First they sold me a bass that was defective, I had to return it. Then I order a Bass from them and they canceled it because it was damaged, they should have been checked before putting it up for sale. Waste of time and lost opportunity with other sellers. Will not recommended.

They were the only retailer who has a Gretsch guitar back pad (for the reissue Gretsch Country Gentleman/Classic G6122 and G6120DC) in stock. The price was very good and they processed my order promptly.

ProAudioLand just stunned me with the best service Ive ever had from Reverb vendor! They had exactly what we needed (Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound SPB-3 Precision bass pickups), with a bundle deal at an incredibly good price. They shipped immediately and delivery from Torrance CA to Atlanta GA. Due to their exceptional performance we were able to complete a customers bass upgrade 5 days ahead of schedule.

Found a pedal through Memorial Day sales. It was listed about $80 cheaper than competitors so I ordered directly on their website. I didnt even get an order confirmation but the money was taken out from my bank account. I sent an email twice requesting order confirmation but didnt receive any response. Its day after Memorial Day and I received a tracking information and later on they refunded my money and canceled order without any communication. I would never order anything from this online retailer.

I recently bought an Ampeg Heritage 410 and it was delivered within three days and in perfect shape and sounds awesome. I even got a %15 discount and free shipping !!! I am so glad companies like this still exist today. communication was awesome every step of the way. Pro Audio land has got it down. Thanks Guys !!!!

I am only basing this on my recent experience with Pro Audio Land and i shall tell you more when i receive the goods.Based on customer service, product information, delivery/postage information and cost to Europe: Drew was absolutely brilliant at his work. Even though it seemed he was so busy at work on a Monday morning, he still find the time (on live chat, Ebay, and other social media methods), effort, and energy to listen to me and meet my music products needs. Very good company.

What a great company to deal with. I was needing a vocal processor and I found it at Pro Audio Land for a great price, plus 10% off on top of that. The person who helped me, Luis did an exceptional thing and got it shipped Fedex overnight, I got the item the next day!! Needless to say I will be a long time customer, thanks again.

Unfortunately the guitar we purchased came unplayable. The nut was about two inches tall. I am not sure how it was even strung. This probably isnt ProAudioLands fault, however when we called about the issue we were told we would have to pay for shipping and if we did the return through them and not eBay we would wouldnt have to pay a restocking fee. When the item was refunded the total amount was not. We called and spoke with someone else who told us we whoever we spoke with was wrong and we will still get charged a restocking fee, but not the entire 10%. They should have honored what we were told before. Between the shipping costs and the restocking fee we could have had this issue fixed without ever having to talk to them again but unfortunately now we are out over $50 and have nothing to show for it. We will not be purchasing anything from here again.
