2023-12-19 20:17:55They make a quality product. Their customer service used to be top notch, used to be. I am not sure what changed. My monitor failed after four years (12-6-23). I called over eight different times and got nothing but the run around. Their tech people would not even talk to me. I asked, I pleaded, just tell me where to get a replacement so I can get it up and running. My grandson came for the Christmas break so we could hang out and play as we have done for the past four years. It is still down. Again, nothing, not a damn thing. Now, they wont even answer their phone. I used to brag on behalf of this company. I sure hope the right people at Prime Arcades read this and rectify this issue. 2024-01-04 18:41:20Ordered table arcade early December. When vying for business they were calling everyday to close the sale and very attentive. They offered discounts and FREE shipping. I needed the table by a certain date and when I reached out via email/phone I did get response but it took longer for them to respond. To their credit the table arrived on time.Last week I received a letter from the shipping company they used stating the freight charges had not been paid and that if left unpaid that not only Prime Arcade but I would be reported to a collection agency! I have called and emailed them several times but the phone just rings and the emails remain unanswered. Almost wondering if they went out of business…UPDATE: I’ve had to pay the shipping cost of $369 that Prime Arcade failed to pay R+L Carriers. I risked being reported to a collection agency and my credit score affected due to their failure to pay the bill. Even though I had no part of Prime Arcade picking the shipper or negotiating the freight charge (free shipping was included in our agreement) I am on the hook because I was the beneficiary of the shipment being delivered. Shameful that they won’t pick up the phone….

2024-01-05 18:49:12I ordered a 4 player arcade system through Prime Arcades a couple of years ago and everything went very well. Very responsive during the sales part and received the machine in a very timely manner. Everything worked great for the 1st 2 years.The main issue I have with this company, I currently have an issue with a sticking joystick and it is still under warranty, these guys have explained to me that someone would contact me to get some information and since its under warranty, they would take care of the situation.Here we are about 5 weeks later and have not had anyone contact me regarding the joystick replacement. I even asked them to provide me with the model number so I can order and fix it myself. I guess, Im going to have to open this cabinet up and try to do this on my own.Absolutely outstanding service when placing an order (as long as you’re spending money), as they will take 100% good care of you but that is not the same type of service I received when needing their support trying to fix a problem. These people have absolutely ghosted me.

2024-01-04 17:40:02Seriously bad business..Ordered an arcade cabin from this company. It took over 4 months because no one would take action on the order unless you called them constantly about a status.. After it arrived, it had some damages. Even after informing the company of the damages, no actions were taken no communcations were passed from them to fix the damages. In addition, I got stiffed with the $488 shipping bill the business claimed to cover. They very rarely answer their phones when theirs a problem. Really unprofessional.

2020-11-25 13:43:01If anyone out there has tried, as I have in the past, to put together their own gaming system and failed - this is your answer! Absolutely everything about this product is EXACTLY as advertised by Prime Arcades. To start, Freedom and his staff were extremely responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted.We could not believe how fast the unit shipped and arrived at our house! The system was packaged extremely well (see pictures) and was shipped with a very reputable freight company. Prime really takes no chances in getting the product delivered safely.A word of advice - pay for the white glove service. These units are VERY well-made and quite heavy. As advertised, the service unboxed the unit, placed it where we wanted, and removed all shipping materials. Well worth the money!The cabinet itself is well designed. We opted for the version with trackballs and Ms. Pac-Man artwork. It is stunning! The tempered glass top is thick and substantial. There are so many little details that enhance the experience - like hidden LED light strips that gradually change color to match the lighted trackballs. Combine that with great sound (which you can really crank up!) and it feels like being in an 80s arcade. The only thing I would change on the design is to place the volume control on the outside of the cabinet. It is easily accessible via one of the side panels, but external would be preferable.But the best part is flipping that power switch for the first time! The menuing system is flawless and easy to use and navigate. We were playing games almost instantly!! The game selection is wonderful, and the addition of the side controls (for games in landscape mode) adds to the usability and selection. No glitches with anything so far.It is refreshing to find a seller that delivers what they promise. Prime Arcades has done just that, and we cannot be happier. We would enthusiastically recommend them is youre looking for a retro arcade system.

