I have been to this iPhone repair shop many times and won’t go anywhere else. Jack is honest and his pricing is very reasonable. There’s a beautiful comfortable lobby to wait while the repair is done.

Incredible experience here. I always keep my phone in a heavy duty case because I drop it a lot. Never had a screen crack but some black lines on the LCD screen started to appear. I made an appointment online for screen repair, and when I arrived I was seen very quickly. He explained to me exactly what was wrong with my phone and showed me how he would be replacing the screen. The repair time was so quick, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Phone looks brand new. The whole experience was very professional and affordable; would highly recommend!

Best Repair shop in town, I have been going to Jack’s shop since 2019, and let me tell you he gets better by time, he is our family’s one stop shop, besides his good attitude and organize environment, also he is very knowledgeable in his craft.I highly recommend his service.

AWESOME experience here yesterday! My touch screen became unresponsive and I was freaking out!! Found this business thru Yelp. Impressive experience. Excellent, super fast work. Very professional! Owner treated me with kindness and respect. So grateful. Highly recommend this place. I wont go anywhere else now, and I will recommend it to friends!

Without a screen protector or case on my iPhone 11 for a few months, frequent drops wore out the edges of the screen including the entire selfie camera, not letting me use Face ID, take selfie photos, facetime, etc. I went into Pro iPhone Repair an hour before they closed and the man at work expertly walked me through the three tiers of screens offered in a way that was clearly knowledgeable and honest, not just trying to sell me something I didn’t need. All in all, for my needs he recommended the second of the three price points and I don’t regret it. It got me thinking that some or even most iPhone repair shops probably don’t let the customer in on what screen they are getting and instead just put on the cheapest screen for higher profit margins even though the cheaper LCD screens are more likely to break again and have worse color and touch accuracy (I learned this in my quick conversation at the shop). While there, I also mentioned the permanent grey splotches in my back camera and he said this was an easy fix with a small part and waived the usual labor fee since I was already purchasing a replacement screen. I left and came back half an hour later to a brand new looking phone, all my problems fixed and a screen protector thrown in free of charge and already applied. There’s a reason this is the highest rated iPhone repair shop in L.A. and has been in business 13 years. Go support ‘em.

This place is just as good as all the reviews have stated. They are super knowledgeable, very professional and extremely reasonable prices. If I have any future issues with my IPhone, I will absolutely be back here!

I randomly found this place on Google, stopped by for a walk-in, and was out in 10 minutes. My phone wasn’t charging when connecting to a cable. The guy just cleaned my phone thoroughly (found lots of “snacks” in my charging port) and it was good as new. I will definitely come back here if my phone ever acts up again. 10/10 recommend.
