Ethical and patient. Jason and Robert spent plenty of time explaining my options after I lost the motherboard on my workstation. While they could have tried to help me fix my old computer and made more off of me, they recommended I purchase a new system and sent me links from various parties, including Dell which I ended up buying from. They recovered my old drives and added them to my new system along with a new SSD drive I had purchased for the old station. They received the new workstation late on a Wednesday and had all the work done early the next afternoon. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had spent hours/weeks on an Excel file. I thought I had lost all that information!I read reviews of the different companies offering help and decided to call Priority Technology Solutions. I was given an appointment the next day! Such a pleasant staff.Don was very understanding and listened to my frustrations! Within 5 minutes he found my file! I was pleased beyond words!I would highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use it for any future needs.

Jason is extremely knowledgeable. he came to the office and I explained to him a list of issues on different equipment and a bit later everything was fixed and working great.I am sure glad we have a guy like Jason that we can call and know things will all be taken care of for a fair price.

This company has been providing IT/computer support to our company for a few months now. We are happy with their services and the solutions they have come up with for some problems. They also helped us with new data cabling for an office move as well as moving our servers. The move was problem free - we were up and running in no time.

Priority Technology Solutions is an AMAZING company. This is the fourth time I used their services and each time I am thoroughly pleased! Today, I called and the owner, Jason, came and got my computer because I was stuck at work, fixed all the problems and I was able to pick it up that night. Thank you for fixing all the problems and doing it so efficiently.

Jason and his team provide the best quality service we have ever received. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley areas. They are always prompt, super efficient and knowledgeable to resolve all of our networking issues. I would highly recommend them to everyone. A+ in my book.

I have to say that Jason has handled my computer needs for years. Recently, he was very slow in getting back to me. The next time, he texted numerous times about when he was free and then never followed through. I was having trouble with my back-up and in the middle of trying to start a business. Considering that he could not follow through in my numerus attempts to contact him, I am rating him poorly. Nothing like having support for years and then moving on possibly to bigger clients and not have time anymore for individual small clients...however....you tell them! It is poor business practices to leave someone in a lurch and that is what I feel happened here. So, if you are okay with having support until they move on to some bigger clients and then drop you like a hot potato with no warning...good luck!!! I dont care how busy you are Jason, this is unacceptable. Not only did he not follow through but hes not guaranteeing his work (already paid for) so I am clearly not happy with the service from this company!

Former employee here, paychecks are always late, w-2s were like pulling teeth and delivered far past due dates. I still have not received any of my final pay over a year later! Terrible business practices to the employees. Would not recommend this company due to the outstanding issues with treating employees properly. Employer has no value for the needs and RESPONSIBILITY to maintain and adhere to basic laws and rules of running a business. Due to the complete lack of respect, diligence and shady practices towards myself and other employees, I am forced to write this review.

This computer repair firm is extremely ethical. Where they could have ripped me off for hundreds, they contacted HP to replace my mother-board for free, that I was surprised was still under warranty and only charged me a small nominal fee for inspection. Would highly recommend them for any personal or commercial repair work.

Unprofessional. I dropped of 3 external hard drives for data recovery and consolidation. They were not returned for 6 months and no data was recovered. Additionally, the drives were returned in pieces and damaged further. For the entire 6 months, the employees and owner would not return my phone calls and even lost my drives for a time.
