2024-01-17 08:12:32Went in to see if the store had power supplies for my 11 yrs old HP Folio 13, he knew I needed so bad as my original was fried. So he found and handed me a used and dirty one from a pile of used adapters. Yes it worked !! But he decided to charge me $40 for that. Sorry...wont come back again.

2024-06-07 22:47:02As a certifed CompTIA A+ computer technician, already knew the reason my Surface Pro 7 Plus was not working. Running another business do not have time to repair my own PC. Took my pc to 3 repair shops, and this shop instantly knew what needs to be repaired as the others guessed wrong. Less than a day, they soldered motherboard, and they had honest pricing with fast service. Most repair shops refer to YouTube fix it yourself videos these days, it was nice to know these guys know what they are doing!

2018-08-21 23:27:59Theyve fixed every problem Ive asked them to look at. Its done on a same-day or next-day service. I started bringing my computers in two years ago, and now I kick myself for not having started bringing my computers to them 20 years ago.
