JUSTIN WALKER is his name and he is the Branch Manager for the PRMG mortgage lender located in Baltimore, MD. He is both professional and EXTREMELY Knowledgeable. What was very different from other lenders was his response time and his accessibility. He provided excellent customer service to my buyers and went above and beyond to get them across the finish-line. They are now very HAPPY owners of a luxury home in Southern Maryland.Justin is very detail oriented and trust me before you can think of it hes already on it. From my perspective as a Realtor® and having 22+ years in real estate under my belt he was an absolute pleasure to work with and he moved at lighting speed with this transaction getting us to closing with ease. (He made it look so easy on his end). Hes not the type lender you have to track down, or sends all of your calls to VM or redirects you to the processor. Hes very transparent and KNOWS HIS STUFF. The offer I got on my listing had a short escrow. I was a little concerned that the FHA loan could be done that quick. Once our rate was locked in we had a few issues we had to overcome. This company literally took me to the deep end and sunk me. Was trying to do a cash out refinance which took 3 months plus to get to the end, then as I finally get a tenant/ lease they denied me the loan. Not to mention the lack of communication, couldn’t get through to anyone when I needed them etc. No one wanted to take accountability. I’m a huge proponent in spreading positivity, but this honestly was a disastrous experience for me. I don’t recommend them.

Before I found Ryan at PRMG I had done an online application that was supposed to be easy and a done deal. Well that did happen and my loan did not close and I was out a appraisal fee. My credit union referred me to Ryan at PRMG. It was nice talking to and actual person that knew what he was doing and was there when I had questions. The process went very smooth and I did not have all the troubles I had with Better mortgage company. I’m very thankful I got to work with a reputable company that has experienced mortgage sales staff and people willing to work with you. Beware of places like Better.com and Loandepot.com. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mom and I were working with Salvatore DElia (Sal) and he was not at all clear with the loan process. Every time, he was giving different loan estimates and in the estimates, he was giving us almost $11k for an origination fee. Whenever we asked him what the fee is about, he would always say You wont need to pay this.I also dont get why he wasnt locking the interest rate when it was down. When we asked him about that, he said Im waiting for it to go down more. He ended up charging us to get a lower rate since the rate went up. We were very disappointed.He did not seem like he knew what he was doing. We started from looking into an FHA loan, then he changed to conventional. For the down payment, he went from $40k to $85k and in the end when it was nearly time for closing, he went to $94k, which was impossible for us to pay.Because of his miscommunications, we lost our appraisal and inspection costs (almost $1500). Very, very disappointed, and I suggest everyone to avoid this mortgage lender.

This was probably the worst experience I ever had with a company. My first time house buying experience was going pretty well until I had to start working with this company. There was poor communication coming from this company, causing multiple delays. I stopped getting responses to emails I sent them about simple questions. I was delayed almost a week because they never received a document I sent (I called Richie Sorensen as soon as I sent it so there would be no delay) because the systems had an update, and I had to call them and ask them about the delays. There was multiple times where I had to contact them to see what documents I need to provide them because they never provided it online. The icing on the cake was on my closing date, we ended up waiting 5 hours for them to send the closing documents. Im not sure how this company has so many great reviews (so my review probably wont matter), but this was my experience and I hope no one else has to go through this.
