Even though I had invested several hours of my time in a new social services account, including attending meeting, researching coverage and documenting information, I was ready to give up! I had all the information an underwriter could ever hope for, yet I had been unable to find the right carrier or program for this account.Luckily, a colleague suggested I try Program Business before giving up. THE SPAM EMAILS ARE UNSOLITED AND ARE VERY ANNOYING. I DONT KNOW HOW I GOT ON THEIR LIST AND HAVE REQUESTED TO UNSUBSCRIBE TO THE SERVICE THAT I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO IN THE FIRST PLACE BUT I AM STILL RECEIVING EMAILS. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP.

Sent my refund check to the agent, and he cashed it and spent it and they tell me there is nothing they can do. Have called him and them multiple times and still get no action. Ive been waiting for my refund for 9 months now.
