Horrible. Took in one of my customers big rig to get a radio installed the very next day it wasn’t working they fixed it cool. 2 months later it started failing once again they said they needed a receipt I paid them through Zelle they didn’t give me a receipt they refused to fix it. So I pulled the radio out and started inspecting it everything was Mickey Moused there was a power wire that was completely blown causing it to shut off and I fixed the wiring and power wire myself. Definitely better places

Freddy was quick as hell about installing a part that another installer was afraid to do. Totally beat my expectations. He’s a high energy guy and a reasonable negotiator. I didn’t catch the girl at the counter’s name, but she was very friendly and frank about pricing.All in all, a great no-nonsense experience. Would come again.

Had alarm and aftermarket locks installed. It took longer than quoted, but it’s expected for shops and installers to be interrupted causing delays. The prices were also lower than all the other shops I called. I love the upgrades. Great work & Friendly people. 👍

The guys did a great job with the window tinting- had an issue with my viper alarm, even though I didnt buy it there, they went out of their way to fix it. Freddy and the rest of the team were awesome, friendly and helpful

Very bad work on my car tint. Had them fix all 5 wonfows and they scratched my brand new car and covered it up with black marker. Had them fix it the very next day, and they took more than 5 hours to do the tint on it. Pushed it aside and asked for more time. I wasnt having it with their bad work and horrible customer service. Just demanded a refund which upset the guy in charge (i have no idea why such an incompetent person is in charge) and he proceeded to rip out the tint. Happy i got my money back, but i lost so much time with these people and their incompetence.Do your tint here if you want your time wasted.

Tried to give them business during the pandemic but Ive been getting the run around. I called yesterday Tuesday June 2nd 2020 and the lady that answered the phone said that her father wouldnt be in until tomorrow. So today(Wednesday) I called at 10:43am and the same lady answered and I told her I needed my dashcam(Blackview 650) to be hardwired in. She put me on hold and after 20min I hung up as I had other calls coming in. I tried calling back over the next 3 hours and no answer. I give up. I will take my business elsewhere because this is terrible customer service. I had them do some work a while back and everyone there was great but things have changed. I will take my money elsewhere.

I came in only a few minutes before closing time with a very unique problem with my remote start. They stayed open past their closing time to fix it! And they negotiated a reasonable price for me! Very friendly crew.

Really good service,affordable prices,I came to get my windows tinted,and Im amazed with how quick they get to work with your car,the people here are really cool,and provide you a nice waiting room upstairs with tv and a/c,best of all they have car magazines here ! I love this place ! I will recommend all my friends and family !

I called for about 2 weeks gathering information and called a week before to get an appointment with Freddy. They gave me an appointment at 9 am for today, but they scheduled me for the only day Freddy gets a day off. I don’t recommend this place, they can’t even handle their appointment book.
