoon. My wife went to go get her eyes checked first so I sat in the waiting area looking around simply in awe at how modern and sophisticated this optometry clinic looks. Apparently, they won an award in a magazine for their office design. The office staff, Jessica, was extremely friendly and gave me a discounted coupon for Lasik along with some free beverages and chocolates. I saw Dr Vincent Cano for my eye exam and I highly, highly recommend him. I usually dont ask any questions during my eye exams but he took the time to educate me on proper contact lens wear, eye care, recommendations as to which contact lenses to get, and even walked me through how to maximize my insurance benefits. My wife and I both were pleased with our experience at Project Eyecare; we really felt taken care of.

I have been going to Dr. Cano for about 4 years, each year. I am in my 60s and about 30 years ago had RK surgery that now causes my vision to be inconsistent, especially during refraction in an eye exam. Dr. Cano is very knowledgeable and has patience with me during refraction to get me the best possible vision. The best optometrist I have ever had and a doctor who truly cares. He is a good guy too. I am very thankful I decided to go to Project Eyecare for my new frames. I initially approached them after a friend told me about their Asian fit line, and my entire life, I have had trouble finding glasses that fit comfortably on my face. Not only do they have a large variety of styles, but both Dr. Connie Cano and Jessica, the office manager, worked patiently and thoroughly to help me select the style and fit that worked best with my face shape. They were very honest with their feedback and I did not get the sense that they were trying to get me to buy the most expensive frames. Also,due to my high prescription, Dr. Cano, advised and explained in great details, what type of lens would be the best option for me to consider in order for my eyes to feel comfortable.I highly recommend Project Eyecare, your concerns will be heard, and they are genuinely people who care about you and your eye health!

Went to Project Eyecare for the first time to get my vision checked and new glasses. (I have worn glasses since I was 8) First of all, their precautions concerning Covid 19 were the best I have encountered anywhere...temp check, sanitizer, room spacing, complimentary new mask, set appointments, cleaning etc. The doctor was wonderful, very thorough and answered all my concerns. The office staff were extremely pleasant. When I picked up my glasses they even gave me a gift bag! The office itself was just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone .

They actually care!Ive been going to this office for about half a year now, and they have provided nothing but outstanding work. Ive been in twice this past month and it was extremely easy to make an appointment, I didnt have to wait long to be seen and the staff is superb! I came for a LASIK consultation, and will continue to go in for my post-treatment checks, as well as my annuals.Both Dr. Tsai and Dr. Cano are extremely kind and I highly recommend Them! I went to Project Eyecare in order to get what was my first ever eye exam. The last time I even tested my vision was back in Jr. High and I found that I had 20/20 vision so I never felt the need to get checked out. But as I get older I decided that I should start taking advantage of my vision insurance and take a look. The staff at Project Eyecare were very understanding that all the aspects of the exam were new to me. They made it a very quick and easy process. Through the exam and the questions they asked me I found that I still have 20/20 eyesight but because I work in front of a computer all day I could use some blue light glasses to help my eyes stay healthy. I found a frame I liked that day and had them within a week. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and Ill be getting annual checkups from now on.

Just had the best experience at this new optometry office. I just came in for an annual check up, and also decided to bring my kiddos with me. I LOVE that our whole family will be able to come and do our annual check ups together. I was a little nervous about bringing my kids in to get their eyes checked for the first time (at the tender age of 4 and 2...) but I was absolutely blown away by Dr. Cano. He was so professional, informative and thorough. He was amazing with my kids and they had so much fun during their entire appointment. They even got their eyes dilated (which I was so nervous about!) but Dr. Cano was so efficient and made the whole process quick and easy. Although the facility is amazing and there is no question that the doctors here are skilled and knowledgable, what I appreciated most was that they really took their time with us. They explained everything so clearly and tirelessly answered my many questions (and I had A LOT of questions as an anxious mom of two littles!) After having had a HORRIBLE experience at another optometry office a few years ago, I am so thankful to have found Project eyecare!!!

Jessica and Dr. Tsai helpfully suggested a number of options and were super patient through my indecisiveness. Eventually I settled on a pair of Arbor wooden frames, they have that trendy wood grain look and the company even plants a tree when you buy a pair! Past pairs of glasses Ive had tend to slip down my nose so when I came back for pickup Dr. Cano really took care to make sure I got a perfect fit. Highly recommended!

