Pro Audio LA has fantastic customer service. Everyone I have interacted with there is super kind. They went above and beyond for me when making my custom right-angle XLR cables for my monitor speakers. I highly recommend them!

Pro Audio LA is my first choice when it comes to custom cabling, they always deliver the highest quality at the best price point. They’re friendly, quick, very helpful and accommodating, and always go above and beyond to make sure I get everything I need. They recommend products that they believe in, even if they’re less expensive than what I was considering, and have always been spot on with their advice. I won’t go anywhere else when it comes to cabling, and when it comes to high end gear they can’t be beat due to their unmatched support and expertise. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10-Stars, I would. Pro Audio LA is my go-to source for pro audio anything. I find ways and reasons to keep coming back! This is my favorite place to spend money. Not only because I know they are stocking the very best in gear, but because I enjoy supporting exceptional business. Very few offer the high level of customer service these guys do. Super knowledgeable, friendly and fast. They always work with you and go beyond expectations. Prices are fantastic too. I wished I lived in California or closer so that I can visit their show and demo room and high five every single last one of them! Love these guys!

My custom cabling order got mixed up in shipping. Jason resolved the issue quickly and actually had one of his guys drive my cable snakes down to me during busy Friday LA traffic! Now thats how you handle business. 100% stand up guy.Mistakes will happen even to the best of them. Its all about how people resolve the issues. Pro Audio LA is at the top of the food chain regarding CS. I cant recommend them more highly. Thanks a bunch.

I had a great experience working with Pro Audio LA! I approached them about helping out with recording videos of some of my songs in my home studio, and in one session they helped me accomplish everything I set out to do! Jason helped set up everything up with scheduling and details, and Richard came to our home and helped set up mics in the correct position, input the audio through the interface into Logic Pro, and helped create a template including the levels and plug-in settings so we could get started recording right away. He also advised on the lighting of videos, and generally was just very helpful. I highly recommend working with these guys, I would definitely go back!

This is the best place to get customized cables. They are really flexible and supportive for all the demands, and the quality of the cables is really great no need to mention. Its one thing for me to comment on how good their products are, simply perfect. But bro these folks have the absolute BEST customer service that Ive ever experienced. Swift responses, they altered an order of mine multiple times to fit my particular situation and even rushed shipping after the fact to make sure that I was taken care of. Also their colored cables are the s**t lol. 5/5 i will only purchase my audio gear from these folks moving forward.

There isn’t anything they can’t get and they’re very knowledgeable about what they sell. Pre Audio LA is one of the last places to get top end recording equipment. ProAudioLA builds amazing cables but also if you are Local to Los Angeles they are by far the best people to call for setup and customization if you want to do it right the first time! Jason and the other guys are the most knowledgeable people in terms of audio acoustics of people in Los Angeles I have met. AMAZING STORE!! Give these guys a try -- theyre in a whole league better than Amazon or Guitar Center. You can actually try before you buy in-store! Jason and Mash have always been fantastic to me. If theres a piece of really expensive gear Im interested in, theyve always sourced it for me and let me try it. Their cables are always on-point, and I really appreciate that they make custom cables in-store. If Ive ever had an issue with monitors or microphones or cables, theyre more than happy for me to bring the issue to them and try to find a solution. Often the source of the issue is far from what I wouldve guessed, but theyre always right! Very solid pro audio store, with a very understanding bunch of lads.

I have ordered cables from them for my home audio system. The took time to explain the pros and cons of the different type of bulk cables they carry. Workmanship on the finished cables was exemplary. They are courteous, professional and honest. Oh, I ended up with Grimm TPR cables and to me they are the most neutral and balanced, through the audio spectrum, cables I have had in my system and better then some high buck cables I have used. Highly recommend this company!

Im by no means a Pro at audio, but I so glad I discovered Pro Audio L.A. I found their site while shopping around for the M!ka components. I would recommend Pro Audio L.A. for all skill levels and/or audio gear needs - Jason and Chris were very helpful and will take care of you.I first reached out to them via email, with 5 or 6 questions, and was honestly surprised to receive a detailed and articulate response within a few hours. They took the time to answer every question I had and even offered some additional advice.Even better - after placing my order they reached out immediately to let me know that one item was backordered, but that the rest of the order would ship the next day. Everything arrived promptly and was packaged well.A 5-star experience all around. I would definitely recommend them and will be ordering from them again.I wish more businesses treated customers like this :D

Places like this are pretty much non existent these days. Jason saved me a couple thousand of dollars and guided me to the right setup even though he could have sold me an overkill setup which would have been useless for my purpose. He spent at least 20 minutes over the phone with me and guided me step by step instead of just ordering what I thought was the best thing according to my forum research. Like I said, good luck finding people like this these days!
