What a fantastic experience! It’s been many years since I’ve gone to the dentist and I was nervous about how things would go. The whole staff was very kind and I quickly felt at ease. The doctor was also kind and super patient. She explained what my dental care journey would be in detail, answering questions thoughtfully and with no judgment. In the end I left with no questions unanswered and feeling confident about the next steps to take. 1,000% recommend

I travel all over the US for work and see a different dentist every 4-6 months. Dr. Hsu is terrific. She works quickly/efficiently, and is gentle and thorough. I really liked that she did half of my cleaning, as compared to most other practices where the cleaning is done only by the hygienist. The entire team at this practice is great. 10/10 recommend.

The staff is great! Friendly! Dr. Hsu is very thorough and knowledgeable. Everytime I have been there I have only had great experiences. She always makes sure your comfortable. I definitely feel like my teeth and gums are healthier after going to the office and learning new things. I would recommend this office if your looking for a dentist.

The office was very clean and organized. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs. Jesse the receptionist was amazing starting from booking my appointment and getting me in immediately down to checking me out. Amy the dental assistant was kind, personable and gentle from taking my x rays to cleaning my teeth. Lastly, Dr Hsu was the best dentist I’ve met. She was was informative & honest by explaining what she was doing and why I needed certain care. I’m excited to go back for my next appointment!

I have been a patient of Dr Hsu at Pro Health for years and I can honesty say that I would never go to another dentist. She truly cares about her patients and is very gentle, kind and compassionate.My visits are always a great experience. Dr. Hsu is amazing! She takes time to explain each procedure, answer questions and offer options. During dental work, she checks in with you often to make sure you are as comfortable and pain free as possible. Dr. Hsu is gentle and compassionate. Both her and her staff put you at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Hsu, especially if youre nervous or havent been to a dentist in a long time!

I havent been to the dentist in a while, mainly because I couldnt find a good one. This place, however, has been awesome. I have had dental anxiety for years, and going to this place really helped ease my anxiety. The care is great, best I have ever seen. Sure, its out of pocket but they can work with people with a membership plan if you dont have a qualifying insurance company, and is better than MediCal can ever offer! (In the past, Ive used MediCal and it was always places with terrible service.) Im really happy there is a good dentist 😀

Dr. Wennifred Hsu Is great! I came in on a Monday just for a consultation and today (Wednesday) I got my braces on. She was very nice and took into consideration my needs and concerns when deciding what treatment would be best. I didn’t expect for the process to be so quick, specially being a new patient. I definitely recommend! The dental assistant was also very nice and made me feel welcomed!

The staff is beyond friendly and everyone in the office is always willing to lend a helping hand. They get you in and out very quickly. The quality of their service is great! Dr Hsu is very gentle and always checking up on you to make sure youre comfortable and doing okay! They listen to all your concerns and immediately come up with a solution. They are very flexible on scheduling as well.

Today my three year old daughter and I each had great appointments. I am very pleased with the staff and Dr. Hsu. I get very nervous during visits and the office always makes sure I am comfortable during the cleaning.Update: My daughter is now five and son is four and today doctor Hsu and her staff got them each to have their teeth cleaned and take x-rays. I absolutely love coming to them because they always take care of my teeth. I grind my teeth 24/7 and doctor has managed to save my teeth from further damage.

I looked her up on Yelp and she had really good reviews so I had high expectations. She delivered on her great reputation. The Staff was Very Welcoming!! I went in to get my Wisdom Tooth pulled, Dr.Hsu numbed me and I didn’t feel a thing. Dr.Hsu walked me though everything and made sure I was okay and comfortable the whole time during the procedure. She has a very gentle Hand. All our family members have been to this clinic for the past 7 years. Love how Dr. W really cares for her patients. She is very knowledgeable for what she is doing. Also, provide great advices in terms of treatment. All the staffs members are very friendly. My kids love coming in for checking their teeth. Dr. W also help us save $$$ by detecting problems at the early stage. (For example, kids cavities issues...) highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone.

Ive lived all over the country, and this is hands-down the best dentist Ive ever been to. The office is modern and inviting and the equipment is state of the art as far as I can tell. Everyone is friendly and professional and focused on making sure you are comfortable. The dental assistants and dentist are also UNBELIEVABLY fast...I just got done getting 3 fillings, and from the time I walked in to the office to the time I walked out was only 20 minutes.

Dr. Hsu is amazing! She and her staff treated us like family, yet the level of professionalism was always held to a high standard. We live in an RV and travel the country which is awesome until you need medical or dental care. Not only was Dr. Hsu willing to see my husband and provide a diagnostic workup, including x-rays, she set up the dental chair like a recliner and activated a large, wall-mounted TV where she reviewed the x-rays with us and gave us three options for solving the problem at hand. We had thought an expensive and time consuming treatment regime was our only choice, but Dr. Hsu showed us there were options and was very willing to candidly answer every question. Then, although we had been given an estimated price for x-rays, exam and diagnosis, the actual cost was less than half. Because we are old? He has few teeth? We are cute? NO, but she had compassion because she is a caring person who sees more than meets the eye.

Dr. Hsu’s office was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist office. She and her staff were friendly, polite, and professional. Dr Hsu explained everything clearly and was very personable. The cleaning and X-ray process were painless and she kept asking if I was ok, which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning and bringing my 1 year old daughter to her. Dr. Hsu and her staff were so kind and helpful. Both my mother and I are patients here and my mom has always had a phobia of having her teeth worked on but Dr. Hsu was very accommodating and did everything to make her feel comfortable. I have no fear of dentistry but am 25 and have been going to my pediatric dentist as recently as two years ago! This was definitely the right choice when I finally switched to a grown up dentist. We had a great experience for my daughters first cleaning! Very professional and kid friendly! There was a tv in the room with Curious George playing, and the doctor explained everything in kid friendly terms as she worked. When she was done my daughter even got to pick a prize! Disclaimer- I think this is the second review I’ve ever written, ever, but that’s how cool prohealth Smiles is, they deserve this review. If we all had dentists like Dr. Hsu when we were little kids, the thought of being in a dentist chair in our adult years might not be so daunting. She’s friendly, gentle and compassionate, 3 key features when describing a dentist in my opinion. And Jesse does all the billing, she’s excellent at what she does also. Dr Hsu gets 5 stars on her own but Jesse also gets 5 stars in her own. Insurance plays games, they’re a necessary evil, they’ll deny or postpone claims over something stupid like a note didn’t have an ‘I’ dotted properly. They’ll send x-rays back and forth claiming they can’t see them. And I have excellent insurance! Over 2k worth of work and I’m barely $400 out of pocket. Trust me, my insurance did everything they could to postpone the claim and between myself and Jesse continuing persistence and calling them a few times a week they finally signed the check. Jesse is awesome! Thanks for the work Prohealth Smiles, I’m glad we met.

I went in one year ago because I had a stain on my front tooth and she covered the stain. Now, the spot that she covered has a crack? The crack starts at the bottom of my tooth where the stain was and goes upward and covers most of my tooth. It is very visible and embarrassing. Thanks.