I ended up with an abrasion on my cornea over the weekend. Project Eyecare Optometry was in my approved doctor lists and they were able to get me on right away. Dr. Tsia was very knowledgable and was genuinely concerned about my condition. She wrote me a prescription and I have a follow up appointment later this week. The receptionist Jessica was very welcoming and friendly, and both Dr. Cano and Tsai were very friendly and professional. They explained to me exactly what each tests were for and their purpose. Furthermore, they helped explain the best options for contact lenses to match my Insurance coverage. Lastly, they go the extra mile. I recently went to Project Eyecare for both myself and my 2 year old daughters eye exam. The front desk receptionist, Jessica, was very welcoming and helpful. She even interacted with my daughter which I think helped ease any anxieties over her very first eye exam. I went on a weekday morning, so there was no wait. After the usual round of preliminary tests performed by Jessica, Dr. Cano handled the rest of our exams. His interactions with my daughter were very warm and patient (since 2 year olds certainly dont always follows directions). I brought some snacks with me to keep her happy, but didnt bring enough (daddy fail). Dr. Cano offered a snack bag of pretzel goldfish which did the trick! He clearly explained to me how her eyesight was doing. He then examined my eyes, explaining everything very clearly, and also answering any questions I had.Lastly, Jessica helped pick out some new frames for me. Based on my insurance coverage, they were able to tell me exactly what my out of pocket costs would be. I just received the new glasses this week and they are great! Overall very impressed with the professional service at this office, and would also recommend for kids!

Project Eyecare is not your average eyeglass store. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the meticulous design of the interior, which was sleek and modern. The color contrast was unique and tasteful, which added to the overall aesthetic. Dr. Cano asked me questions about the type of glasses I was looking for, and what kind of functionality I needed. Once I specified, he quickly narrowed down the selections to help me find what I was looking for. Once I picked out a frame, he made sure everything fit perfectly and that I felt comfortable wearing them. You can tell that Dr. Cano really wants to make sure that the process is smooth and that you are satisfied with the care/product. I picked up the glasses about a week later, and Dr. Cano gave it one final adjustment to make sure everything was perfect. I am very much satisfied with the products/service/care that Project Eyecare offers, and would recommend to anyone looking for quality products with great staff, and an overall pleasant experience.

I used to see Dr. Tsai at her previous office and really love this new office. Project Eyecare has a very modern and sleek vibe. I noticed that they carry really cool glasses brands that promote social responsibilities as their corporate mission (learned that from the waiting room books on the brands), which I thought was quite cool.When I walked in, I was able to fill out all my information on their tablet in just a few minutes and was quickly taken to do my pre-exam testing. The technician Jessica was so friendly and professional. In my past experience, a lot of times the technicians just go through the motions but thats not the case with Jessica. She really made me feel welcomed. I also love all the technology/tablets/machines they use in the office.Dr. Tsai was great as always. Ive been seeing her for years now and she always keeps good notes on my visions progression. She always recalls how my vision has changed over the years and knew what we spoke out the year before so I know she reviews my notes prior to seeing me. I love it when doctors take the time to do that because it shows they really care.Another reason I love seeing Dr. Tsai is that she really passionate about eye health. I first went to project eyecare optometry because my prescription has been fluctuating since I started wearing contacts and I was also experiencing blurry vision. When I first walked in to the office I was impressed with the modern and clean design of the interior. I was greeted with warm and friendly staff. Dr. Tsai was professional and performed my eye exam thoroughly. I did her my concern with my fluctuation of my prescription, and she did further test on my corneal using the corneal topography to Mao the surface curvature of the cornea. I was impressed with how thorough and caring Dr. Tsai was toward her patient. She explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. She further referred me to a cornea specialist to confirm the results. Dr. Tsai has great relationship with well-known ophthalmologist that further exam my cornea and answered all of my questions about keratoconus. I was also impressed with the different selections of glasses they had that fit well for Asian face. Jessica and Dr. Tsai patiently helped me picked out my glasses that fit well for me. After I picked up my glasses, I had a hard time adjusting to the new glasses. Dr. Tsai followed up with me and re-exam me to make sure my prescription was correct. She performed the eye exam with great care and completeness to give me the best fitted prescription for me. Dr. Tsai was the most patient, thorough and caring for her patients. It’s really hard to find glasses that are narrow enough to fit the frame of my face and ones that don’t slide down my face. I was really impressed by the selection of glasses that they have. Called to ask if they could replace some frames, or simply put my current lenses into a new frame (i.e., happy to pay crazy prices for new frames) and was told that unless they had my exact current frames they couldnt help me at all.
