Priscilla is a beautiful, well-oiled, house-selling MACHINE! She is ON it!! My house backed up to a busy street and people were complaining about it after seeing it in person. She did ALL of the work you could ever ask of any Realtor and THEN SOME to get my beautiful house sold. She has been a dream to work with. She explained things in a way that was easy for me to comprehend shortly after a surgery knocked the wind out of my sails! Priscilla is a ray of sunshine and I adore her.Thank you so much for all of your hard work, Priscilla! Buying my first home is a life-altering process that I did not know how to begin. I had some personal concerns that made me very hesitant even to begin. Priscilla was so amazing and helpful during our home buying process. She was always available for showings and made sure to advocate for us in every deal. On March 11th, 2023, I found Priscilla after searching for real estate agents on Yelp and reached out after reading her stellar reviews. I received an email the next day to schedule a consultation; we had our first call that week; she reassured me that she would see to it that I would get my first home by the end.She quickly provided introductions to lenders to speak with to assess my financing options and sent me a presentation; we reviewed it at her office to become familiarized with the home-buying process. We then considered potential neighborhoods to buy in and listed my top amenities.I saw a place I wanted to place an offer in on April 15th; we began strategizing on what we needed to do to increase my chances. By now, we were operating as a team in having earned her trust. As a result of our phenomenal teamwork on May 19th, I officially closed on my first home after working with her for only two months!I highly recommend working with Priscilla as she has a robust portfolio of successful clientele working with various people with various backgrounds and financial circumstances. She is very objective and will not try and sway you into working with any lender but will only highlight her experience with each. The lenders she introduced me to were top-notch. I NEVER felt like the lenders were solely trying to sell me something but that they had my best interest at heart. She is a continuous learner and was willing to learn on the spot when the situation called for it. She is impeccable with her word and communicates when things need to get done at a rapid speed. It was an absolute dream to work with Priscilla on selling our condo! Priscilla is super smart and strategic, well-connected, kind, patient and thoughtful. She truly made all of the selling process a breeze for us, which was especially appreciated since we were in the process of moving and buying a new place simultaneously. Choose a realtor who grew up and knows the Oakland/Lake Merritt area! I closed on my first home, under asking price, and in 30 days all thanks to Priscilla!I first met Priscilla when I began the home-buying process almost a year ago (but put on pause by the pandemic). I stumbled on her by accident when she was showing a prospective client a home on an early morning run through Oakland-Lake Merritt. She had a pleasant demeanor — very candid and warm to engage with. After the exchange, she handed me her business card, and the rest was history.When I was ready to re-enter the home-buying process I reached back out to Priscilla. She was still the same person — very warm, inviting and easy to engage with, but more importantly, very knowledgeable about the housing market and home-buying process! Upon shopping around for realtors, and doing my research, I decided to choose her; and I have no regrets!!!Not only was she thorough, asked the right questions, and super responsive to my every query (via text, email or call on all days/hours), but she was also tenacious, smart, patient, professional and always a genuine advocate who defended my wants and needs from the seller and all ancillary parties. Priscilla is the best. Stop looking and call her, you wont regret it.I called Priscilla about 7 weeks ago and told her I was thinking of buying a house. Now Im moving into my dream home, and Priscilla is my neighbor. Thats not a typo - it took less than two months to find a loan, shop for houses, make offers, get our offer accepted, negotiate closing terms, finalize paperwork, and get the keys to exactly the house we were looking for - all during the height of the pandemic. It was faster and easier than we possibly could possibly have hoped for.Priscilla took care of everything. Buying a house can be a complicated and anxiety-inducing process, and it makes such a big difference to be working with someone you can really trust. We absolutely loved working with Priscilla! My partner and I were looking for our first home in Oakland. My partner and I decided to purchase a condo in the Oakland and surrounding area. We were searching using the Redfin app. I clicked to schedule a viewing of a condo and we were lucky that we Priscilla was the agent. This was our first time buying a home and she was perfect for us. She walked us through three offers, explaining everything. Priscilla was quick to respond and always ready to answer our questions. Everything was handled over text, phone, email, and electronic signatures, except of course the signing of the closing documents (in person). She has all the qualities of team player and she is professional, trustworthy, honest, friendly, calm, good at multi-tasking, and hard working. She is also a local (Oakland) and is very knowledgeable of the real estate market.

Priscilla just helped us close on our first condo. She was super patient and hella responsive whenever we reached out about visiting places/questions about paperwork.We were lucky to have a relator that was able to be sensitive to what we were looking for, and was able to guide us as we slowly figured out exactly what the best match for our price range was.We would highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a place!
