I wanted to commend the team at PrintPapa for going above and beyond to refine the booklet designs for a local elementarys attempt to introduce STEAM into their schools curriculum.Nick and Devin went above and beyond to troubleshoot and product an extremely high-quality booklet despite the limited budget and trepidation that the coordinators initially felt in going this route. They both patiently listened, understood what the desired product was, and then ensured that the pages were in correct order and orientation, and that the right materials and methods were chosen to bring the best result.These passport booklets wound up being a proud highlight of the event which was attended by over 222 excited students ranging from Kindergarten to 5th grade. The event coordinators, teachers, parents, and students loved the booklets and seemed, and seemed to have kept them which is what we had hoped. This is all thanks to the well-coordinated, responsive, thoughtful, and expertise of your team at PrintPapa. With this and all the other pieces having come together so well, the school has given a strong, resounding approval for future STEAM events!I also had so many folks asking me where I got them printed, and I happily answered Print Papa. Theyre amazing! and I know where I will be bringing any future projects that require printing :)

Amazing workmanship! The actual book doesn’t even release until June, 2024, but the reviews from previews have been excellent from the critics. One of the things mentioned was the fun “Graphic Novella” format (i.e. a generous 8.5 x 11, full-color, glossy short story that is “more than a comic book but less than a Graphic Novel..) Workers are friendly. Soft touch material isn’t soft, they can print only foil on this “soft touch” and rounded corners looks like it was hand cut. Do not recommend for business card.

We ordered some custom pamphlets to be printed next day. Upon pick up I realized that the design was an older version that had since been updated. This was an error by my team as the incorrect version was sent. However, Nick and his team worked with us to get the correct version printed the SAME DAY. This was exceptional service; the PrintPapa team went above and beyond on a Friday to get our pamphlets printed correctly in time for my team to take them to an important recruiting event in Japan! Thank you! Your prices are reasonable and customer service is exceptional. 10 out of 10, I would recommend your shop every time over online print shop or big chain.

We wanted posters and thank you cards printing for our wedding. Print papa did an amazing job. They patiently looked at the format and details and even took into consideration a change in size after the initial payment. They advised us on the card paper and gave us best advice - not trying to upsell etc. We worked with Mr. Hamoody, hes the best. We are very grateful to him. Everything was done in a timely manner. Everything surpassed my expectation except the shipping and handling arrangement. Although I paid a hefty price for the next day air 10 am delivery, it was sent to a different location and did not get to me two days past the deadline.I spoke to PrintPapa customer service about the issue which it turned into blaming UPS.Although I understand how bad UPS is and have noticed other issues with them, I ultimately hold the service provider (PrintPapa) responsible for the end result. If UPS is so bad and delivers your product after when its needed, it is your responsibility to provide an alternative means to deliver the product and you cannot just leave your reputation in UPS hands.Secondly offering discount for future orders it is like offering to screw up for less. Why would anyone would take the chance of ordering with you again when you have shown no interest to correct the issue or offer discounts due to your failure to deliver?Lastly I had intended to let this go without making a fuss about it, and now that you have reminded me by requesting a performance feedback as if you had expected a pat on the back, I will enforce the issue by making this review public.

I was very pleased with my invitations that I ordered through Print Papa. I couldn’t find a invitation I liked, so I found a digital template and ordered paper invites with Print Papa. Their pricing is so much more affordable than Zazzle or Shutterfly. They also have a next day option so you don’t have to wait 2 weeks to receive your order. They did not disappoint! I will definitely be using their services again.

Nick Rennie was incredibly helpful throughout the process for a pretty non typical and custom order that other places seemed to have issue with producing. The custom sizes and options from printpapa are awesome and saved me a ton of work. The template instructions and information available was very easy for me even though I am not in the graphics industry. The resulting quality and project came out fantastic, and exactly as expected. I ordered 300 pcs. There were some defects, but I was shipped well over the 300 pcs, and with these defects considered I still received over the quantity ordered. I will order again from printpapa!

PrintPapa did an excellent job of color printing a large spiral-bound manual (278 pages) at a lower cost than several other print shops. From online file submission through “ok to print” and pick up of printed copies, everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

My classmate and I were trying to get a high quality poster printed within a couple of days and we stumbled across printpapa. They were highly efficient and the customer service is top notch. It was my first experience with PrintPapa. I felt the whole process went very well. I needed a short run of folders for a hobbyist project. All of the pertinent information about submission was easy to follow on the website: using the templates with regard to bleed, importance of using CMYK, pdf settings, etc. The end product turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Poor communication and follow through. The day before expected shipping date, I was contacted to say file was not right. This was AFTER i sent my revisions over 1 week prior. So in order for order to be shipped on time, I was expected to stop everything I was doing, to do revisions. Then product is not greatest. For paper to be heaviest, it was very thin.