2022-02-11 22:22:25Outstanding gaming machine. We purchased the 3512 cocktail arcade with trackball. Jose did an amazing job making the tabletop custom artwork exactly the way we wanted. The cocktail table arcade game was packaged well and arrived undamaged. We turned it on and started playing. Prime Arcades IT team was a great help with understanding the basics of navigating the menus and switching the screen orientation. Excellent product from an excellent company. Highly recommended.

2024-01-11 16:31:04DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Similar story to everyone else - we placed an order in spring 2023. Arcade was originally due to be delivered in June, got pushed back to August, then October. After that, nothing. We finally got a hold of them in November and they promised us a delivery in December. When the item finally arrived, it was heavily damaged and we sent it back. Have tried to contact them multiple times and have heard nothing back. Will pursue refund through credit card company and file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

2024-01-02 21:36:15I bought a machine from them back in March and was told that it was on backorder and that it would not be ready until the end of May. At the end of June I contacted them because I had not heard anything from them. I was told they were having issues with shipper and that it was still going to be another several weeks. Two months later, not hearing anything, I call and get a similar story. One time they told me that they had gotten a shipment, but it was completely wrong. They offered to upgrade me to the custom artwork for my machine because of the trouble. I contacted them around October and was told that they had switched to a completely new shipper because of the issues they were having...same story...several more weeks. I called in early December and was told that the shipping manager had Covid and that they would be in contact with me as soon as they returned. Over the last week or so, I have made several attempts to contact them through calls and email but no one is answering the phones or responding to the emails. This seems to be similar to the experiences of a handful of people on here recently that have written reviews. And like the others, I am wondering if they have gone out of business and I have lost my money and no machine. Hoping there is a happy ending to this story, but Im not holding my breath.

2023-12-29 01:36:43We had purchased a cabinet and were hoping to get it before Christmas. They did not provide us with much information regarding shipping (kept saying the shipping manager had Covid) the cabinet and now havent heard from them and they totally ghosted us as well. I would not recommend getting anything from this company. Its too bad, now need to figure out how to get our money back for a product we never even received.

2021-09-20 22:00:43Super fun statement piece and unbelievable customer service.Bought a cocktail game system from Prime Arcades on Amazon to really set the mood in our game room and have enjoyed every moment with it - 100% plug and play, a 400+ game trip down memory lane. The moment I ordered it, Prime Arcades reached out with shipping info. And the day it arrived (after a very quick trip across the country), they reached out to ask how it was going. The table itself is incredible quality, somehow exactly the substantial arcade table from the 1980s only beautiful and clean, with a big bright display. Graphics are sharp and clear. Menu navigation is easy and fast. The games are iconic, and the few I didn’t already know were a lot of fun to research. (Pac Man but it’s a naked person searching for clothes: Streaking!) It’s also a great conversation piece and an excellent flex, if youre into that kind of thing - many do envy.Then Hurricane Ida swept in and submerged this poor baby in three feet of water for hours. Miraculously, after drying out a couple of days, it powered up, lights on, fans running, just no display. Of course I would expect it to be toast - like my car, TV, router, my neighbors’ washer/dryer/water heater/boiler, etc. - but I thought I’d send an email over to Prime Arcades just on the off chance that theyd have any suggestions (and maybe to commiserate more than anything else). While I waited 4 days for my internet to be restored, 18 days for my car to get towed, and probably will wait another couple of lifetimes for FEMA to follow up, Freedom at Prime Arcades responded within a minute of receiving my contact form. An hour later, we were on a video call walking the Prime Arcades team through the damage, and they had a potential solution ready to ship out - on the house. Certainly “I took my video game system for a muddy swim” is not covered under anyones warranty (according to my home insurance policy, a rushing river of water that blows through the garage into the house is a ME problem) and yet, here I am with a good chance of getting this beauty back in business after an actual natural disaster. Forever impressed, Prime Arcades!
