Prior to finding Process Green, I was using another processor who held my funds and was charging high fees. I had to spend a bit of time dealing with them and it was a distraction from running my business. When I found Process Green they first addressed the financial aspect and prepared a detailed analysis which really helped educate me on how I was being charged by my old processor. The analysis also showed the same details of how I could get more competitive rates through Process Green. They made sure that the integration with my online gateway worked seamlessly, reviewed the functions of my new services, explained how the transition would take place, and covered all the things that I needed to know to trust that they were setting me up for my benefit as a priority. The most important factor that made me choose Process Green was the integrity in which their business is conducted. I have been processing with them for several years now and I would highly recommend them to all businesses who need a processor that they can trust. Everything runs smoothly and they are always available if I have any questions. I would describe their customer service as impeccable.One last thing that I would add is that every year, Process Green donates 10% of their profits to a non-profit organization that we choose. Eddie and Process Green are the best credit card processing company Ive ever used. After owning 2 hair salons for over 13 years, Ive been through several companies, including Paymentech, and PG offers us an option that no one else ever has. We now have the ability to give back to the charity of our choice. Meals on Wheels is our charity and its great to know that with every transaction we give a little back and its that easy! If you are considering switching companies, I would absolutely recommend speaking with Eddie. It feels great to know that with every transaction, we are giving back to our own community!

Process Green was the right choice, it was quick and easy to setup. Edward is very knowledgeable and always attentive to our questions and concerns. They saved us money on charges from our previous merchant service account, as well as gives a percentage of the charges back to the community. We chose Sustainable Works SM for the donation to go to, this helps DSJ Printing to not only further support the Santa Monica community but our stand for environmental protection and awareness.

I use Process Green at all our Santa Monica Chamber events and it is always simple. I get great reports after the event and it gives to our non-profit! What could be better. Oh and Edward has helped us transition from our other process and is always available to help. Great customer service.

I own a high end flooring company in the heart of Los Angeles and we have very high ticket orders that our customers love to put on credit cards. We chose a local organization that helps feed families in the community that have fallen on hard times. To us, saving money and supporting a good cause is a must and we encourage other business owners to follow suit. Process Green also has free cause-marketing tools that we use to help spread the word about the organization we are supporting both online and in-person. The customer service is spot-on and that is super important when we need to talk to someone over the phone quickly. Edward Pakdaman and Process Green are amazing! Arthur Murray Santa Monica was recently certified as a Green Business in Santa Monica. As part of our greening we changed to Process Green. They give to the charity of our choice, Santa Monica Boys and Girls Club, and they also donate to the Chamber Foundation since we are Santa Monica Chamber Members.Changing credit card services is not for the faint hearted, and Edward Pakdaman was there every step of the way.
