Yan helped me with my refi for 2 different properties at the same time. It was a difficult refi and at least one other broker said it wasn’t possible but Yan made it happen. I am a CPA, and after all his help with my refi, I started referring my clients to him. At least half a dozen so far and all of them are self employed including 1 client that was in bankruptcy and another that had been told no by 3 other brokers and Yan got all of them financed. All my clients have been extremely satisfied, I wish I could give Progressive Mortgage and Yan even more stars.

In all my 30+ years dealing with various realtors and realty experts, none even come close to the expertise of Yan. He gives absolute attention to detail and conveys what he knows to his clients without wasting time. His grasp of the housing and banking markets are a superb asset. And, when he works for you, no time capsule in the world can put a monkey wrench on the ubiquitous research he does, for he will always manage to find you the best home or real estate to your hearts content!
