Primos Auto Insurance Services is by far the best experience I have ever received from an auto insurance company. For the past 5 months, I was frustrated trying to find an insurance company after my insurance company of over 8 years discontinued their relationship with me. From the moment I walked into Primos Auto Insurance I was greeted and welcomed with inviting feel by Katia, who made the experience for me so uplifting; taking the heavy burden away. Thank you, Katia making me feel seen and valued.

Nothing but threats from these people. They will mail a notice of cancellation of you policy 10 days before it’s due. But yet call you every day the week of and remind you that your payment is due. Very expensive. Would not recommend or buy insurance from these people again.Also what insurance company does not have a phone center open on the weekends? What a joke, ZERO STARS!! Stay away if you can. I was in a bind and was recommended this provider from the dealership.

Definitely would recommend! I had a hard time with other agencies trying to get my car insured & when I called Primo’s Insurance, they were able to help me with no doubt. Was in the market for insurance & happened to come across an advertisement booth they had at Denio’s handing out air fresheners. I thought it was a cute way of advertising so I decided to give them a call and so glad I did! I got lucky enough to go through Lesly & she has definitely gone above and beyond. I ended up needing to add a policy on a vehicle I would potentially be purchasing and she helped me while she was off of work for the weekend since I was traveling out of town to purchase vehicle and didn’t want to run into any problems. She helped me ahead of time get the policy ready and while there I did run into a little problem that needed to be fixed but not right away and at 8 o clock on a Saturday night she helped me out. I absolutely appreciate every single second of her help she has been nothing but amazing!

I needed car insurance and just happened to come across a booth at Denios, where I met Lessly Ramirez. She patiently provided me several quotes and followed up with me more than once but never pushed too hard. She has exceptional customer service skills and hung in there with me while I delayed starting my policy due to personal issues. She made everything so easy and would recommend her and Primo Auto Insurance to anyone I know.
