I created a banner for my son’s soccer team. Printmoz created a logo for the team and helped me build a beautiful banner. They have great templates to work off of. The quality was amazing and the price was the best around. I ordered my banner Tuesday and picked it up Wednesday!

I ordered banners for our Temecula Little League team a month ago and was a little overwhelmed by the website. Designing is not a strength for me. I was working with Sara C. and asked her if she would mind taking the wheel? I sent over the names and numbers and she did it all for me. It was so easy and they turned out great! Printing took fewer days than quoted and I was able to not pay shipping (I hate paying shipping) and pick up directly from their office! Fast forward to today and we have added a new player, I had the pleasure of working with her again! She is such a joy, so quick and easy to work with. I highly recommend Printmoz for your banner and sign needs!

Ive used Printmoz several times in the past few years and theyve always produce great stuff. However i was really disappointed in my last order because of crazy high shipping prices. a package that will weigh a few ounces was over $30 in shipping fees. I thought for sure it was a website glitch but when i asked about it they said it was correct.

We have used Printmoz for our company for awhile now and at least since I have been there for two years. They are reasonable, efficient and they complete the jobs on time or wayyyyy before.This past week I went in to grab some already last minute prints that they got done in 24 hours and noticed that I messed up the quantity on what I needed and I needed them that night. Sarah was completely kind and helpful and took my number to call me to let me know if it was even possible. She let me know super fast they could do it and I just had to get the art in. They were complete life savers and got the art to me about 2-3 hours later. Always a pleasure.Thank you so much to everyone there.

I went in for an interview and was immediately greeted with attitude by the guy who works on the company’s website. He had poor body language and clearly didn’t want to be there. He was confrontational and questioned my intentions of interviewing with the company. I simply replied by telling him his thought process was irrational, because it was.Why would I be interviewing for any other reason than to receive a job? Seemed like a dense question from aindividual. The lady next to him also interviewing me was kind enough.

If Ive had trouble navigating their online ordering process, theyve walked me through the steps. Communication through email has been almost instant. Turnaround time is fast, even after COVID really slowed things down, I was expecting a delay, but I received my banners in a week or less (Im in the Midwest.) I give them an A+ on service and quality, and Im assuming their pricing is competitive, but Ive had such success using their services, I have not shopped around for comparison. I had SUCH a great experience with Printmoz!I had 2 distinct orders and was helped by Travis and Kelly, and they were both efficient, friendly and service oriented!I ordered 2 8-foot retractable banners plus 12 vinyl signs, and I love how they turned out.At one point, their technician had a question about my order. I had requested slits on my small signs, for outdoor use, and they called me to discuss the pros and cons of that decision. Thats excellent customer service.Finally, one of the bags which holds the banner had a defect (which is out of their control). I called them, and within a week, I had a replacement.I will use them for all of my sign/banner needs, and Im telling everyone about them.Thank you so much!

I seldom review companies but what earns this review is how they handled themselves when they made a mistake. They corrected the error and shipped overnight the new prints to us! I had sent them an email previously and never heard back, but Im glad I could talk to someone through live chat at least. Ordered from this company online because of their decent pricing. Turnaround time should have been a few days via UPS, but the package never arrived a week after due to address issues. I contacted the company and they said they would immediately reprint my order once an 8 day UPS resolution was reached.2 weeks later, I contacted the company and they said it was my address input issue that resulted in the shipping issues. Fine. The next email I received was literally: This order is not qualified for a reprint. A new order would have to be placed online. Really? Is this how you treat your customers? I didnt receive your item from you guys because of an input issue, so I have to order ANOTHER item from you?!Really a joke. If your company couldnt find a resolution with UPS, get a better shipping service. Im sure Im not the first and only one on the internet with an address issue and I highly doubt that any respectable company would ask their customers to buy another one.By the way, this whole issue took longer than 1 month, when the whole resolution should have only taken 8 business days. Ordered two products from them for my business, CleanIt The Commercial Cleaners, as they had a excellent selection and very good prices.Ordering printing online can be an issue if the product doesnt come out right and they had mixed reviews so I was a little hesitant at first, however, I am very happy I did and would gladly order from them again.One product came exactly as I expected, however, the other had some quality issues. I contacted a sales agent, Travis, who was extremely helpful and started a replacement process immediately. Each time I order from Printmoz, I am pleasantly surprised. Not that I should expect anything different from them as they have been providing quality products and customer service at good prices since I have started ordering from them several years ago. I am surprised because, in an online/mail order marketplace, customer service is usually absent and that is never the case with Printmoz. I was in hot water, and in desperation called around. Finally, I happened upon printmoz and gave them a call. I explained my situation, and their employee,Travis, pulled me out of the fire! We placed an order of 70 Sintra posters for an exhibition we were doing on the Blessed Virgin Mary. We needed a lot of help due to file sizes and had to make sure things looked really good because this exhibition was open to the whole diocese of Colorado Springs. Dustin and his team were excellent!
