Pride Staff is not only an incredible employment agency, they are completely LIFE CHANGING!!!! From the first day that we met with Craig and his Team they were extremely kind, passionate, dedicated, caring, and very accommodating! Not being familiar with the greater Sacramento region they worked with him to fit his needs. They are extremely understanding of the daily challenges in peoples lives. Not only are they understanding, they have TURNED my brothers LIFE around. From being homeless the past 5 years to working full time for the past 1.4 years with Pride Staff and being able to afford housing is a tremendous forever life changing accomplishment. Craig and Mary have BEYOND BLESSED our FAMILY to no avail. We highly encourage anyone in need of employment to consider working for Pride Staff. Not to mention, his place of employment treats their employees professionally and as FAMILY as well.

15 years of working, Ive never had difficulty finding a job before .. but 2024 came around and I havent been able to find anything.. id made dead calls... I applied to everywhere I could... Got less and less picky the as the months rolled by... But still no jobs .. I finally thought about a temp agency and landed on PrideStaff... It took about 3 weeks, but they really pulled through... Now Im fully employed and I cant be more thankful... The staff is amazing and really helpful... I would recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat

Edit: I can go into much more detail, but for my own sake if you see this, be warned. Changed from a 2 to a 1 star for what is poorly worded apology. Quick job placement is the only *actually* nice thing here. The reply to my original review below is just... not close to enough or okay given the full events. If you can, find another staffing agency or better.This temp agency does *not* care about job seekers at all past the money they can bring in for them. I will say, they did get me a job quite quickly in the exact field I said I didnt want to be in, 30 minutes away! After weeks of sounding out my displeasure with my placement, they took me off of the assignment on a day I was feeling physically ill. (pictures were taken and there were witnesses) Said they had something else ready for me once I was feeling better, but now that position is filled and Im unemployed! Thanks PrideStaff!

I recently signed up with PrideStaff, and absolutely loved the first assignment they sent me on. It just ended and they may already have another opportunity set up for me. The staff there are all very nice and very responsive, yet professional at the same time. Especially the person I am working with, Trinidad Sanchez. Well, the position was given to someone else because the company chose someone else. Then another opportunity came about and I was led to believe I had the position once again and was then told they have not heard any contact back. And it’s been a couple days.I am so disappointed! I was a little hesitant who to go to with finding work after an unexpected move to Sacramento. I used ZipRecruiter and after applying at many job positions, PrideStaff contacted me first. I took the call and was immediately impressed. Julie, the recruiter that contacted me, had very interesting job leads already prepared for me. Her professional and friendly attitude made me feel confident about the company she was representing.Within three days I was interviewed and hired for a job that so far is perfect. Every staff member I encountered durring the process has had the same level of professionalism as the very first call. At first I was nervous because I never went through a temp agency before. However, I was Ib desperate need of a change and a new job and decided to apply to the posting on indeed. Within the next day I received a phone call about the job I applied for and they instead, sent me to a job that I had more experience in, would be more comfortable and confident in doing. This agency gets straight to the point! Tell them what your looking for and your values and they will direct you to the best fitting job that satisfies you and if it’s not the right fit they won’t stop until it’ is the right fit. Craig got my foot in a job less than a week matter of fact three days. He will get you going only thing you gotta be willing yourself. He will put in the extra and won’t leave you hanging. UPDATE :I have to admit after giving Pride Staffing a chance I am very impressed by the way they care and work hard on your behalf to find you a great job that fits, let me explain. I was originally sent to a job that I was not happy with, the supervisor that was training me fell very short on making me feel welcomed and part of the team. After explaining my concerns and telling Pride Staffing about my experience and that I no longer wanted to stay, they truly cared and got back to work on finding me the right one. The same day I went home from the first job Craig did not stop working till he found me the right job, and the right one is exactly what they did for me. Pride Staffing sent me to an interview that same day with a company called Pewag. Long story short I honestly feel like I have found my career and feel like I can be happy and retire from eventually. All the thanks to Pride Staffing and Pewag for giving me a chance and believing in me, it is truly companies like this that make the difference and thank you to you both for being that difference.

This agency advertised a position that was not even theirs to get applicants. I tried applying for the job Pride Staff posted to their website and was told some lame excuse as to why I wasnt qualified then was asked to go to the Pride Staff website and take all tests to apply for other positions I could qualify for. Not to mention I was overqualified for the position I was interested in because Im a helicopter mechanic. I applied directly to the company and job I was interested in and got the job directly. I asked HR if they hired Pride Staff to find applicants and they said no, absolutely not.. Damian was the guy who called me from Pride Staff. He came off as lazy. He asked me zero questions just told me to go to the Pride Staff website. I do not recommend using this agency. They are advertising jobs that they do not have contracts with to get applicants. As a temp company I was denied a job for being out of work for three months which is insane because it’s a temp agency I thought anyone even a person with no experience should be able to come it makes no sense if that’s the case I have a better chance at applying for jobs myself and not third party kinda defeats the purpose of being in business also talked to a lovely lady name patty about my employment history before she told me to apply than after called back ask for patty another lady answered said she can help instead than asked my job history after I applied and send in resume told her the same thing I told patty she told me I can’t work with the company because I been outta work

Fantastic people who will take care of you 24/7.My nana had fallen down at 1:30am and I was the only one to pick her up and help her, I was scheduled to work at 6am that morning and that wouldnt work for the situation. The pridestaff office was closed until 7am so I texted Craig ryder who is the owner of the company and who gave his number in case of an emergency. To my surprise, he immediately responded and took care of my work for that morning! Ive never been taken care of that quickly and that kind before. Very shady operation. I had to leave work 4 hours early and they refused to pay me my sick time that I had accrued. I was going to file a wage claim with the labor commissioner but figured it wasnt worth all the hassle for $40. Be very wary of this place! Avoid this agency and honestly I would avoid all of them as anyone getting paid for your work is not to be trusted. I knew the moment I was told two different things that I shouldve hung up the phone and that is I have to fill out all of these tax and background documents and I have to take a drug test BEFORE there is even an interview for any job. They made it sound like there was a job available and talked me into giving them all this info and then I never heard from them again. NEVER GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO TO ANYONE just because they ask for it. And drug tests are insulting enough already, theyre a guilty until proven innocent system but to demand one before there is even a job offer or interview is absolute garbage. There was never a job available and these people are not to be trusted.
