ADVENTIST HEALTH is truly about keeping patients healthy; and, in this day and age, that is no small feat, to say the least...Pre-Covid, Full-Bown Covid Shut-Down and now, Post-Covid I can personally attest to the fact that patients receive the very best in care at Adventist Health. The best. They listen and help and provide a wellness program. I am an obstinate and know-it-all arrogant problem patient but they know how to handle me, cure me, make me happy, and love me despite my many flaws. Consider me healthy and happy thanks to Doctor Bryan Davidson & the rest of the team.

The doctors are very good. They listen, discuss the issues and r great a talking at my level. They r online with hospital, prescriptions and medical records. My last doc didn’t have computers. I found the facility modern, and clean. They even have a lab inside so I could do the blood work right there. So very happy I changed doctors. Dr G and Dr Adam Clark are amazing.

Adventist Health is fantastic! I love my doctor and the office staff are always super nice! Dr. Gharzeddine is great! She takes the time to listen and understand any concerns and you dont feel rushed to get out. Definitely very thorough as well. A delightful experience for a doctors office. You definitely feel taken care of.

Everyone was very nice from the time I entered the doors… not a long wait time to see the Dr and was able to do my lab work there as well which was great. They called me the next day with lab results… Very professional and nice staff.

Love, love, love Dr. Gharzeddine and the care that I’m receiving. She really listened to me and solved a 15-20 year ongoing IBSD problem on my first visit! Referral authorizations and communications are much faster than I ever received at Kaiser or any of my other previous Providers. My husband and I are very happy. Five Stars!!

I love this office!! I have seen Dr. Davidson and Jennifer Lane and all of my experiences with the staff and doctors have been wonderful. Today I went to get some blood work and check up on some things, and Dr. Davidson was very thorough and took his time (as usual). I never feel rushed or out of place here. Today I had to bring my 3 month old baby with me and I was very nervous to bring her because she might start crying. The nurses were SO helpful when she did start crying, and Yvonne (Ivonne?) came in to help calm my baby down so I could get my blood drawn without her crying the whole time! I can’t believe how sweet everyone was about me bringing my baby. I even called ahead to ask if they wanted me to reschedule instead of bringing her, and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so sweet and understanding. I love this office even more after today than I did before. Thank you so much everyone! Bravo!!! Highly recommend. 😊

Dr Clark was so kind and informative when answering all my questions. This was my first time here and I felt like he took his time listening to my concerns and explaining my options. I didn’t feel like he rushed me at any point and he didn’t push anything on me like most doctors do. He let me make my own decisions based on the knowledge he gave me. Overall really happy with my experience, I’m definitely planning on continuing with this doctor. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kurohara for about 10 years now and he’s absolutely fantastic. His nurse Ellen and everyone at the Alamo hills medical facilities are always friendly and show true concern for your health. I’d say since they’ve joined the Adventist group the level of care and attention to their patients has not faltered one bit - and I love the electronic improvements they’ve incorporated making it super simple to communicate and get results fast!

His stellar knowledge and reputation precedes him ...always exceptionally personable, kind, caring, answering all your questions...and when necessary, refers you to experienced, reputable specialists in their fields. His nurses and staff are always there to greet you with a smile, courteous and respectful! He is truly an angel from God and you feel that as soon as he is in your presence. With all the issues surrounding medical care these days, I have been fully satisfied with the care I have received at the Alamo Hills clinic (part of Adventist Health now, Im told). My doctor has been attentive to my health care needs, and the nurses and support staff have been professional and friendly. Once in a while Ive experienced delays due to some emergency, but overall i am a satisfied patient.

I saw Dr. Flora this week for the first time. I was in need of a new doctor for some time and kept putting it off. The office staff was attentive and helpful. Dr. Flora listened to my complicated medical history as well as my current heath concerns. She did not rush me or make feel like I was keeping her from other patients. They ran all my blood work in the office, saving me a trip to a lab and got back to me the next day with results. They also have an online patient portal. I haven’t used it yet, but I look forward to using its many features.

Love the fact they are open 7 days a week and on holidays. The doctors are amazing and a lot of fun. They dont rush in and rush you out. The nurses are cool and most of them take it pretty easy on you when in comes to needles. You cant ask for much better then that.

Dr. McNichol is the best. He has been serving our community for over 25 years and still clearly loves what he is doing to take the extra time, care and interest in every aspect of my health. He has given me the highest quality of care and I could not be more thankful. He also has a lovely assistant who just brightens my day! While Id like to say he is the cause of my health problems (jokingly) - it truly is because after years with an another insurance/provider my health had been glossed over missing an even life threatening ill. In a few months, I know my body better than ever and am able to take the best of care to it. Thank you Dr. Amazing!

I love Dr. McNicoll, however, that said, we will NEVER go back to his office again because of the staff. My husband went to an appointment and the INCOMPETENT desk staff told him our insurance was not active and they were not in the network WRONG ON BOTH ACCOUNTS. They then DEMANDED payment at the time before they would let him be seen by the doctor. Poor husband was desperate, and knows NOTHING about insurance, so he paid them (BIG MISTAKE). Just got off the phone with Blue Cross and the wonderful rep there offered to call the office to clear things up and request thay they bill the claim under the correct group number. The office REFUSED to bill the insurance claim again. The Blue Cross rep called me back and said she has never dealt with an office so uncooperative as this one. She recommended we file a complaint with the office manager. Do yourself a favor and try a medical office with a competent office staff.

Their front desk wont bill you correctly based on the copay on your card. Theyll under bill you, and then youll get a bill a month later saying you owe more money.The only one worth seeing would be Dr McNicoll as hes the only one with in house billing. The others are billed through Adventist Health. Also, their billing department at Alamo Hills is rude and does not seem to understand that they serve people who are sick. The doctors are kind, but their front office is awful and unprofessional.Edited to add: They do not keep their receptionist staff up to date on who is covering patients when a doctor leaves the practice. They also neglect to put in prescriptions. They also dont honor the exams done by these doctors so you have to go in for a second even though the first was two months ago.Also, if you require things like birth control, be careful which doctor you see. Some of them dont prescribe it due to religious beliefs.

Dr McNicoll has been my Primary Care Physician (PCP) for 11 years. He is a consummate, as knowledgeable as any PCP in my experience, friendly, good humored, and easy to communicate with. His practice has gone through several changes in my 11 years with him. Adventist Health is new managing Dr. McNicolls practice, it is big: but it seems acceptable. I like the fact that Dr McNicoll is directly associated (shares data) with our local hospital.