My wife did it online. She went to some other so called popular sites and wasted valuable time only to find they didnt offer what we wanted. I told her to give up, that we would have someone local do the job. Then she found you guys and contrary to my skepticism the folding business cards turned out excellent. Process may have been more confusing than I expected but the product I received was of good quality, better than I expected! Turnaround time was quicker than I expected although it may have been a down side because I had paid for rush processing. I ordered some crack-and-peel stickers from Print Papa. They are terrible quality! The backing will not come off, so you end up with a mangled sticker. Customer service wants to send another batch, but after two bad batches, Im not interested. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I would give 5 stars if it was for print quality alone since my print job did come out nicely. However, this shop has absolutely dreadful customer service. I was expecting my order to be done on 6/7, and paid extra for shorter turn around time. On 6/7 I checked the website and my order was listed as In Progress. On 6/8 the order status had not changed so I sent an email asking whats up - no answer. Same thing on 6/9, this time I also tried to send a live chat using the Help Desk on their website - again no answer.Finally on 6/10 I call the shop, they say my order is sitting waiting and has been since 6/7, despite the complete lack of communication and notification. I asked them to at least refund the rush fee and they said its my own fault for not calling sooner. Never mind that the status on the website remains incorrect and all of my communications were ignored. They also said they sent an email, but their address has been blacklisted so all of their notification emails go to spam. If you already know the address is blacklisted, why dont you call and notify customers when their order is ready? Ill take my services elsewhere next time.

They try to seem nice until something goes wrong. We are a startup and we got a banner printed. Their system messed up the colors from blue to purple. One of their employees said that yea we can fix it. Next few days we visit to check on that, that employee is not available and another employee tells us that its blue but it was clearly purple.There was nothing wrong with our file because we got it printed from somewhere else. Very happy with the end result! From beginning to end, their process is efficient and very easy to navigate. Your Operations Manager, Nick Rennie was incredibly helpful. He helped me set up my account and get my order placed immediately in one phone call. I hadnt realized that the double sided flags were not made at your site. Nick put in a rush request for delivery for Thursday, December 8 (one day before our event). I let Nick know that I was very nervous about arrival after 5 pm the night before our event. He let me know that he would do what he could for an earlier arrival. I was pleasantly surprised to get notification to pick up my flags and A-frame on Wednesday at 12 pm. Nicks ability to over deliver and under promise gives me great confidence in Print Papa. EDIT: I wrote my original review in 2019(?). Well, its 2022 and they are still great. Im glad to hear a lot of the same team still is at Print Papa. A happy team makes good products and happy customers!I had been working on a months long project, which was a visitor guide to be ultimately printed in a booklet style. So glad to be done with the project and so thankful that Print Papa was able to help me produce the (beautiful) finished product.-----Ive visited the Print Papa office 4 times. They really take care of their customers and they are so easy to work with!The first time I went in I needed help with preparing the PDF files and what not. Id never used Illustrator, but the staff member who helped me (Sam) was very helpful in taking a quick look at my file and telling me how I could improve it. They could have easily told me to upload my file and select the file checking service to earn a few extra dollars, but their genuine help allowed me to save a few dollars instead!The second time I went was to pick up my first print. It was 6mm PVC. Id called to make sure my order would be ready before their 6PM closing time (had to leave for a trip the next day). Nick picked up my call, checked on the printing status, and confirmed itd be ready before 6. I got there a bit early, so I waited in my car to pass the time. Nick brought out the sign out to me! How nice!After seeing how beautiful the first sign turned out, I had the confidence to order the rest of the signs I needed from Print Papa. These all turned out excellent as well! Out of 14 signs, however, two had slight dings on them. It would have been fine otherwise, but the signs I printed would be viewed up close by a lot of people, so we needed them reprinted. I am SO BAD with confrontation and a lot of the times worry about companies not believing the customer if theres a problem. I sent in a help desk message with a picture of the issues at night and got a reply early next morning telling me that they already put the signs into the queue for re-printing! I was shocked how quickly and courteously they took care of the problem!The fourth time I went to pick up my reprints, and it was a quick and easy exchange. The staff member at the pick up zone is always diligent and quick to get my prints.Side note: the intersection to get into the business park where Print Papa is located has a HUGE dip, so drive slowly when leaving, cars with low bumpers!

They printed 2017 calendar with 2022 header.I ordered magnet full size calendars back in November hoping to have plenty of time to address and send out 100 magnet calendars early and completed them first week of December.Two weeks ago, my colleagues and I had a meeting and were planning an event in January and we all noticed what PrintPapa had sent me, the days of the weeks we’re absolutely wrong.When I called customer service, they did an investigation, and noticed although I selected year 2022, the software defaulted to 2017. This was very frustrating and I had asked for compensation. While I received a new batch of the full size magnet calendars, I stressed about the special cardboard envelopes, addressing (handwriting) 100 recipients and quantity 100 postage stamps at $1.78 each and not to mention the time it took to address 100 envelopes. Customer service said, “well we did send it to you for proof!” Proof of my design! It didn’t occur to me to proof that they had the right calendar year and to match up the months and dates. This absolutely angered me.When I asked for compensation again the person explained that management would turn it back on me that I should have checked the months to the weeks to the dates for 2022.He explained his software was incorrect but it was upon me as the client and customer to double check their work.Where was the quality check on their end to ensure when someone selects to purchase calendars that their software is updated? And to put it back on the customer to say, “you should’ve checked the months to the dates to the correct year” was absolutely terrible!He didn’t even want to bring it up to management because he said that’s what they would have said to him to tell me.

