Amazing experience here in Rancho Cucamonga. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, treat you like you are their only “priority”. Staggered start/stop times so you really feel like you’re the only one there. Rooms are better than many hotels. Life happens, although there were scheduling issues….Jesse has gone above and beyond to make things right. He has made me feel as if I’m the only reason he’s in the office, to make things right. Appreciate everything he and his staff have done to help with my sleep apnea, machine, and Dr. issues. Highly recommend!!

Nice and friendly staff that helps u wit all ur needs. Spoke to the owner and he was very professional and understanding to my situation. I’m glad I went to this sleep center cuz I had no issues and answered all questions I had. I would recommend them to any person that has sleep apnea.

The sleep test was actually done on my husband Michael. Everyone at the sleep center was extremely professional. But yet added a human touch with their politeness and kindness. The owner Jesse, Was very personable, an extremely professional. He followed through every time I needed more information or had questions. We ordered a new mask and wed had an emergency at my house. Id had a heart attack and Im in the hospital. He offered to drop it by to my house so my husband could have it.Now that is number one in customer service.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff was professional courteous and respectful. They talked me thru the process and made my experience pleasurable. Sandra Vivian and Rebecca were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I would recommend Priority Sleep if youre having sleep disorders. The facility is very clean and maintained. Thanks again for the help and guidance. If you have a sleep disorder dont bother going anywhere else.

I met Jesse from Priority asleep and CPAP at a Charity event, he was very kind and informative. We exchanged information and he reached out to me in just a couple of days. He and his team worked very diligently with me and my insurance provider to take care of my needs. I would highly recommend that if you have any reason to believe you may have sleep apnea, contact the office and see if they can assist you!

Priority Sleep Center is amazing!! From the second you walk in, you can see how clean the facility is and how welcoming the staff is! I’m not going to lie i felt a bit nervous but as soon as i started talking to the staff and to the owner, Jesse, I felt a sense of relief and comfort. All of them were super friendly and outgoing. They answered all my questions. They made this experience amazing. I had a one on one consultation on how to use the PAP machine and had no issues with it whatsoever! Since then, my sleep has changed for the better. Highly recommend to EVERYONE!!! The rooms are so comfortable, clean, private and well equipped. I can’t thank them enough for all their help and support! Now everyone, go check them out!!! You won’t be disappointed! 😊

They are amazing!! As a referral coordinator and office manager of a large group it is refreshing to know that there is facility that cares about not just there patients but the offices that refer to them. It is such a simple process and the staff there takes care of everything. All we have to do is Fax all the requested info and our patients have appointments in no time. Jesse is amazing and always stops by to ensure we are happy and if there is anything they can do for us. I recommend any office looking for sleep studys and equipment to definitely give them a try. You will not be disappointed I promise.

These guys were AMAZING!!! Terrific service and so prompt to respond. Everyone from Jesse to Kristi were so courteous and responded timely and were able to help me and my injured worker through workers comp to get his sleep study scheduled. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anyone who needs an in-lab sleep study!

I had a sleep study last night at Priority Sleep. I was a bit nervous but that feeling quickly left me. The facility was clean and very very nice. Had my own bedroom and privacy. Loved my technician Mari. So very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone I have talked to at Priority leading up to my sleep study were very nice, professional and explained everything. Spent last night at Priority Sleep Centers in Rancho Cucamonga for a sleep study. I received a call from the business owner, Jesse, yesterday afternoon as he worked with me personally on the out-of-network cost for the study. The overnight technician, Alex, was phenomenal and really made me feel welcome and taken care of the whole night. The room and bed were nicer than many hotels I’ve been to and the whole office was immaculately clean and well kept. I’ve heard many negative experiences from friends and family about their sleep study experiences but I can happily say mine was excellent. I slept better last night than I have in months and I can’t wait to get my own machine for use at home. Priority Sleep Centers definitely earned my business and this review, so I encourage anyone with sleep issues to check them out. Thanks!

Priority sleep centers, this place is amazing. The owner Jessie and his team are all professionals. I had a one on one consultation on how to operate my CPAP machine. The owner even gave me his own personal cell phone number in case I had any questions or concerns about my machine. Always answered and always took care of any questions I had. Even made courtesy calls to me to make sure I was satisfied with my machine. I recommend this place to everyone. Ever since I walked out of Priority Sleep Center my life has change dramatically. I thank everyone at priority for changing my life.

I have to say, going into this sleep apnea journey, I was worried. I wasn’t sure what to expect or the results I would get but everyone here at Priority Sleep made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Not only are these people professional but they make you feel like family. They truly care about you getting better sleep and they believe in their products. Jesse, Vivian and the rest of the crew are some of the kindest, most thoughtful and realest people ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. I work for a big hospital and they wouldn’t cover my cpap machine, Priority Sleep helped me out immensely and took care of me when my own job wouldn’t. These guys are truly heaven-sent! Don’t hesitate, reach out to them if you’re having issues from sleep or are feeling very tired. You won’t regret it!!

If i could give 10 stars i would! and here’s why: As a typical stubborn guy i put off all the nagging i heard about how i stopped breathing while sleeping. And despite having all the classic signs and symptoms of severe sleep apnea, i never really put 2 and 2 together. Not until i had surgery for a knee tear. The docs impressed on me how serious it was so i got with my doc ho set up the sleep study. And now the fun begins… At first i was discouraged about driving from Riverside to Rancho for the study and came close to cancelling my appointment due the distance. But something about the down to earth and sincere eagerness by Vivian and Sandra to help me made me stay the course and keep my appointment. Next up was Mari. She gave a warm welcome, explained everything like the pro she is, and got me comfortable in an awesome Marriot like room. Mari was super knowledgeable and took care of me on this and on the 2nd sleep study night night that was required due to the severity of apnea. Once all of the insurance stuff was handled, I returned and Vivian gave me the full run down on my machine and how to operate it. While there i meet Jesse the owner. And he was just as down to earth and professional as the ladies. The whole crew not only tells you that they are there to help you, but you feel their enthusiasm and sincerity. Last night i had my first night with the machine. And while it does take some getting used to, I’m excitedly on my way to better health. Thank you so much Vivian, Sandra, Mari, and Jesse…customer for life, Julian.

This is a great facility, Sandra and Vivian got me scheduled right away. I was on a waiting list to get my CPAP machine with another provider and said it could take 2-3months. I found CPAP Priority and got my machine the very next day! I would definitely recommend everyone here.

Had a sleep study last night at Priorty Sleep Centers. One of the best experiences I’ve had since having to test for apnea. Jesse, Vivian and Alex have done an exceptional job to make sure the experience was at its best. Their professionalism and customer service in my opinion is stellar. I was struggling with my insurance for two months, in resolving my sleep study referral, about to give up when I get a call from Jesse, like I told him man I felt like God sent me an angel, let me tell you he made me feel like family, I explained my situation and he took care of everything in two days, thanks to him and his nice staff I’m able to sleep better may God keep blessing Jesse many more years so he can continue helping others

This is my first time dealing with this company, I spoke to Jesse and he was so amazingly nice and helpful over the phone, I met him at their office (of course following covid regulations) and he was able to help me so much faster than the competitors that it was just a big relief. I was able to get the new mask I needed super quick and now I am able to utilize the full potential of my CPAP machine thanks to Jesse. Jesse the owner made this a pleasant experience… He even provides his personal cell number… I called around for pricing on my Cpap and by far the best price around. The facility is basically a 5 star hotel! My doctor assured me I wouldn’t be disappointed and he was right!
