I have used Profitwise Accounting for a couple of years now and find that they are the best! Consistantly, all the financial work gets done on time and done correctly. They provide personal service where they are my partners in finance matters who know what I do and how it should be done. You cant go wrong picking them.

I have been working with Profitwise for the last year and a half. The amount of support that we received and the advice that they have shared has been invaluable to our organization. Dave and Jackie have been instrumental in guiding our organization with a lot of our financial decisions. My husband and I own a boutique advertising agency and have been clients of Profitwise for a little over two years now. I cant say enough great things about Dave Heistein and the entire Profitwise team — they have been an absolutely fantastic partner and have helped us to better manage our business finances, bookkeeping, and personal stuff too. Profitwise totally streamlined our payroll and helped to alleviate my burden dealing with it, which has been amazing. They also got us transitioned to Quickbooks Online which has been huge for us! During our meetings with Dave he pulls up our books, answers any (and all) of my questions and can make needed adjustments right then and there.I also really appreciated their on-boarding process. From our initial meeting where Dave gave us a detailed overview of all their services to the initial setup. We felt very taken care of. As an someone who works in the marketing/advertising world I also appreciated the thoughtful collateral that was sent to us as part of being a new client. I found Profitwise Accounting on yelp. I was interested in meeting with them because they have experience preparing taxes and bookkeeping for E-commerce businesses and since I have an online business, I thought they might be a good fit. I called and set appointment, it was a fairly easy process. I met with Dave the CPA. He is a super easy guy to talk to, very honest and straightforward. He took his time and answered all of my questions thoroughly! I never felt rushed. Dave is very knowledgeable with tax code and was able to quickly extract important data from my previous returns and identify several areas of concern. After a great meeting I was ready to switch to Profitwise from my current CPA and bookkeeping firm. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of trying to open an offline store location. Needless to say, I felt overwhelmed by the prospect of switching companies. Over the next few months, we stayed in touch and although I wasn’t a client, my questions and inquiries were always met with a positive attitude and willingness to help.Fast forward a few months, I was ready to move-forward with Profitwise, the team was awesome and helped me transition every step of the way. They currently provide monthly bookkeeping services, tax, tax planning, as well as CFO guidance. Profitwise immediately educated me about some of the deficits in my current business model and have prompted me to make immediate adjustments. I really appreciate their hands-on approach and I really feel supported. The customer service is excellent and I have never had any challenges getting a response or an appointment! I’m looking forward to a long and profitable relationship!

We hired Profitwise Accounting to handle our bookkeeping, taxes and payroll for our small business. Since I was a new business owner at the time Dave and his team did a great job of walking me through the process and educating me on what we needed to do as far a staying compliant with the various tax laws and the like. I found Dave very patient and non-intimating like some other accountants out there. If you are looking for someone to take aware your accounting and tax mess, Id highly recommend Dave and his team at Profitwise Accounting.

We worked with Dave & Gina for the last year and they were great! Our books were a mess with three accounts intermingled but they took the time to work with us and sort through it. Communication was great and they were all very friendly.