Wanted a protective cover, instead it was basically a laminated first page. I asked for assistance, explicitly stated that I was concerned that I wasnt sure of the proper options, and described what I wanted. I still got the wrong product and was charged an extra specialty fee that seemed unnecessary because I didnt want double sided pages. All in all, I wouldnt ever go to printpapa again.I wanted a consultation and assistance, seemed to get it, and then was steered to the vague self-help site that lacked any reference images. I paid far more than I was originally quoted and ended up with a product that didnt match what I had asked. On top of this, the pick up process is incredibly janky and impersonal. Prop the door open if youre going to block entry for customers like that.

Some quick web searching yielded a couple of prospects of which PrintPapa was one. I was reluctant to deal with a website and under considerable pressure to make my deadline, I gave PrintPapa a call. I met Nick Rennie over the phone and he took a few minutes to get to know my project, he further explained the process at PrintPapa and gave me assurance that he would come through. Be careful ordering with these people! They will switch and bait you and charge your erroneous prices that was not agreed upon. They also keep your credit card on file and charge a balance without your authorization. And then when you ask about the charge and they can clearly see that they are charging without authorization, they will claim they cannot refund the money that they were not authorized to charge. Such a fraudulent company it is disgusting.

It was a positive experience. Mohammed (Hamoody) helped me and ensured that my needs were addressed. The product looks good with the text and pictures printed clearly and in the manner I had proofread.A couple of comments:1. One copy was taped to the front of the box, which rendered it unsuitable for distribution. The order # is on the box so theres no reason to tape a copy outside of the box.2. The cover card product doesnt keep the book closed. Even with a stapled binding, each copy ought to be machine pressed before release so it retains the card paper crease.

I went to PrintPapa to print my business cards based on great reviews on Google. However, I would say their print quality, at least for business cards, was not impressive. I see tiny white spots on the dark background of my business cards. It made my business cards look cheap unfortunately. Moo has better print quality using the same design. The only difference is that this place is local and faster... If your business cards has a light/white background, you should be fine.

Initially this was a good experience. I found it convenient to use their online system to submit my print orders and to correspond with them.I was trying to print out my wedding invitations, details cards, and RSVP cards. I received physical proofs first and discovered that the color was off for the one small graphic I had inserted on each one. I designed my own invitations through Canva and the color of the graphic was supposed to be royal blue, but it was purple when printed.When I called Print Papa, Sam was very helpful. He talked to me about the issues with printing from Canva (as opposed to Photoshop) and worked with me to try different variations of blue. He told me to email him 3 different options so he could have more proofs printed for me (for an additional cost), and I complied. He promised me the proofs would be ready for pickup the following Monday - this was on a Friday. I emailed my selections within an hour after our phone conversation and felt confident that this could be resolved.Monday came around and I had my fiancé head over to pick up the new proofs. When he arrived there, he was informed that the proofs hadnt been approved yet. My fiancé, unaware of the story, approved the old proofs with the purple graphic. As soon as I got wind of this a couple hours after he went, I called Print Papa and told them not to approve the purple proofs, since I had sent new proofs to be printed, and I informed them they were supposed to be ready for pickup that day.Nick, the guy I spoke to, was unfriendly and did not listen. He was quick to protest that it was too late in the day to print off 100 copies of the invitation & materials. I had to repeat the story again. There had been no communication from Sam regarding the color issue, and my new proofs were not available that day. Nick said he would look into it and get back to me. His overall demeanor was rude and abrupt.When he called me back a couple days later to let me know the proofs were ready, he was similarly unfriendly and acted as though this whole situation was an inconvenience. He also tried to charge me again for the proofs, but I had already paid. By this point, Sam had completely fallen off the radar and I guess hadnt been communicative at all with anyone else working there. Finally I got to the point where the proofs were available, on Wednesday. When I picked them up, it was just one large sheet of glossy paper with four variations of the invitation (including the original one) - not even an accurate proof sample of what my invitation would look like, but whatever. The color was better, so I fixed and re-uploaded my graphics on their website with the new, proper royal blue color and made sure to specify to them via message that these were new, updated invitations that needed to be printed.I didnt bother asking for proofs again because I assumed the situation was resolved after approving the second round of proofs (which should have been enough), and my invitations were already going to be late by this point, almost two weeks after I had put in the first order.At long last, the full suite of invitations & materials were ready, all 100 copies of them. I picked up the box and lo and behold... the graphic was purple, exactly the same as the first proof. So after I paid an additional cost for more proofs, after re-uploading and being treated inconsiderately by the customer service reps here, they messed up and didnt even deliver. At this point, it was way too late, so I didnt bother going through the rounds again (and paying more money). This was extremely frustrating and I wont be using them again.
