But PrideStaff is honestly there for the right reason, the employees. Victoria is so nice and always helpful and Amanda is AMAZING! This staffing agency is great and has helped me in a pinch most of the staff members are great, professional, and friendly. However Nidia possibly means well but she’s rude and she’s almost always absent there have been multiple occasions where I’ve tried to get ahold of her but she’s almost always absent and when I do get ahold of her she’s very hostile aggressive stern and it leaves me feeling upset like I’ve done something wrong therefore making the workday not as enjoyable. Overall besides this specific employ this agency is fantastic and never disappoints

I was recently put on assignment to a milling company in woodland. I was told to go in at 6 am Monday morning so I did. I talked with one of the bosses they got me a uniform/ppe, did some paper work for them. I was then told you have to go home because, we did not get the email from pridestaff. I wasted my time and the little bit of gas I had. the temp agency then sent me a automated text how was your first day, blah blah blah. I wrote was unable to start my first day for the reason you didnt send over the email. they said sorry and go back the next day. then got a text asking me to rate my first day. I went in the next day clocked in got a badge was able to work yeah make some money. the next day started work, everything ok till the end. they had me stay over, with me not knowing for the simple reason I do not carry my cellphone with me when I am at work. I found out it was 2:50, my shift ends at 2:30. I said no I have to go, my grandmother was recently in the hospital, my mom flew up here from San Diego I have to take her to the airport. I do not understand how that is walking out on a shift when you tell them you have a legitimate reason for leaving, especially if your shift is already done. how a business asks for weeks in advanced notice that your quitting but, in a moments notice can ask you to do overtime and if you cant they can you. how is it my fault you hace more production than you have people, thats your poor management buddy. well anyway I take my mom to the airport dont hear from nobody. I go into work and then get told that pridestaff should have informed me of being fired, they never did, I even got a automated text aaking how my first week was. I didnt even get a firat week, wasnt able to start on Monday for you guys not doing your job, waw then let go because the place over production with less crew. this temp agency has very little communcation skills to there employees and dont seem to give a rats behind. waste of flesh they all be.
